wasn’t a bar for night so you had to go somewhere else for a drink or experience another restaurant

Beautiful hotel, well designed with attention to detail.

Breakfast was very good but coffee and eggs to order were sometimes cold.

we were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was incredible. double bath, lovely extra touches which made our stay feel super luxurious. definitely returning for longer next time.

I liked everything.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at OKU. From the moment we arrived we had such a warm and helpful welcome from the staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Dinner at Restaurant OKU was incredible and breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen. The service around the pool was lovely and the food was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It was a shame that our swim up room didn’t get the sun, but this could just be the time of year that we visited.

Loved every inch of this hotel. The rooms are wonderful, beautifully decorated, their employees are amazing for all services you need, food is wonderful and breakfast is probably one of the best you ever had- super fresh, local and organic. Congratulations!

We stayed just for 1 nights, but had an incredible stay. Restaurants and service was spot on. They recently refurbished the restaurant which is fantastic ! We are coming back for sure

From start to finish this has been a dream trip! the hotel is tastefully decorated in a bohemian minimalist style the and the vibe is the perfect Ibiza mix of chill and party. The pool area and room are next level with amazing spa treatments, yoga and sound healing, but the star of the show has to be the staff, from the moment we arrived we were looked after and a special mention to Lorena on reception, thank you for an amazing stay!

The style and facilities are awesome and every member of staff was exceptional and very patient with us practicing our Spanish on them 😁 we had the swim up room but didn’t really use it as the main pool is so cool to relax by.

Nothing apart from location, could be a little closer to the beach

Far too loud for an acceptable stay - music played until 11/12PN every night Given this was rated the best SPA hotel by Condé Nast, we had to find out that this actually a party hotel and didn’t even have a SPA. The massages were amazing but again we could clearly hear the music outside from the massage table. We left one night early because there was no escaping

Great location and outdoor pool area.

Only a couple of cans of water supplied in the room. Not enough water to stay hydrated.

Food by the pool should have more regular options, like pizza pasta etc.

The room was beautifully decorated with quality amenities. The AC worked well also. The outdoor pool area was perfect. The concierge staff were extremely helpful with perfect English. They arranged an immediate taxi for me to my various destinations during my stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options, and presented nicely. The outdoor seating was shaded with light music and away from the noisy side.

Food and drink were quite expensive, though the quality was still there. Some lower-cost options would have been nice. I could hear people coming/ going from their own rooms throughout the night which is a problem for light sleepers.
