Nuestro condominio de 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños (Unidad 306) está ubicado en Peregrine Point, que es el edificio más nuevo en Purgatory Resort.
Camine hasta la plaza principal para acceder cómodamente a restaurantes, alquileres de esquí, tiendas de delicatessen y excelentes tiendas, así como al ascensor principal de alta velocidad, Purgatory Express, a la cima de la montaña.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con hermosas encimeras de granito y utensilios de cocina completos para disfrutar de excelentes comidas. Wonderful property -was spacious, beautiful and came with all the amenities we needed. It’s a short walk to the shuttle and to lift #1. We sure enjoyed our stay here and will try to book again when skiing at Purgatory.

The rental was extremely comfortable and roomy 3 couples stayed there without being crowded. The rental was clean and fully stocked . The views were amazing. The only downside was the king bed in the bedroom with the double doors needs to be replaced the mattress was in very poor condition and much too soft

I like the amazing views from our balcony! It was also very spacious and able to accommodate a huge group and had all that you needed to cook. That was awesome. The unit does need ceiling fans because the floor fans are very old and noisy and although it was cool outside the unit felt warm when there wasn’t a breeze. The middle room had poor ventilation and we couldn’t use it. Sleeper sofas weren’t that great either. Other than that the unit was amazing.

We rented this home for a couple of families to share, and it was perfect. Lots of space for the kiddos to get energy out before we went to the mountain. Three of the four bedrooms have access to a patio, which made for gorgeous views in the winter (certain it's even better when rented in the summer). We hope to rent this again on future trips!

A group of 3-4 couples ski each year. This year was Purg. It is usually hard to find a unit that sleeps 4 couples (king or queen bed per couple). Let along an affordable unit. This unit was the nicest condo we have stayed in at any area we have stayed so far. Nice, clean, roomy. Short walk to the lifts and slopes. The unit is on one floor, which is so much nicer than the many multi bedroom units with vertical rooms on three floors. and it has an elevator. Nice, adequately stocked kitchen, and we have some discerning chefs. There is not a lot of dinner dining options in the mountain village, and we like to cook in. So it worked very well for us.
There is great communication and assistance with the property manager. Check in, check out, daily use instructions are all very clear. The minor issues encountered in all rentals were easily overlooked by the nicety of the visit.
We all enjoyed Purgatory and will be back and will stay with this rental. Thanks

Very much enjoyed this great townhouse for our family ski vacation! Fantastic location, just a short walk across the plaza to the main chair lift. Great layout and f fully equipped. Property management team handled any questions promptly and completely to our satisfaction. So nice to work with such a professional and capable group. We loved the condo, location and space the condo had. When we first got in there, all of the dishes, cups, etc were disgusting and dirty. The front bedroom and two pull out couches are awful. The king mattress sinks and the pull out mattresses are thin, unsupportive, and absolutely gross. Our kids slept on the best pull out but don't expect any adults to sleep there.

We drove over 17 hours from South Texas. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. The only downfall is that we booked during the week and not knowing the area, we realized EVERYTHING was closed at the resort besides a liquor store I believe. For us to get food or anything we had to drive 40 mins one way to Durango. Other than that, everything was amazing with our stay.

The only downfall is that we booked during the week and not knowing the area, we realized EVERYTHING was closed at the resort besides a liquor store I believe. Overall it was a great stay. Perfect location. Spacious. The kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. The place was very clean. It was perfect for what we needed. I thought the BBQ was a nice touch. There was an issue with one of the beds but they responded right back about it. My only critique is they need better pillows. The pillows are paper thin.

Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the activities at the resort. The view from the condo was amazing and we were all very comfortable. We would definitely go back!

Great location and beautiful views! Spacious and clean. The only problem we had was the oven wouldn’t work! Property management did reply promptly and offered another unit for baking. We made due with broil and still had a great time!! Would love to come back in the summer!!

All calls were replied to VERY PROMPTLY. So many companies don't seem to care if you enjoy or stay or have any issues and Premier was just the opposite. I would highly recommend using them and we will personally use them again for future bookings.
