Nuestra casa de playa de tres pisos cuenta con un piso principal en el segundo nivel con áreas de estar y comedor que se abren a la cocina y al balcón. El dormitorio principal, también en el piso principal, ofrece un refugio tipo spa con una cama king size, bañera de hidromasaje y baño privado. El segundo y tercer dormitorio, un baño, más una terraza con vista al mar, se encuentran en el tercer nivel. El segundo dormitorio grande tiene cama queen size y área privada de estar / sala de estar. El tercer dormitorio es tipo loft con techos inclinados y dos camas matrimoniales. El sofá de la sala también se retira a una cama completa. El patio de la planta baja tiene una gran mesa y parrilla de gas para su uso exclusivo.
Durante junio, julio y agosto, este alquiler también incluye el estudio de la planta baja al que se puede acceder a través del patio y el garaje. This house was great for our group. Plenty of room and just as described. We loved being able to stroll right down to the beach and it was great having the beach chairs and boogie boards. Also great to have garage parking! The only thing I will mention is the neighbor next door to the west. Not a pleasant lady. We were greeted with a letter regarding quiet hours in the neighborhood meaning No noise between 10pm and 8am and quiet enjoyment all other hours. That is understandable but we frankly never really used the patio because of this. One day she came over and told our 13 year girls to be quiet while they were out on the patio. It was 2 o’clock in the afternoon and just 2 girls! That’s the only caveat, otherwise wonderful property and the property management was great with communication.

Location was fantastic! Great restaurants nearby. We loved walking on the beach and being able to see the beach from the upper deck of the place. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets! Had everything we needed in the place for our stay.

This home is in the perfect location. There were tons of beach toys and chairs to use as needed. The house was in a cute neighborhood. We had no complaints from the neighbors about noise but felt it was easy to follow the guidelines. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. There were a few small issues but the host was very quick to help us. If you are sensitive to light I recommend bringing a mask to sleep with as the alley lights seem to be on motion sensors and shine into the master bedroom. All in all we thought the house was very cute, great host and perfect location.

This is a nice beach house. It's location to the ocean is what makes it a wonderful place to stay.
I noticed in previous reviews that some renters felt the neighbors were overly sensitive to noise during the evening hours. We did not experience any issues of this kind. Everyone was pleasant.
Like all beach houses this time of year, it could use a little TLC in some areas, but when check-out is 10:00AM and check-in is 3:00PM there is only so much that can be accomplished in that amount of time.
My family enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The location cannot be beat. It is about a 4 minute walk to the beach. It is across the street from the Catamaran Hotel.
Every short term rental is going to have issues-mostly minor things. When I reached out to the manager, the owner contacted me immediately to get matters resolved that day.
The unit has a separate guest studio on the main level where the 2 car garage is located. You climb the stairs to the main unit where you find the kitchen spacious living room/dining area, and main bedroom/bathroom. You can see the ocean from the balcony.
Another set of stairs takes you to two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
Wifi was a challenge at first but when notified, the owner tackled the problem immediately with the internet provider.

It is a great location near the beach, shops, restaurants, and groceries. The house is a good size for families. The extra studio apt., laundry, and garage are a bonus.

The location of this home is fantastic. Close to the beach and tons of food and shops. Great garage for 2 vehicles. The house is in need of major TLC, but is cute. House layout is strange but worked out okay for our party of 8 (2 kids under 7 included) as long as you rent the studio as well.
Beware of resident neighbor, who left a note wedged in front doors before we even arrived, very aggressively worded to remain quiet at all times (note said quiet from 8am to 10pm; no noise from 10pm to 8am). Not a very welcoming way to start the vacation, not to mention the security camera they have pointed right on the upper patio, giving you the feeling of being watched, or afraid to make too much noise. Same neighbor then smoked cigarettes all day that drifted into the house with our baby.
If not for the rude neighbor and the fact the house needs major TLC, this is a great location and made for a great vacation.

It was more than enough room for the 5 of us. It was walking distance to beach and a very short walk to beach. Well worth the money. Will stay there again on our next trip out to San Diego.

Our overall stay was great! Steps from the ocean and close to a ton of amazing restaurants and coffee bars. The house does need a little tlc but it was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a girls weekend get away

Be advised...toxic next door neighbor, and property needs some TLC and fix-ups. If not the for the neighbor and some disrepair we would have had a perfect stay.

Great location for beach and Seaworld, the house is worn and could use some work/deep cleaning. Not as kid friendly as described (2 and 4 year old) and the beds are very squeaky and loud. The check in process was smooth, though it was not able to fit our SUV and car as described. Luckily we were able to park parallel to the garage door!

I stayed at this property with my friends for a birthday trip. The house was great and very accommodating to all our guests and the location was great! Short walk to the beach as well as the restaurants and bars. The host was very nice and helpful. Only thing I would say to future guests is to be aware of the neighbor to the west… she is not a fan of the VRBO guests and is very sensitive with noise. Besides that a solid 10/10

We had our family of 5 staying here for a wedding on the beach. The location was excellent, and having the garage for parking was a big plus. The property is a little dated/worn in spots, but it suited our needs well. We didn't have any issues on the noise ordinance in the neighborhood and appreciated how quiet it was at night since you are so close to your neighbors. There is no A/C, but having the windows open and fans going made it comfortable, even though it was very humid during out stay. Having beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels was a plus.

Even with a heat advisory and no AC in this neighborhood the stay was wonderful. Labor Day weekend. Not much crowds. The teens has easy access to beach and Belmont. Plenty of room for 2 adults, 4 teens and an 8 yr old. Thanks for the stay.

Great house. Quiet street. A little warm with no AC but they supplied plenty of fans for every room. Great linens! Boogie boards were shot and not usable but chairs, shovels and towels were great. I. Would rent again.

Perfect home for a beach getaway!
Incredible location that allowed for wonderful sunny days both ocean front and bayside! Home had everything we could ask for and fit two families of four quite comfortably! Enjoyed the early morning sunshine and evening sunsets on the third floor patio. Looking forward to returning soon!

A nice place for a two bedroom and a cubby with two beds BUT no doors. The description states three bathrooms but that's if you rent the studio below. The easy access to the beach make this place worth the inconvenience of two small bathrooms.

Great Quiet Location!
We stayed at this property with my family of 5 plus my older parents. The house was well stocked and clean. We were able to check in early and that process was very simple. The house is literally a minute walk from the back door to the beach. The kids loved that even though it was a little cold for swimming. Lots of restaurants and things to see with-in walking distance. All the things nearby that we did included La Jolla beach to see the seals and sea lions, San Diego Zoo, Belmont Park and Midway Museum. If you walk down to the pier stop by City Tacos, we all loved it. Make sure to note the quite hours. It's a nice quiet beach neighborhood the permanent residents value their peace and quiet. Quite of few of the houses in the area are vacation rentals and the locals are quick to jump on anyone not abiding by the quite hours. It was nice for us because we were in bed early. Would recommend and if we ever go back we'll check here first.

While the unit could use some spiffing up, we have no complaints. Clean, well-stocked and conveniently located a short block from beach. Actual garage a great bonus in high-density limited parking area (and well-supplied with summer toys). Manager was exceptional...communication prompt and efficient.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very spacious with plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Just a few mins walk to the beach and great restaurants easy to get downtown Gas Lamp District San Diego, and The Pier for our Fishing Charter. I will be bringing my wife and kids back for a different type of vacation. Sarah the property manager was attentive and answered all questions. Could not recommend any higher.

The location could not be better -steps to the beach or the bay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the layout (1 b downstairs, 2 up) was perfect for our group of 2 children, their parents and grandparents.

Great place to stay if a quiet family.
In the end we had a nice stay in San Diego. The management and property owners are terrific. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The only caveat that I think needs to be discussed better in the overview is that the neighbourhood has VERY strict noise policy. The strictest I have ever experienced in the 15 years I have rented in this area. In particular, one neighbour was asking us to be quiet in the middle of the afternoon while we were sitting on the patio talking. This rental would be great for a family to stay at, or an adult group of no more than 4 people. Great location to beach and if you want a quieter stay...this is the place for you.
