Had a great experience at our stay, the villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Not only were we able to contact the Villa agency with any problems but the owner (John) was very helpful in making sure our stay was fantastic....I will definitely be looking to biok next year!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was clean, easy to find and furniture is comfortable. We loved the pool spa patio area. The game room was a great addition to have for the adults to hang out separate from the little kids (especially at nap time). My three year old could get in and out of pool and spa without assistance and the pool has a child gate for when we didn't want him getting to the pool. Overall great time, we will definitely stay again.

The house was a great size and had the prefect number of rooms for our family. We enjoyed the pool daily. I traveled with my parents, teenage son and my cousin. The location was great to stores and attractions.

The house was perfect! It was big enough, the pool was AMAZING, the heating was well worth the extra cost for us! Minimal issues, but when an issue did arise, the property management company was super friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recommend this property!

We are very happy with the VRBO home we rented - the pool and spa were fantastic and our entire family enjoyed everything about the house. The layout was great, the pool was beautiful and the Air hockey table was a hit that turned into a turnament for us!!!!

We loved our stay here! Our group consisted of my husband & children, my parents, my brother & sister in law.
We all had enough space to ourselves but could easily gather together to eat, play games & enjoy the pool. It was perfect for our needs.
The games room was great, a pool table, air hockey & foosball all in great working condition.
The neighborhood was peaceful so we could enjoy being outdoors at the pool.
I would definitely book here again, I absolutely loved it.

This was a great house for a relaxing vacation. We had some minor issues, but they were resolved very quickly with the management company. They were prompt and more than fair! We had a great time.
Location was okay-nothing special, nothing bad! It’s a drive to get to most of the towns, but since we planned to mostly relax, the location was fine for us.
The heated pool was definitely a bonus! It was a chilly Christmas week so relaxing in the spa was magical.

This villa was perfect for a family getaway. The pool was beautiful and we spent most of our stay either swimming or out lounging on the patio furniture.
The house was clean and comfortable. Every bedroom was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Our children enjoyed the game room and the adults spent a number of nights playing pool.
The owner and management company were very responsive dealing with the tiny issues that came up during our stay.
We would definitely stay at this villa in future.

We had such a great time staying here. The only issue we had was the spa timer did not work for us one of the nights. I called the property manager the next morning and no one returned my call. Other than that the stay was fantastic. Everything in the game room worked as it should. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful house, wonderful pool area, spacious kitchen. Totally disappointed that the grill was a hot mess. Dirty caked on crudd. Some one needs to clean or replace it. Couldn't, wouldn't, shouldn't use it. Other than that everyone enjoyed the house. Would rent it again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well equipped. Pool and hot tub were very nice and a great way to relax. House is located in a very nice area. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Everything was great, the house was clean smelled fresh, the children enjoyed the game room and pool. It was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The only thing if I had to say anything the beds were great I just like a firmer mattress, but that’s really just my preference. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again. The host was very helpful in the email sent prior to our arrival.

- [ ] No direction on how pool lights or jets for hot tub work
- [ ] No bath mats in master bathroom others are old and dirty
- [ ] Drive to Universal definitely not 40 -45 minutes. Bank on at a minimum 1 hour when no traffic
- [ ] On hot days the temperature is not controllable. All blinds closed, temperature would not drop below 77 degrees. Difficult for sleeping especially in master bedroom.

This home is exactly as you see in the pictures, it was amazingly clean when we arrived. All bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is really well stocked. Fridge and freezer keep really cold which is a plus when it’s 100F outside.
Pool was great and a perfect size, deepest end is 5ft which we appreciated. Less than a mile from Walmart and Winn-Dixie for groceries.
Cannot recommend enough, definitely don’t pass up on this property. 5 *****

This property is nice and spacious. Encountered some minor issues. The game room was warmer than expected, but the temperature in the area at the time was hot. The internet went out (no fault of the owners) and there were uninvited guests that appeared in the pool. Again, no fault of the owners.

The house is amazing and they even left little things you might forget. “Thanks for the coffee” lol. Definitely would recommend. The pool is big and the color changing light is something that made it just a little extra special. The kids definitely enjoyed it.

Great location near theme parks, golf courses in gated community. The home and amenities provided everything we needed for our family of all ages. The young man from the property management company replacing the microwave was quick, efficient and friendly, as was everyone we dealt with for this stay. Enjoyed our time at this home very much and hope we have the pleasure of staying here again.

John was an excellent and very communicative host. Property was perfectly situated to visit Legoland and Peppa Pig. Pool was great in the afternoons, we enjoyed sitting outside. Plenty of room and amenities for a large group and children. The access to stroller and pack n play was so appreciated. We’d stay again!

This property worked perfectly for a central Florida location to get family together. We had plenty of room to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The questions/requests we had were answered and taken care of immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and secure and we felt very safe. It was convenient to groceries, etc..
