Esta villa de lujo se encuentra en Gated Community Watersong, a solo minutos de las principales atracciones del área de Orlando. La capacidad máxima de 14 personas. 3 habitaciones están amuebladas con camas king-size y baño privado, 1 dormitorio con dos camas individuales con baño privado y 2 dormitorios con una cama individual y una cama litera y compartir un baño. Beautiful home with big pool and patio
The house was beautiful and had a very nice, large pool. Inside was spacious and the game room was great for when it rained. I didn't expect to have to clean upon arrival. The house looked tidy, but the bathrooms, especially the showers and tub, were not very clean. It looked as though someone ran a cloth over them and called it good. It took Peter 2 days to respond most of the time, but he was nice and let some family members who live in state visit us during the day so we didn't have to spend our vacation driving to see everyone. However, when we saw cockroaches in the house, he basically said "thanks for letting me know" and that was it. It's not very sanitary when you're cooking/eating in the kitchen and there are roaches coming out. We visit Florida every year and have stayed at several different homes we rented through Vrbo. All in all, it's a nice place, but I won't stay again next year.

An amazing family rental if your looking for a FL getaway to relax and enjoy some family time.
Booking was simple fast and easy. Check-in was very simple. Push a few buttons and your in your vacation home. Family loved the experience and thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again.

This property was EVERYTHING we wanted in a property. It was clean and they provided toys for the kids. Will definitely consider renting again.

Felt like home!
Peter was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Last Min Vacation
Before checking i had to ask for the code because it wasn’t sent to me. Then upon arrival a security alarm went off and that i was not made aware of. The contact number for the manager did not work. The refrigerator did not work properly. I messaged the manager and still
have not received a response 3 days later. The game room is poorly assembled. The master bathroom was not clean. Overall I would not recommend this property.

Wonderful, clean home with plenty of room for 14 people to sleep. Lots of space in the pool area.
We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. We have done a staycation with friends in the Watersong neighborhood 3 years ago, so we were happy to see this property available. The home was clean and had plenty of room for all to sleep comfortably. The game room was great too, because when we staycation, we spend the entire time at the house...not at Parks. There were only 3 minor issues. The heated pool is an extra fee, which we didn't realize until it was too late, the upstairs bathroom had no shower curtain, so the kids shared the showers of the master bedrooms. And there was no grill b/c unfortunately not all renters treat the property with respect, which our families do. We didn't let that slow us down though. It was a relaxing and fun weekend for all. Thank you to your family from ours.

The. Property was perfect for our needs.
We enjoyed the house and the space was great. We would've liked to have housekeeping but it was comfortable. In addition, I have been trying to get information about my damage deposit, and have not gotten any information about it as of yet. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

A Great House for a Large Group
We had a women's basketball team stay here for a week. What a nice neighborhood! We loved the house. The rooms are laid out nicely for many individuals. The beds were comfortable. The living room was a great place for the team to hang out. We really enjoyed the large-screen TV (which included Netflix) and the large couch that many people can sit on comfortably. The pool was nice and warm. We also enjoyed the large pool deck, which was great for group gatherings. The decor is very up to date and classy, including many nice TVs all through-out the house and a nice wash machine and dryer. Things were cleaned well. We felt at home for the week. Thank you for a good week!

Wir sind vor dem deutschem Winter geflohen und haben hier drei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Das angenehme Wetter in Florida und das schöne Haus hat sehr zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Die freundlichen Besitzer haben alles getan um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und im landestypischen Stil eingerichtet. Es sind alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden auch die in dieser Jahreszeit erforderliche Poolheizung. Der Aufenthalt im Spieleraum hat keine Langeweile aufkommen lassen. Und zum gutem Schluss noch das wichtigste, das Anwesen ist sehr sauber.

Excellent Vacation Property!
Thank you for our wonderful stay in your beautiful home! We've stayed at four other vacation homes in the Disney area and this one by far was the best! Very clean, bright, large, well decorated home! This home comes equipped with every utensil, appliance and comforts of home you could possibly need and more! There was enough room for all of us, 10 people, ages 5-60 and everyone had a great experience!! The pool was the largest we've had in a vacation rental, and everyone loved it. Overall experience of this home was amazing, just wish we stayed longer! We will definitely be back!! Thank you again!
