Roomy home with a beautiful location right on the beach. Quiet, clean, and perfect for a family getaway!

The house is perfect, we loved the location and the sunrises, beach days and walks on the beach were absolutely unforgettable. The house was well stocked, an abundance of linens and towels, really loved the laundry room, loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, beds were comfortable, lots of movie nights spent on the comfy couch, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Common area of the open kitchen to dining and living room area was great, enough space for all of us to feel included and together despite times of doing different things. I’m sure my three boys will continue to rave about this home, the beach front and our stay until we come back again. My grandparents also throughly enjoyed our stay. This was perfect for a quiet, relaxing family beach trip. Thankful my grandparents were able to enjoy their great grand children and spend time together. Ms. Marla and her team are wonderful, they truly made our stay one of ease and comfort. Thank you all so much. We loved our stay thanks to all of you. We hope to come back again soon and explore more of St. Augustine!

The property is perfectly situated on vilano beach. The view and ease of getting to the beach are perfection! Everything about the beauty and comfort of this home were portrayed on the listing exactly as they appear! We can’t wait to rent again!

It's was heavenly!

This house was just about perfect! Marla was a great host, the location is perfect (only 4 minutes from a Publix and 6 minutes from downtown St Augustine), the linens and towels were in abundance, the kitchen was lacking nothing (I even used a garlic press!!), the beach toys and supplies were ample, the laundry room was impressive, and the view out the back of the house was amazing!! I would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed in a home that was run by a vacation rental company and the difference between them and Marla was so vast. I’d probably never rent from a big company again. Marla made such a difference. She loves her property and her guests.

Wonderful home that was perfect for our trip. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and linen. The views and sound from the back deck were perfect for reading, sipping a drink or just enjoying the waves. You felt almost on top of the waves at high tide. We grilled one evening and the gas grill was spotless and worked perfectly. We tried to leave it just as clean as we found it. The garage had plenty of beach chairs and a few beach toys. Plenty for us. There is one issue that really didn’t affect us at all. They are doing a beach recovery project just north that is slowly working their way south. We heard the “beep, beep” of the heavy machinery backing up but otherwise it didn’t interfere. It will eventually get down to the house and would probably ruin a trip as they worked through the night. The owner is on top of it as she asked for a pic at the end of our stay to gauge how far away they are. Wonderful house.

Enjoyed out stay. Exceptional host.

For starters the communication with the property owner is excellent. We asked to arrive a couple of hours early and our request was granted. This property is literally on the beach; so location is perfect. This is the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. And they have everything and more you would want; chairs, beach toys, ocean toys, kitchen is fully stocked, porch has tons of seating, towels galore and on and on. Such a beautiful property!

This home was great for our family of eight adults and two infants. The location couldn’t be beat, right on the beach, and a short drive to old St. Augustine. We had a concern during the stay, and the host very quickly responded, and made everything right. We would definitely stay again.

For the second year in a row, our family has gathered from 3 different states to spend a week in this house. It is roomy and well stocked with all you would need to cook/bbq, visit the beach, and relax. From towels to pool chairs to pot and pans and even fans, this house is really well equipped and comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to make such great memories with our family here.

We stayed here for a family vacation to the beach and had the best time. The house is right on the beach as pictured, beautiful view and so convenient when trying to do a beach day with kids. We saw dolphins from the porch several times and one evening a huge sea turtle on the beach. Short distance to downtown St Augustine and a Publix right down the road as well. Highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time! The house was great! Plenty of room for our two families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. Having two king rooms is nice for multiple families. The house was well stocked and it was in a great location. We felt like we were on a private beach! We will definitely stay here again!!

Love this property! The house is roomy and accommodates many people due to its set up. Having it located right on the beach makes morning beach walks, daytime beach activities, and evenings on the porch listening to waves so easy! The restaurants are plentiful and delicious while Publix is just down the road. And definitely don’t forget to rent surfboards…they will deliver them to the home!

Stayed for 1 week with 4 adults and 6 children 8 and under. The setup and space of the 2 story living arrangements were ideal for 2 families. The wrap around porch allowed excellent views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. The location was great and allowed quick access to downtown St Augustine. Overall we were very pleased.

Our stay at Serenity house was fantastic. The owner was very communicative. The house is in fantastic shape and very well stocked with everything you need for a great week at the beach. The location is amazing - right on the beach. We would definitely recommend for a family looking for a nice place to stay in St. Augustine

I’m already planning how to return next year! I went with my husband and 3 young children and it was the perfect set up. There was plenty of space for just us and could easily add grandparents next time. The beach access is incredible…easy steps and you’re on the spacious beach. Easy clean up after a beach day and quick access to a bathroom with little kids is so helpful. The view is incredible. The home is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to all of the fun st. Augustine sites and cvs Publix etc. Marla is a great host with quick and easy communication & eager to make sure everything is perfect for your stay! We appreciate it!

Great location. Great Owner. You cannot beat the view from the deck and just a few steps down and you are walking on the beach. The beach is perfect texture for walking. The house is an easy drive to ammenities and sundries and just a bit further and you are downtown St. Augustine. Glad we stayed on the quieter Vilano Beach rather than St. Augustine Beach for our group that likes a little more privacy, but not too far from eats and drinks. Owner was on top of everything and made it easy to enjoy.

Such a wonderful experience for a family gathering and fabulous views. Excellent description online and even better in person. Entire home was comfortable, well-stocked and small details covered such gas grill, beach chairs, etc. . The sound of the surf and veranda dining just doesn’t get any better. Most importantly communication with owner very pleasant & added to an enjoyable experience.

Excellent location. Right on ocean with a beautiful view of the beach! Close to downtown St. Augustine and Publix supermarket. House was elk furnished with everything you need. Host was very accommodating and very responsive. We had a great girls’ getaway weekend!

We had never used vrbo or been to st Augustine, so I didn’t know what to expect. The beautiful home, attentive host, and fun city was more than we could have hoped for. The property is in a great location, and is spacious and well appointed. The view of the ocean from the deck is unobstructed and amazing...very relaxing! Parking is adequate, and our host communicated in a timely, efficient manner. Definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed the set up, location, and comfort of this beach home. It had everything you will need to set up your family for a lovely easy week. The kitchen and bathrooms have all you need. Two washers and dryers were wonderful due to the little ones with us. The bunk room and baby equipment was so thoughtful. The location and views were wonderful. Want to return in the future.

Just a Wonderful Vacation. The house had everything we needed for a fun filled beach vacation. The owner checked in with us through email to make sure things were good. The house is very clean, I am pretty picky. For a beach house there was no musty smells and the lower level bedrooms and bathroom are very nice. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee watching the dolphins go by was a great way to start every day. And at night winding down for the day was so relaxing! Thanks for sharing your home!!!

We so enjoyed the gorgeous beach view off of the back deck. The dolphins were a treat too. It was heavenly.

Morning beach walks, jumping waves, jumbo Jenga, grilling out, and tons of laughter made this one of the best family vacation spots we’ve found! With 3 grandkids under 4, the sparsely populated beach was the perfect spot for them to play. Their parents got to relax, we got to make memories, and getting awakened every morning with “Nona, is it time for our beach walk” confirmed that we all loved this spot!
