The location is excellent-close to the beach and all the activities that Wrightsville Beach offers. It did not feel like your typical beach house-which is a good thing. It was cozy and the perfect amount of room for our family of 6. We love to cook, so I might recommend a few more larger pots. Besides that, we had a wonderful vacation here. Thank you Bryant!

Great location close to the beach and lots of shopping. But the beds weren't very comfortable and the carpet was a kinda old. But everything else was nice.

It was just perfect for our family. Every room from the outdoor porch to the spacious bedrooms, everyone of us were so thankful for the condo. Sitting on the porch watching all the people, walking down to the beach and pier and the weather was perfect! We hope to be able to do this again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us❤️

We stayed at this property for my daughters graduation weekend. Our ages range from six months to 58 years old. This house was perfect for everybody. Really enjoyed our stay! The condo was super cute! Definitely 5 stars!

The condo was lovely even though not as clean as I would like. I am not sure anyone ever cleaned or wiped down the drawers in the bathroom. Also, the shower curtain rod was rusted and needed to be replaced. One of the drawers in the kitchen needed to be fixed as the silverware drawer threatened to fall out when opened. The heat and air were not strong enough to work on both levels. If you got it warm enough downstairs it would be a sauna upstairs. As I only stayed here by my self, it was workable, but if I had had others stay it would have been a constant battle tyring to heat or cool both levels.

The property is in a great location and very comfortable. We got great use of the porch early in the day and late in the afternoon/night watching people walk, jog, bike along Lumina. We also rose our bikes routinely along the island, and even to Harris Teeter a few times. Definitely would stay here again!

The shower valve was very difficult to operate and the shower head needed replacing. The lavatory was stopped up causing a very slow drain.
We had two cars with us and we moved one to get the other one out. My sister pulled into the next driveway and we went shopping. While we were gone my sister’s car was towed! This was so unfortunate and could have been avoided had there been a very visible notice in the unit warning about the parking situation.
On the other hand, your 24 hour on call contact, David, was very helpful with getting us the correct entry code. He went above and beyond to help us.

This is a great place to stay and the location could not be more perfect. The home is comfortable and has everything you need. Loved it and will be back.

The property was overall very nice. A very well stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer on premises was very convenient. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach, pier, bars and restaurants and located on the loop for convenient access for early morning walks. We have 2 small children and the distance to the beach was convenient to come back for lunch and multiple bathroom breaks daily. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and evening . We were worried that the proximity to the street would be too loud, but noise was never a problem. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

There is a short walk to the beach and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and store the beach chairs. The outdoor patio has a palm tree view and comfortable cocktail seating or morning coffee sunrise view. Parking space for two to three cars and even a visitor can squeeze in on the side. It is centrally located to restaurants and a short walk for more coffee and cocktails. I wish this house was mine, I wouldn’t change a thing.
