Precioso, completamente remodelada casa frente al lago con una ubicación que no puede ser vencido. We loved the location of this house! We had all adults with us so having Coconut's next door was such a bonus. We loved the swim up bar. This dock is huge and we spent a lot of time down there, as well as on the large patio. Lois was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Great house on the lake and great property manager!
This home on the lake is a great place for a family or group of friends to stay at. The dock is nice and big, has plenty of room to grab some sun or sit in the shade, and has plenty of open swimming space without much boat traffic at all.
Being right next to Coconuts was really convenient because it gave us a place to grab a bite (the island club is really good!), hang out at the pool, and rent a pontoon boat as well.
The home is a bit older (like most houses on the lake), but it is well maintained, had been recently updated (the floors are really nice and the islandy decorations are a really nice touch), had four good sized bedrooms, and a beautiful, big deck with a nice, large table and plenty of seating for everyone.
Keep in mind that this home is right on the water and in a somewhat wooded area, so you will have some mosquitos and bugs of course. Just be sure to bring your bug spray and use the citronella candles Lois had already out on the deck for us to use. :). You can also build a bonfire, which we did, to make some smores and mix things up a bit!
Overall, this is a really great, nice, relaxing place to stay at on the lake with everything you need. And having a great host who's really responsive to any questions you might have makes all the difference as well.

Summer vacation 2022
We really liked that Coconuts is right next door, people watching at its finest. The home is located in a no wake cove which is absolutely perfect especially on the weekends when it gets super busy on the lake. We enjoyed chatting with the neighbors from across the lake while out paddle boarding, really nice and welcoming people. The home overall satisfied our needs.

Loved the Location
Being next door to Coconuts at the Lake was great. Swim up bar was fun and food was good. But you MUST try Hillbilly Yacht Club! It’s a very unique place and must be experienced.
Large deck and nice large table and chairs were shaded in the afternoon and evening which was great. Dock had table and chairs and some nice lounge chairs.
Just an fyi, there is no disposal and the dishwasher desperately needs to be replaced. Had fun floating, renting a boat at Coconuts and enjoying the deck and dock.

People Watching Paradise!
We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty if space inside and out. Being next door to Coconuts makes for some great people ans boat watching. I also enjoyed the porch swing! Great to be able to bring our dog and have plenty of parking!

Girls Lake Weekend
There were 10 of us, Lois was kind enough to make an exception. The communication with Lois was excellent and she’s very nice.
We really enjoyed staying here! There are 4 queen beds (4 bedrooms), a large kitchen and living area. The deck off the dining area is huge and offered plenty of room for us to enjoy. We liked having the bedrooms on a separate floor for those who slept later. We all loved the dock the most though, it’s very large and allowed us room for all our coolers and floaties. Coconuts is right next door, however we were never really disturbed by any traffic or crowds, which was a concern before arriving. The swimming area / water was perfect! A large calm area to enjoy!
A con of staying here would be all the stairs. In the heat of summer, it wasn’t easy carrying full coolers and bags when we arrived. This won’t stop us from staying here again, it’s just an FYI for those who might have trouble. The parking can be a bit tricky as well. One secluded area is the upper deck! So peaceful up there with great views!
Overall, we loved it. It served our large party well and we had a great time. Very relaxing. We even enjoyed the fire pit right next to the water 2 nights! Thank you, Lois!

This property is amazing!! Plenty of room for everyone (we had 8). The kitchen is literally stocked with anything you need. Plenty of towels as well. And very, very clean! The location is amazing as well! Lois is very responsive and flexible. She’s wonderful! My group will most definitely be staying here as much as possible!! Thank you Lois, we had an excellent time. Great cove for crappie fishing!
We caught over 50 fish off the dock! Pretty quiet this time of the year. The house was super clean and Lois made me feel like family! We launched our boat for 5.00 at hillbilly yacht club with no problem. The dock was my favorite. Parking is limited but overall this place was great for the the hubs and I! There’s plenty of room for a family. Easy to GPS. Coconuts just opened! Nice place!

We loved our experience here. The house can sleep so many and the beds were comfy! Huge table outside and 2 grills. 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, washer and dryer, everything! Margarita machine was so fun. We loved that Lois provided everything! Towels, linens, shampoo, dishwasher soap, etc..... No wasted space in the home. Lois was so responsive and helpful to us before and during our stay. Location was perfect! Super short walk to Coconuts where our kids played in the sand, on the water slide, and we rented a boat. We will be back to Lois' house for sure!

You Want to Stay HERE!!
Talk about a perfect location! Literally right next door to Coconut's and a very easy drive from STL. The house had plenty of room for 10 girls and all of our stuff. The deck was perfect for early morning Zumba and late night flip cup. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and drinks. She even provides beach and shower towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, it was like we were at a hotel! Lois is super responsive to questions and was waiting for us when we checked-in on Thursday. We had so much fun and were so impressed we already booked the house for 2017!! Can't Wait!!

Great house!
What a great experience we had for a bachlorette party with 12 girls in their late 20s. Lois was wonderful. Very easy to deal with and phone call away if you needed anything. We couldn't of asked for a better location located right next door to coconuts (highly recommended for daytime fun) It was the perfect house for us and had lots of room and beds for all 12 of us. Everything you would need Lois had it was great since we were traveling from Chicago all we needed was food and booze! Thank you Lois! Highly recommended.

Annual Lake Trip
I cannot say enough great things about this house and the owner, Lois. The house is beautiful, exactly as described and has everything you need. The deck is very large and a great spot to grill and enjoy the evenings. The location next to Coconuts cannot be beat! I've booked other properties through VRBO and I can say without a doubt that Lois was the quickest to respond and is the easiest owner/manager I've ever dealt with. She makes sure your questions are answered and your needs are met. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return again next year!

Great house and location
Our group consisted of 11 women, all over the age of 40, and we thought the house was great. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The deck was great with a huge table and lots of seating. The kitchen was a very nice size and we had everything we needed. The only small negative was that we ran out of hot water very quickly, but we were at the lake...who showers?? Ha! There are a lot of stairs, so that could be an issue for some. Having Coconuts right next door was really convenient...that is a fun area to go to!

Graduation Celebration
We had a family vacation celebrating a high school graduation in the area and rented this property. It was lovely and everything very clean and felt like home. Large enough to accommodate a large family and friends of the graduate for a bar-b-q before the graduation. Large deck was lovely and there were 2 grills one charcoal and one gas however our family prefers charcoal so only one was used. Fishing from the dock was fruitful and produced 2 good size bass. We were able to walk to Coconuts beach resort ( a nice added benefit) Everything was provided except the food and beverages. 4 large bedrooms up, therefore the grandparents could go to bed away from the late night activities. By the way the beds were very comfortable.

Bachelor Party Weekend
First off let me say how great Lois was. She was very easy to work with and extremely trusting even though going in she knew we were a group of around a dozen guys. Completely opposite from any other renter I spoke with. The house itself was perfect. Plenty of room, a big kitchen, a huge deck space equipped with everything you need, a grassy area to build fires and play games and a dock to swim off of. The location couldn't be beat being literally right next door to Coconuts, a short walk to another bar and within a short driving distance to convenience stores for quick food/drink runs. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks again, Lois!

Family Vacation
My family of four and our dog had a blast at this wonderful lake house.
We enjoyed that Coconuts was so close (we rented a tritoon and wave-runner for 2 days from them). Which fit in the dock very well.
The boat dock was a fun swimming base for our kids 8 and 11 years old as well as allowing us to swim over to Coconuts where they have a great area for kids and adults alike. We suggest this great home for any family vacation, situation.

Great weekend on the lake
Couldn't have asked for a better four-day weekend. Lois was a wonderful landlord and was responsive to all our needs. The house seems to be targeted toward families with children, but our group of couples in our 20's and 30's had a fantastic time. The full kitchen was great, and the large dining room table was perfect for playing games. Having Coconuts right next door was a huge bonus, and we were able to rent a boat for the day with no complications. The outdoor table and the twin-sized mattresses have seen better days, but they're still functional. Everything was clean, and there were plenty of beach towels for us to use.
I would definitely recommend this rental. It was probably the cheapest and most enjoyable vacation we've had in years.

40th birthday weekend
We had such a fabulous time at your lake home. The home itself was perfect! 12 adults made up our group and there was more than enough space, the house was very accommodating with supplies and the large deck was perfect for "family dinners" and afternoon get togethers. We had a ball swimming off the dock and many of the group participated in the Coconuts experience. Thank you for allowing us to share your house; we definitely had an amazing time!

Awesome Property/Great location
We rented out this beautiful home for a guys weekend. Couldn't be the location of being right next door to Coconuts. We split our time between hanging out on the large deck, in the water off the dock and over at Coconuts for the pool party. Not a knock on the house, but Coconuts doesn't have a nightlife, so if you are interested in that, it will require a driver (Car or boat) to get to another restaurant/area. Overall we had a great time and were extremely happy with everything.

Guys weekend
Went down for a guys weekend at the end of April and had a great weekend. Golf course about 15 minutes away. Coconuts was closed so I can't comment on that. Lois was great to work with. Will stay again if we ever go down there again.
