Well equipped, clean, reasonable pricing, quiet, owner’s hospitality and friendly

We really enjoyed our holiday in Novigrad at Villa Maria. The room was beautifully clean, it was a short walk to the beach and a nice walk to the centre. We will remember most the wonderful Pastar family, the landlord and his wife took wonderful care of us and were very nice to our one year old son. We would love to come again!

Villa Maria was a great place for our family vacation in Croatia - we had enough space for two couples, nice bathroom and a kitchen to prepare breakfasts and cook dinners that we ate on the balcony. There is a short walk for an amazing beach with lots of trees which ensure a place to hide from the sun. The city center is also really close and you can find many shops and restaurants there. Mrs Maria is a delightful person, ready to help when you need her. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a quiet, peaceful place near the Adriatic Sea.

The WiFi did not always work but we didn’t need it that much so it did not bother us.

Quiet location with parking outside room. Very clean and well equipped. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

The interior bathroom was difficult to air but this is only a minor problem and I still give the property 10.

Thanks for your accommodation and your behaviour. There is very kind host with his wife. It’s a quiet place. Host does all for guest. 👍

After posting my review, the owner contacted me over the phone immediately and was very unpolite. I did a lapsus when typing quickly but he didn't wanted to hear anything and was so extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Totally opposite to the time when I stayed there! I wanted to go back there again, but after experiencing his reaction for my review on Booking, never.
