The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

It was an older home but well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. It had a pool but because of the weather we were not able to use it. Only issue was the guest bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The host was very responsive when I had to reach out to her. Overall is was a good experience.

We loved the house. The pool was the best part. Very relaxing. Anything we needed the house was fully equipped.

It was just as pictured. We had issues with the dryer when we first got there as the towels were still damp and the dryer wouldn’t work. They had someone out to fix it as soon a possible and everything else was great!

Property suited us (3 players and chaperones) well for our baseball tournament. We’ve stayed at many vrbo’s and this one is well equipped. We didn’t venture out much into the surrounding area as our games were pretty far away but the neighborhood is quiet and fairly well kept. Would feel safe walking around. Older home but was clean and beds/furniture were comfortable. Kitchen has just about everything you need to cook whatever meals you’re planning. Pool area is fairly private and surrounded by foliage and garage. One word of caution, tile (indoors and outdoors) can become slick when wet. Overall pleased with our stay.

The house was perfect for our family of five (Dad, Pregnant Mom, 14 year old daughter, 10 year old daughter, and 1 year old son) so we really hit each age group and all had the most relaxing stay. The heated pool was perfect, great neighborhood for walks around and to the little playground down the street. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. No complaints, highly recommend this rental if staying in the area!

Everything as described or better. Nice warm swimming pool, clean house and surroundings, plenty of places to sleep, close to the beach, 15-20 min walk. Everybody was happy.

Our family of five had a great time in the home. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable, the pool was great, and we enjoyed the neighborhood tennis courts and the nearby beach. The owner was very responsive when we had small issues with the front door lock and we definitely plan to stay again!

My family, three adults, two young kids, loved our stay. The house was perfect with lots of space for everyone. The pool was warm and terrific for the kids. The area is great with park, tennis courts, old key lime walking distance, and a number of other beaches and restaurants a very short drive. Hosts were very responsive, and we certainly hope to return!

Very clean, communication with owner was great and quick response. Loved that the Old Key Lime House was a short walk since the first tropical storm of the season sat on top of us for two days but we made the best of it!!

Nice house. Bedrooms were great for separating kids from adults. Plenty of sleeping space. Pool was very nice. Kitchen was great with plenty of tools for cooking. The owners do a really nice job with their property to make you feel comfortable.

Very nice home
My family very much enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Personnel from VRBO were responsive with any questions or comments we had. Removed one star from check-in due to the keypad lock not working on the front door, but they did have a spare key available. Neighbors were very friendly too when we would see them on our morning walks. Location is great and nearby anything we needed. We would stay there again for sure.

Great location, plenty of room
The property sits in a great location and convenient to many local attractions that you may need (e.g. restaurants, river, beaches). Overall size of the places really allows you to spread out and enjoy family and friends. The pool deck and patio is amazing, very spacious and a great place to hang and enjoy the outdoors with privacy. We did have some check-in concerns; however, the owner was extremely responsive and addressed the issue immediately.

Live roaches
This property looks great and it would have been if there wouldn't have been roaches on the kitchen counter. We killed at least 6. There were even some on the silverware. The host said the place had been empty for 2 weeks and they didn't want to interrupt our stay (2 nights) to call the service. We think the service should have been called before our trip. No partial refund was given upon request. I don't like leaving this review, but I feel responsible to other people who are looking for places to stay in that area. It's too bad because the place is lovely other than the bugs- oh yeah, there were a couple of spiders in one of the beds. If it wasn't such a short trip, we would have moved to another place.

Nice cozy house
The size of the house/lot was great for our needs! Bonus for 2 beds in 2 rooms. The pool and deck area are beautiful and peaceful. While the kitchen was a bit small (stayed with friends so several cooks) it had plenty necessary kitchen items! Plenty of towels/sheets overall well stocked house. We would stay again.

Excelent neighborhood
The house is nice and very well located. The pool great. The houses and streets all around are very pretty. Beaches are close enough but not walking distance. The book of things around is very useful. The house is better than expected. We will come back again to the same house if we were going to be in this area.

Fantastic house in excellent location
The house was just as described. It has enough beds to comfortably sleep 10 adults (2 to a bed). The pull out couch we used was not comfortable for anyone to sleep on. The kitchen was well equipped for any type of cooking with plenty of dishes and silverware. The pool was nice and clean and the outside sitting area was adequate. I could not find the beach items except for a small shed whose gate is blocked by a palm tree which had some items sitting on the ground that were not usable. We drove so we brought our own beach items.
The A/C and fans worked great (which is important in Florida). Parking was excellent as we had a large family reunion and had quite a few cars from visiting family. We were respectful of the neighborhood and had no issues.
It is an excellent house, comfortable enough for 10 adults and in excellent location close to Costco, Publix, Walgreens, Dollar Store, shopping, restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!
We had a great experience at this house. The pool is wonderful, the house is well laid out and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when the grill was not working and immediately replaced it. We will definitely be back!

The property was okay
Our overall stay was okay because we made the best of it but, there were a few things that we wish were better. For instance, we'd plan on grilling but the grill wasn't clean which made us resort to cooking inside. The bed linens we not as clean as we would of liked. The trash bin was full so we had to leave the trash bags next to the bins. All in all, we just improvised and made the best of what we had.

Beautiful property BUT
Upon entering there was:
No welcome package -not even a cold bottle of water to be had- (we were there for two weeks)

Kitchen had burnt pots and pans
After the initial disappointment of what we expected, we adjusted our mindset and enjoyed our stay. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby and that’s what saved the day!

Nice place
We rented for a month and were not disappointed, some small adjustments to make upon arrival, like the pool temperature and the wifi but it was easily settled with the owner in less than 24 hours. The beds are (very) comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and what a pleasure to have a pool on the other side of the door especially when the weather is nice and warm! An important detail in our case is the fact that there are different levels in the house, so if you also travel with elderly people it is a good thing to know.
I recommend this place for your stay and it is possible that my family will return there next year!

Home away from home
This house was the perfect place for a mini vacation with our family of 6. It was comfortable, bright and spacious enough for all yet felt intimate and cozy at the same time. It was such an improvement from hotel rooms And allowed us to make it feel like home while we were in Florida for the long weekend. Protected in a nice neighborhood but close by to all needs (grocery, Walgreens, liquor store) and wants (beach, playgrounds, restaurants).
