Modern & fantastic facilities inside the apartment, Towels were fluffy, location is excellent, Air con was sufficient for this time of year, dishwasher & washing machine was a pleasant surprise

3rd floor accommodation with no lift, carrying a 23kg suitcase up the stairs was a challenge! The apartment is in need of a deep clean, some skirting boards and surfaces were dirty. Beds were very budget & uncomfortable, choice of bedding did not feel fresh and we both ended getting badly bitten after each night of sleeping in the beds with what looks like bed bug bites!! Bedroom storage was unusable as the cupboards and drawers are cluttered with spare sheets, blankets, pillows etc (not 1 empty drawer). 1 pair of curtains is being used between 2 windows (1 curtain on each window meant daylight gaps) which is not great for continued sleep after the sun rises.

everything about this property from location, to host, to the quality of the apartment was amazing. Will 100% be returning!!

Fabulous location, nicely furnished.

The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were extremely steep and it was precarious to descend, the addition of a handrail would be beneficial. We didn’t have towels at first but we found them in the washer but still damp so had to dry them before we could use them.

Old Antibes is lovely. The location is very central and very easy to go to the square downstairs and walk around

3 things really impacted our short stay: 1/. You can't park outside to be able to drop off your bags. I had to park about 1km away and roll our suitcases along the cobble streets in the hot sun to get to the location. 2/. The apartment in on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. With heavy suitcases this killed my back. 3/. The cleaner / host had clearly left the window open and there was a swarm of mosquitos to greet us when we arrives

I was on holiday with my husband and child (9 years). The location was great, we loved the place. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. The apartment was clean and we had every we needed.

It was very important for us to have two separate sleeping rooms, but we were not able to use the room on the second floor at all. The temperature there was so hot that our child or we had to sleep on the couch in the living room. The couch was comfortable , but we did pay for two sleeping rooms. I hope that the owner will get a fan, so that this issue can be solved.

superb and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher & washing machine right in the heart of old town Antibes, only 2 minutes from central parking place in Antibes. Big TV in living room & 1 bedroom with not only sat-tv but also with Canal+, Netflix & Amazon Prime Video!!! 2 x air condition made the stay very convenient. Host is friendly. Only the bed-area on the 2nd floor has a very stee staircase and might get a little too warm in a hot summer as the airco doesn’t blow in that area. But for me in June with approx 24 degrees in Antibes it was fine with the temperature as there is also a big window which can be opened for fresh air. I can fully recommend the apartment: ideal location, modern & space and very convenient!

Location, location, location! right in the centre of old town Antibes and close to everything. The apartment was also very clean and modern. Host Bryan was very welcoming and even went out of his way to give us the keys earlier than we had originally planned.

If you cannot manage stairs this may not be for you, as is located on the third (top) floor with no access to a lift. Worth it if you don;t mind stairs!
