Ubicado en el sur de la isla de Pawleys, justo en el océano Atlántico. Esta casa cuenta con una playa tranquila con mucha arena para construir castillos de arena.
La casa tiene 6 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños con ascensor para asistencia de discapacitados. La cocina gourmet está completamente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar e incluso cuenta con un bar con hielo para disfrutar de unos cócteles mientras se prepara la cena.

This house is spacious, well-decorated and well-stocked. We loved that it is both beachfront and marshfront. And all the decks are fabulous. The elevator was great for our 2 disabled guests, though I would deem the downstairs baths as “handicap light”. Both showers are walk-ins with 1 grab bar but there are no grab bars around the toilets. But we were able to get by. Overall, a superb stay!

We absolutely loved this house! When the elevator did not work, they were very attentive to get it fixed within 24 hours of our arrival . As well as the Internet, and the the TV services! While the home is older, it had everything we could possibly want! Could possibly stand to have a larger grill! The location was fabulous. Please make sure that the sellers know that we loved their home! We will definitely consider it for our next vacation.

Easy to rent, unit was not ready for 3:00 pm check in, cleaners didn’t leave till 3:45. Oven was broken we were not told before checking in even though the management company was aware it was busted 5 days before we arrived, very dirty grills both were not usable! Had to request a replacement grill which was delivered on Monday. Other than these issues the property was very nice and very spacious. Great location.

We loved our stay here. It fit our whole family comfortably, the property was clean, and the location can’t be beat. We had one issue with one of the beds but the management company took care of it immediately and could not have been nicer and easier to work with. My only complaint is that the porch furniture on the back deck could use some updating! But We loved this house and will definitely rent it again!!

We were scheduled to be there for the month of March but left after 18 days due to the Corona problem. The house itself was in the final stages of a major rehab but in no way interfered with our stay. The new owners have put a lot of thought and resources into the project. From the new 16 ft glass sliding doors in the master bedroom, elevator replacement, painting and decorating in the living areas, all were done very professionally. The house itself was a pleasure to be in. Anyone should be pleased to live here. TideLife again was a pleasure to work with. The extra parking was a bonus.

The Seabreeze IV is a great house right on the beach with creek access. It comfortably sleeps 14 and has almost all the amenities you need for a large group. We arrived just after a major thunderstorm that knocked out the televisions and some lighting, but Tidelife staff were amazing to work with and very, very responsive when we called. The house is great, but the Tidelife staff were the best.

The rental was good. We were able to check in a little early. Kitchen items dishes etc could have been a little more organized and open food in the pantry should have been thrown away- we had several cockroaches in the kitchen and the master bathroom which smelled like urine. The elevator didn’t work when we got there but the management company quickly came out and unlocked the door to get it working. We used the grill and bought a new propane tank for it and cleaned it. I wish it had its own table to sit on as it’s on a nice picnic table outside that u can’t use because the grill is on it and it’s making the table dirty. Overall great house!
