Dream villa in a quiet location with private pool
Esperamos darle la bienvenida en nuestra villa moderna completamente amueblada con su propia piscina climatizada con energía solar, cocina al aire libre, parrilla grande; 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, soleado, orientación suroeste, bienvenido.
Fantásticas y tranquilas playas, casi a la vuelta de la esquina, ¡incluso una playa privada exclusiva solo para los residentes de nuestra zona residencial está disponible para usted!
Nuestra Villa Nectar se encuentra en una tranquila zona residencial en el sur de Venecia, a solo 5 minutos de tiendas y restaurantes. 6 bicicletas para explorar los hermosos senderos para bicicletas alrededor de Venecia a Sarasota están disponibles de forma gratuita, al igual que WiFi con acceso a Internet de alta velocidad.

Everything at Nectar Villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The house was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay! The beds are all very comfortable. There are 6 beach chairs and a host of beach toys, not to mention the many beach towels! We even left 3 boogie boards that we had no room to take home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. The pool was very enjoyable and we were less than 20 minutes from many beaches. Walmart and Publix are maybe 5 minutes away. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Perfect Florida vacation rental. Crispy clean, professionally decorated house with nice saltwater pool. During the day from pool area you have a chance to watch local birds, turtles and bunnys. Quite neighborhood; short drive to shopping, beaches and restaurants.

We had a wonderful vacation at the home. Everything was very clean, we had everything we needed for going to the beach or hanging out at the pool as well as making home cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Venice was a super nice town. They even provided a crib which was super helpful for our toddler. The pool was wonderful. Communication with landlords and property manager was excellent. We have no complaints whatsoever!

Awesome house
We had a wonderful vacation at the home. Everything was very clean, we had everything we needed for going to the beach or hanging out at the pool as well as making home cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Venice was a super nice town. Comfortable & Convenient
The house is as depicted in pictures. It is comfortable and includes all kitchen tools, appliances, etc. The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool! We definitely would recommend. We look forward to coming back!

Everything went smooth. The detailed info the owner provided made everything seamless. Beautiful very well provided home! All the appliances, other kitchen equipment and throughout the house are of high end quality. A pleasure to spend time in the home.

We really enjoyed our time at this location the fairy pass was wonderful and the beach was probably one of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to and we travel everywhere. The pool is just perfect for our small family and it was very clean! Thank you so much!

Property was nice and we enjoyed the warm pool and 3 bedrooms. Had an issue when we got there with the internet and the owners were very very responsive. Great having the provided bikes and beach stuff including a large umbrella. Unfortunately the red tide dampened our stay but that had nothing to do with the property or the owners. Would definitely recommend staying at this home

We stayed at Nectar Villa for 11 nights, and that wasn’t enough. The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you’d ever need. The rooms are very spacious, layout and decor of the home is very welcoming and modern. We loved everything about it. The beaches were near by but we choose to drive up to Siesta Key beach (just our preference). Our kids were in the pool from the minute they woke up, so it was definitely a hit. Location is very laid back, shopping is nearby. Walmart is 5 mins away, nearest Publix is about 10-15 mins from the Villa. Owners were great at communicating, and we were given a contact person here locally if we needed anything. We made great memories we will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a relaxing, low key, family vacation look no further. We are sure you’re going to enjoy Nectar Villa as much as we did!!

Perfect stay in Venice!
The house was perfect for our family - clean, well laid-out, and stocked with everything we could want for our 10-day stay. It was wonderful to have a huge MBR suite with gigantic bathroom, and for the kids to have their own very nicely furnished rooms on the other side of the house. We all loved playing in the pool, grilling and eating out, taking the short ferry to the stunning beach, and riding the great beach bikes. Highly recommend!

The owners of this property are residents of Germany, but they have local representation, and local support. Volker and Claudia want you to enjoy your stay at their home, and it made our stay very nice. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Schmid property in all regards, but most of all, really appreciated their responsiveness when a few issues did arise. The owners of this property are residents of Germany, but they have local representation, and local support. Volker and Claudia want you to enjoy your stay at their home, and it made our stay very nice. I have inquired about future stays already, would never hesitate to refer others to this property, and applaud the dedication this couple has towards ensuring your good time!
The few issues we had were primarily due to no one drawing attention to them before, and the house is presently very nicely.

Sweet Retreat in Venice
House was great, especially the pool. Location provided easy access to local attractions—very close to new Braves spring training facility. Reservation and communication with owners was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Villa Nectar! The communication from owners was excellent and friendly. Everything you could have needed was available. Kitchen was organized and decor was lovely! Great neighborhood and awesome beach using the included ferry pass. We used the provided bikes and they also had lots of beach gear. You can't go wrong with this property!

Pandemic stay
The property was lovely and we enjoyed the pool and bicycles. Due to the pandemic, we did not explore much. Luckily the house was comfortable and we enjoyed it. The house is decorated beautifully.

First time to SW Florida
It is a wonderful house that is very comfortable. Great to swim in the pool every morning and then head to the private beach in the afternoon to find sharks teeth or just swim in the ocean. My boys really like the South Venice Ferry that takes you to the private beach. There were many days where we were one of only a few people on the beach. We also liked the updated house and plenty of room for two teenage boys to stretch out in their own space. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Fun in the Sun
We walked Shamrock Park - watched sunsets on the beach and relaxed and enjoyed the clean warm pool ! This was the cleanest, well- stocked, maintained home ever ! ! Thank you Claudia and Volker (and Elke manager)
