Le camere , i corridoi per raggiungerle sono vecchi
e soprattutto il bagno è molto trascurato .

staff non disponibile e nemmeno elastico nella risoluzione delle problematiche, ed mi riferisco al fatto che si sono rifiutati di accettare come pagamento una carta di credito, hanno preteso solo cash! lasciandoci senza soldi

Just the pool
The rooms weren’t clean. Air condition wasn’t working. The bed head board was dirty

We paid 112,00€/night for a doubleroom in June which was a good deal. The location is close to the airport, clubs and beach. The breakfast was okay. The pool area is nice and spacious.
I wouldn't give the Hotel 4 Stars at all. The bathroom is quite dated, it lacks minor things like a toilet brush, the bracket for the showerhead has come off and so on. The extreme noise of landing and starting airplanes was expectet but should be mentioned.
For the regular price of 150€ + it would not be worth it.

Very dirty rooms, as well as a staff that did not really care if the rooms were cleaned or not. The rooms looked very used up with the floor paint going out, the bed being really uncomfortable were you could feel the metal strings. There was a mini bar but emptied, no room service available and no special restaurant inside the hotel besides the general cafeteria.

Reception staff were very helpful...but the service staff were not properly responsive ..in one of rooms there was no body wash and even after requesting we didn't get it.
It was near to the airport and near to some party places .

the hotel isn’t a 4* it’s 3* at best. the hotel is tired and wasn’t cleaned to the highest standard.

This is a big complex with lots of tourists but it’s clean, spacious and does the job! Its directly on a gorgeous quiet beach and the breakfast is great!

I like the fact that it's closer to everything.
I love that its close to the airport and when you get out the hotel alot of taxis are roaming around.
I love the pool and the view.
I didn't like that there's no rule regarding the people leaving their towels in the chair to reserve it (in the pool side area) other people don't have have any chance to sit under the sun.

I love the location of the place and always a regular.
Nothing much can go wrong in this place especially when it is off season. Everything is a joy.

The pool area. The location. The food was fine. There was a hairdryer, that was a bonus.
