Muy bonita playa con aire acondicionado nuevo y moderno apartamento y están insonorizadas en un edificio de lujo con recepcionista. Muy bonita vista al mar, Italia y Cap Martin. Amplia terraza sobre el mar. Posibilidad de garaje. Empresas de alquiler para un máximo de 4 personas. Posibilidad de alquiler a largo plazo con tarifa decreciente. Hall de entrada, dos dormitorios, un salón, cocina amueblada con todos los electrodomésticos. Cuarto de baño con bañera, ducha, bidet, secador de toallas. Inodoro independiente Amplia terraza con hermosa vista despeja el mar.

Beautiful sea view but as with all the properties along the front there is traffic noise, if you sit outside.

I spent 3 nights with my parents in this great property. The location is ideal with a spectacular beach view and is centrally located in Menton, with many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished, with 2 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 3 (4 with a pull-out bed in the smaller bedroom). The parking was super convenient. France and her son Eric were awesome hosts, flexible to our schedule changes, and quick at answering questions. I would pick this property again for my next trip to the French Riviera.

The property features a nice terrace overlooking the promenade and the sea. The morning light and the sea view you get in the morning is amazing. The apartment is well equipped and soundproofed so you just get a very light traffic noise. There are a few restaurants, bakeries and a mini-market a few minutes walk, so you do not need the car for dining and groceries. Internet connection stable if only 1 device was connected to wifi. Great news for families with small children: Koaland fun park just across the street, a must go. The owners are very kind and waited for us despite we were blocked by a major traffic jam.

Nécessité de fermer une partie des volets sur le salon donnant directement sur la route.. et surtout, présence d'un échaffaudage ocultant totalement la vue sur la mer, avec présence non signalée des ouvriers ! Nous sommes repartis 2 jours avant.

The apartment was comfortable for an eight day stay. There is ample space, the bed is comfortable, the room can be darkened for sleep. There is a second bedroom with a single bed. As we were only two people, we used that room to keep our suitcases and clothes out of the way.There are lots of dishes in the kitchen so that you can have a few meals before you need to use the dishwasher. The bathroom is modern with a good supply of towels. We did not have a car, but there is parking available in the underground garage. Ms Bergel kindly picked us up at the train station (which is about a 15 minute walk away) upon our arrival. She was quick to respond to our requests for little items that were lacking in the flat. The only thing that couldn't be worked out was a problematic wi-fi signal which worked for only the first couple of days. We did not press the issue, and found wi-fi signals at the Tourist Office. We did wear earplugs at night because the apartment is located between two major roads, at an intersection. Thus, there is the traffic sound, especially of the many noisy motorbikes that stop and start at the intersection. For us, the positive of being right beside the ocean with a view from the living room was greater than the negative of the road noise. We would stay there again. There is a concierge in the apartment block who has regular hours and who is willing to help one out. The building has easy access and it feels totally safe and secure. There are little grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Across the street, in the direction away from the ocean, is a beautiful, peaceful garden with paths to wander, many benches, beautiful plantings. Also, kiddy corner from the apartment building is a children's amusement park. We had a good time using the apartment as our base to explore the area using the very affordable buses and the convenient trains. Thank you, France, for your welcome and your help.

We stayed in this apartment the last two weeks of September 2013. The apartment was spacious, airy, and comfortable, with good size bedrooms, bathroom and front room. The apartment is located opposite the sea and is very central and close to everything and within walking distance. It has a large terrace where we enjoyed dining al fresco. A car is not needed. The owner met us upon arrival and although the owners were not on site they were always contactable by phone and very helpful. We would recommend the apartment to friends and family.
