This house was great for our family of four including two teenagers. It’s well situated overlooking a beautiful cove that was quiet and private yet only 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. The views are truly amazing. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we could for a day at the beach. The hot tub was clean and worked well, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of extra linens. We loved the outdoor shower too! The property management company was great to work with. Easy to communicate with and we appreciated that Kristen met us at our jeep rental place and led us to the house to give us a tour and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this home to a small group and I would work with this team any time.

Clean, spacious, FABULOUS views!

This rental has everything needed in a location that is central to everything the island offers. 20 minutes from any beach (East end a little farther) and downtown Cruz Bay, which we went to every night for live music and dinner. Highly recommend this property for its beauty, layout and especially the after-beach hot tub sessions watching the sun set against the hills and the moon rise over the top. Beds were super comfy and pillows to match. Thank you for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven. Can't wait to go back!!

This villa was very spacious for our group of 3 couples. The deck overlooking Fish Bay was an amazing view and the sunrises over the mountain were gorgeous. The jacuzzi was so relaxing after a day of hiking, beaching and snorkeling. The outdoor shower was fantastic!!! The property manager, Kristen, was so helping in meeting us at the ferry, driving with us to the villa, giving tips of where to shop for groceries and providing all the necessary information. Convenient location to drive to Cruz Bay, the north shore beaches and the East End. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Open kitchen, dining, living area was perfect for hanging out! Kitchen well equipped and AC all around was great for beating the heat. Balcony and setting wonderful for viewing the sunrise and serene Fish Bay. The Bedroom/ Bathroom/ shower placements worked for us because our upstairs bedrooms were used by our 20 somethings. Really cozy comfy upstairs bedrooms! House uses 3 levels with entry on middle level where you find living area and primary bed bath outdoor private shower. Beds and pillows so comfortable . Top floor with 2 large beds, and lower level with bath / shower and laundry area.

House was perfect for our family. Beautiful porch and view of the morning sunrise. Kristen and team were very helpful and responsive. Be ready for a tight steep curve to get to the house and into the driveway. We also did not see an opportunity to walk to a beach. We drove to each beautiful beach.

A fantastic house with amazing views, a good location, and a great house manager. The cathedral ceiling and jacuzzi are great. The laundry room has a large table for folding clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are enough towels for bathing and the beach. Beach chairs and snorkeling fins are a plus. Everything in the house is well thought out and planned. The balcony gives a great ocean view and an amazing sunrise from outdoors. The glass bay doors give a great ocean view from the living room. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this house.

We had a great time and the villa was just as advertised. Clean, well-outfitted, and beautiful. Everybody was kind and helpful to us. Great view of Fish Bay and great location. Quiet and beautiful both in the day and at night. 12 minutes drive to Cruz Bay. 20 minutes to Trunk Bay. The nearest beach is about 1.5 miles away, off Reef Bay Road. It's called Parrot Bay beach. There is basically no parking there; we hiked to it from the villa. A steep rocky path leads down to the beach. Beautiful to look at, but not great for any but the most experienced snorkelers and strong swimmers. Watch out--there are sea urchins on the rocks underwater. One slight caveat: Be aware that to access the two upper bedrooms you have to navigate a cast-iron spiral staircase. Could be challenging for some people. The second bathroom is located in the basement, one floor down from the main floor on the cast-iron spiral staircase. Just be aware--it was not a problem for us. I would highly recommend this villa.

This is a nice house, very well equipped with comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of good towels, snorkel equipment and beach chairs, and plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and appliances. We loved the hot tub! Perhaps at one time you could walk to a vacant lot on Fish Bay where you could access the water, but there is now a house going up there and there is no access to Fish Bay or a way to walk to anywhere from this house.

The house was very open and sunny with the huge windows and views of the ocean from the house. It was very easy to keep the house as warm or as cool as we wanted because of the convenience of the handheld controls. We slept very comfortably in the master bedroom bed and enjoyed the large master bathroom and adjoining bath. We didn't think the listing was entirely clear that the house has three levels, so we were confused and thought the second bathroom was on the same floor as the master bath. Fortunately, my husband and I were the only guests, so it didn't matter. The shower in the master bath is outside only. It was a straight shot from the house to the nearest grocery store and into town, very convenient. We didn't use the hot tub but a couple of times, but for most people it would be a fun addition to their vacation.

Perfect location, perfect size for family of 4. Just close enough to Cruz Bay to be close enough to the action and far enough to feel disconnected. Can be a little difficult to find homes in St John due to narrow/sharp corners and crazy big hills- was a really nice touch having property manager meet us at the rental car company to guide to the house. All of the basic amenities were available which was very convenient. Will definitely return!

This was our 6th trip to St. John & the first time staying at Christy Anne Villa. The house was neat and tidy when we arrived, and Zara took the time to provide us with all the details of the home and gave us a few pointers on some of the places we had not previously explored. The hot tub was a nice addition to the home and was a great place to soak our tired bones after full days of swimming and hiking. We had daily visits from some deer, iguanas and a wide variety of birds passing by. The views from the deck were nice while enjoying some cold adult beverages and the constant breeze was refreshing. We look forward to our 7th trip back to St. John.

Great views, close to the ferry. Large bright home. A rental car and being comfortable driving hills and narrow roads is a must. The biggest negative — the upstairs AC unit did not cool well. Owner/property manager is very responsive. Overall, great stay.

Clean and beautifully decorated! The beds were very comfortable. Gorgeous views! Only downside is there is no bathroom on the top floor and coming up and down the spiral stairway can be a little tricky.

We absolutely loved the villa! They also had many extras that made our stay pleasant - extra pillows and bedding, bathroom toiletries, beach towels, etc.

An awesome stay with amazing views and hot tub , smooth check in and orientation with Kristen. Great amenities and snorkeling gear . One suggestion is stocking with a Kuerig, but coffee maker was fine. Our only regret was not booking longer. Thanks so much .

The manager, Kristen, made our experience absolutely seamless!! She met us at the ferry from St Thomas (required to get to St John unless your on a private boat), stopped at a grocery store for us to stock up, and gave us a thorough tour of the property. Easy communication. Excellent service. If you have more than one couple using the king bed bedroom on the main level, be prepared to ascend and descend spiral staircases to access a separate bathroom or a mirror. Great showers, great views. Roads on St John are not for the meek.

Had a great time at Christy Ann, really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor shower. Location was close to Cruz bay which was nice. I would recommend this property.

Super clean & beautiful views! Girls trip for 2 & the layout was perfect. Kitchen & amenities were great, hot tub was just what was needed after the flight, hiking and snorkeling. Location was also fabulous- just remote enough and easy to get to either Cruz Bay or Coral Bay.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. The views were beautiful. The house was perfect, with one master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms upstairs.

If you’re renting a vehicle and want to stay in a beautiful house that sleeps 6 or less people, this one is beautiful. The views are amazing, the hottub was in great condition, beds were comfortable- plenty of room. I only gave the communication 4 stars bc we had emailed the owner about the upstairs AC not working and after his initial ideas he didn’t follow up on helping. I could have also reached out to the property management company who checked us in- I did not. Even without AC upstairs this place is a dream and we were so comfortable. Miss St John already!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our full week at the villa. We loved the covered patio and view with it's island breeze. We loved the full sized kitchen, the hot tub and especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. The beach chairs beach towels, noodles and coolers were much appreciated. We have already inquired about staying here next March. The best part. Zara (our rental agent) went above and beyond anyone we have ever worked with. We had issues finding the property initially and she guided us over the phone from Cruz Bay to the villa. She then met us personally to give us a tour of the property and answer any questions. We had issues with the internet from our second day. She came over personally to access and resolve the issue. It went out again and she worked with Viya to correct it. It went out again and she had Viya replace all the equipment. It went out again when the area lost power and she helped me over the phone reset the new equipment. It worked perfectly the rest of our stay. We communicated every day with Zara and she was a joy to work with. She did everything possible to make sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you Zara. We hope to see you soon.
