Overall a very good property to enjoy with family and friends. The location is good and accessible from the main market. Kids friendly too.

THE LOCATION AND LAYOUT OF THE ENTIRE VILLA WAS VERY GOOD. THE CARETAKER WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY HELPFUL.

1ST FLOOR AC IN THE BED ROOM & SITTING ROOM WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, THOUGH THE CARETAKER TRIED TO GET IT REPAIRED BUT STILL THE SITTING ROOM WAS NOT AT ALL WORKING, AND THE BEDROOM WAS SOMETIMES WORKING AND SOMETIMES NOT, AND WATER WAS LEAKING ON THE FLOOR FROM THE AC.

Property is luxury very clean. Enjoyed our weekend in villa

The villa was great. Spacious, beautiful. Pool was good, A/c was working except one. Kitchen had latest appliances including air fryer. they had amazing games room with pool table and lots of board games.

It was not maintained well though. at many places there was dust including kitchen top. Ants etc were also present.

The vessels need to be replaced, especially the non stick variety where the coating has worn off.
