Good location, secure

Lack of communication from Property Manager, lack of responses from staff when we made a request, Bread Toaster was not working, took three days to provide a replacement, had to send a reminder.

The room size

The customers service is so bad.

location is awesome, comfortable apartment overall checkin and check out was very smooth and nice

the apartment needs to be upgraded (sofa is old, pans and dishes are old) with the price paid, cleaning service could be provided

The only good thing was the location

This apartment was dirty and a lot of dust and no towels. There was only one blanket for our boys so one of them had to sleep with bedspread and no sheets:/ so we had to buy sheets for them, we will not return to this apartment.

Great location with reasonably well equipped kitchen though some wine glasses would be nice. Good internet

Checkin was difficult and wrong address given so pre booked Covid test went astray. Only two towels for 3 people. Not really suitable for 3 adults.

The apartment was great with easy access to parking and a lovely balcony. Plus was close to parks and a few great restaurants, futhermore the host was great and always ready to help

Only thing that we would recommend is Aircon especially in this heat but other than that everything was perfect and the host was great
