Asher Premier Beachfront Condo es mi moderno apartamento de dos habitaciones, más de 900 pies cuadrados. Unidad de la esquina superior del piso en el lago Michigan. A perfect place for a perfect weekend for our little family. We can’t wait to return.

The condo was well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, as it was walking distance to downtown (maybe a 10 minute walk), but also right on the beach. It's close enough that you can hear the waves at night from the master bedroom. We ended up on the deck watching the sunset each evening and it was perfect.

Great place. Unbelievable view. Beach walk every morning followed up by walking the town. All 4 of us are in our 60’s and we really didn’t need the car once we got there. It was very quiet and peaceful

North Shore Condos have a GREAT location and amenities- short walk to downtown, beautiful beach, and fabulous heated pool.This 3rd floor corner unit provides views which are exceptional. The photos are accurate, the owners provide detailed information, and the decor is modern and comfortable. South Haven is a terrific vacation destination!

My family spent a lot of time in South Haven when I was young so I decided this was the year to have some family time at the beach again! Myself, my Mom and my 11 year old son spent a week at the condo and just loved it. The private beach, pool deck and location can't be beat if you're searching for a place in the area.

Great Getaway
This place is great! It's right on the lake, which you can see from the windows. The condo is really cute and nicely furnished. It's walking distance from downtown. The host was super good about communication and proactively made sure we had all the information we needed. We had a fantastic time here and are already talking about coming back!

Everything was Great
Listing was on target! right on the lake front and all the amenities were perfect for our needs. Any issues were so minor not worth mentioning. We were supposed to bring 4 of our grandkids with us but it didn't go as planned due to state testing required by the school. The owner worked with us to adjust the dates but we still ended up not taking the kids, but we also had our 38th anniversary to celebrate so off we went... by ourselves!! A special thanks to Harold for working with us on the dates at last minute, you were great. We didn't really use much of the place, kitchen and master bedroom. Our time was spent outside enjoying the beach front! the pool opened over the weekend, though it wasn't that warm (supposed to be heated) but it was refreshing! The condo was comfortable and clean, along with pretty much anything you needed was available. I would recommend this place as a great family get away and will try to rent again! (We got a flat rock off the beach and put our name on it... hopefully we have started a tradition for others to follow)

This was the nicest place that I have ever stayed at .. The condo was very cozy ,and located on the beach ..You could also see the beach from some of the windows in the condo ...I absolutely loved it here...

Loved It!
Though it was a windy, rainy, cold week in March this property exceeded all our expectations. Incredible views from the condo! Great location! So close to downtown South Haven shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Saugatuck/Douglas. Beautiful beach, comfy, clean condo. The owners were gracious and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here! Thank you Harold!

Perfect South Haven Vacation
We stayed 4 nights in this lovely condo. It was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Everything we needed, we'll definitely stay here each time we visit MI! The owners were so easy to communicate with.

Location, location, location!
Best beachfront property in South Haven! Private beach, beautiful pool, and perfect patio made this the ultimate location to sit back, relax, and take in the amazing views. Condo had everything one could need and is very well maintained. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

5 star location-2 star condo
The location of the condo is great. Great beach, close to town. The condo, however, leaves much to be desired. When we arrived it was hot in South Haven. The condo’s HVAC consists of 2 window unit A/C’s. Very inadequate. One of the units is located in the master bedroom and was as loud as a train. It made sleeping the first few nights a challenge. The other unit was located in the living room leaving the only other bedroom with no A/C., or even a window. The kids finally moved to the couch in the living room due to the excessive heat in the bedroom. The master bed is completely worn out with zero support. There is mold and mildew in both bathrooms. The faucet in the master bath was Installed wrong. You have to turn the knobs right to turn on, left to turn off. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and hair. There was a lot of hair on the sheets in the bedroom where my daughter slept. Obviously the sheets had not been changed. Harold had fresh sheets brought to the condo soon after I contacted him. There were ants in the kitchen and living room. Since the condo is on the 3rd floor I don’t blame Harold. It’s the building manager’s responsibility to have the building treated. The condo is in need of serious updating. The appliances are builder grade. And, caution: the coffee maker doesn’t have an automatic shutoff. It will stay on all day unless you manually turn it off. And to top it all off, we were emailed copies, and for good measure, presented with hard copies at the condo of silly and condescending rules on how we should behave while we stayed at the condo. Such as “quite time” hours and warnings about whistling and singing late at night (!!!!) LOL.
Harold suggested we leave the cleaning lady a tip if we were pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. I’m afraid we were not. It was far from clean in my opinion. We had a couple of minor issues pop up and Harold did take care of them right away. He wss very responsive.

Fantastic South Haven Condo
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in South Haven. The size was perfect for a family of 4 and offered all of things you would need. The living room directly faces the lake with amazing views. You are steps from the pool and just a few more to the beach. Plenty of chairs and tables to watch the sunsets and enjoy family time. The location is within walking distance to North Beach and includes 2 parking spaces. We highly recommend and will be staying again.

Wonderful beachfront condo!
It was so nice to be beachfront with the kids! Just a few steps down & you’re there! The pool, the view, the location was all amazing! ❤️❤️ Any ?’s I had leading up to the trip were quickly responded to as well!

This was a perfect vacation spot for our family of four. The unit is well maintained and stocked with all the basics! The beach is steps away, the sunsets are amazing and you can even walk to town for dinner. The owner was easy to communicate with and we’ll visit again soon!

Perfect Private Beach Oasis
Great property, great location, great host. What else is there to say? Comfortable, spacious, and modern amenities. Easy access and excellent communication from the host. Vacations are supposed to be easy, scenic, and comfortable, and this property and host check all those boxes and more!

South Haven Condo
Wonderful location, terrific view, very clean property with many amenities, host very responsive to questions. The only thing that prevented a 5-star rating on check-in process was the lack of an elevator so we had to carry everything to 3rd floor, then all the way to opposite end of entrance. We got our exercise.

This condo was great! Right on Lake Michigan -- steps from the beach. Beautiful lake views! The condo itself was very clean (sanitized!). Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking dinners. The owners thought of everything -- the littlest details. The owner was also very communicative beforehand and even kept in touch during our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend reserving this condo!!

Wonderful views
Our family enjoyed our stay. The best part was being able to look out the window and the beach and lake were right there. The condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. The location is great. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lake and beach.

Beachfront Find
Overall we really enjoyed the condo. It had a fantastic view of the beach and Lake Michigan. We loved sitting on the association's patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. The condo was well stocked with supplies. Even coconut flour for gluten free baking! The only downside for us was the king-sized bed - way too soft for our taste. Other than that we loved the condo and our stay! Thank you!

Exceptional Beachfront Location
The amazing location to the beach and Lake Michigan views can’t be beat! It was so nice to be steps away from the sand! The owner Harold was a great communicator and made us feel very welcomed. During COVID-19, there were extra cleaning and sanitary measures taken - including hand soap, hand sanitizer, and extra masks available in our unit. We will definitely return to this South Haven condo!
