Appartement très bien aménagé, décoré avec goût, près des plages, vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous le quittons à regrets.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est à la hauteur de ses promesses. La vue sur la mer est encore plus belle que sur les photos de l'annonce. L'appartement est très bien équipé, le décor est soigné. Tout est en excellent état, au goût du jour et impeccable de propreté. L'accueil de M. Berland est très professionnel. Le départ de cet endroit était bien difficile...

L'appartement est très bien conçu. Les prestations bien décrites. Le seul point négatif est la terrasse pas ensoleillée du tout, ce qui aurait été agréable à cette période de l'année.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce charmant appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans un esprit bord de mer . Idéalement situé ,la mer à perte de vue , le calme ,la détente et le repos sont assurés, sans oublier l'accueil très sympathique et professionnel de Monsieur Berland . A une prochaine fois sans hésitation

The apartment, when we arrived was spotlessly clean, it’s superbly equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal and the walk down into Collioure is very pleasant, which is just as well as we walked it every day. Don’t drive there, you will never find anywhere to park. Collioure is a lovely little town with plenty of good restaurants and bars and enough shops to keep anyone busy. Market days are Sunday and Wednesday and are definitely worth a visit. All in all, it was a perfect holiday and I look forward to returning. One last point, Pascal, the agent who met us at the property is a very helpful and pleasant guy. Big thanks to him.

Every night the sunset got better and better. I have rented plenty of places and never have the descriptions met the reality but this certainly did. The location is ideal with two beaches of the cleanest water I have swum in with fish joining me on my little bay swims each morning. We would come back for breakfast on the balcony and watch the passing sailing traffic and plan our day trips out. The local area is so full of things to see and do and it is no surprise so many fabulous artists used this as their base to capture the views. If you can hire a car to go inland and down to Spain do although it's not necessary because it's also possible by bus. Frances has a superb apartment and Pascal is a brilliant manager on hand if you need help, not that we did. Highly recommend the 1€ bus that takes you every where you need on the coast and the fish markets in Port Vendres and the regular markets in Collioure and Port Vendres a foodie heaven! And finally those sunsets and early morning swims. A holiday to remember for many many years. You won't be disappointed!

L;appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel, confortable et l'environnement Collioure- Port Vendres superbe et intéressant. Mais le point fort qui rend le séjour vraiment très agréable, c'est la mer , là aux pieds avec l'horizon infini et le murmure des vagues...

Location impeccable grâce à mr breland et ses équipes logement propre et fonctionnel bien équipé on se sent comme chez soi merci

Hat uns sehr gefallen! Die Meersicht ist super, und die Wohnung ist sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Vor allem ist auch die Küche bestens zum Kochen geeignet, sodass wir jegliche kulinarischen Genüsse der Gegend zubereiten und geniessen konnten. Tolle Ferien!

Nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable, nous voulions profiter de l'air marin au maximum, nous avons été comblés, appartement très bien situé en front de mer et de plus très confortable et décoré avec soin . La cuisine très fonctionnelle nous permet de cuisiner comme à la maison . Les propriétaires ont réussi à faire de cette endroit un lieu de choix !! Bravo

Nous avon apprécié cet appartement où il ne manquait rien. La vue sur la mer est superbe.

Maison très bien vue imprenable. Seul petit bémol au niveau de la douche fuite et eau pas treschaude â voir.

Die Lage ist schlicht grandios und die Räume sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Service ist zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail und SMS funktioniert prompt und reibungslos - erfreulicherweise auf Englisch. Der lokale Verwalter ist ausgesprochen effizient. Ein nicht lösbares Problem - ein Defekt an der Spülmaschine, der nicht gleich behoben werden konnte, wurde ohne große Worte durch eine faire Reduktion des Mietpreises abgegolten. So wünscht man sich die Anmietung einer Ferienimmobilie.

25 minute walk to Collioure and 15 min walk to Port Vendress. Grocery store just 5 minute walk away. We loved our stay. Pascal, the manager, was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is I thought the 125 E extra charge for linens was excessive

Idéalement situé face à la mer, cet appartement offre tout le confort et les équipements permettant de passer une agréable semaine même si le beau temps n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous. De surcroit, il a été décoré avec gout. seul bemol : les chambres de l'étage sont mansardées et semblent convenir davantage aux enfants et/ou adultes mesurant moins d'1m70 (ce qui n'est pas notre cas :-).

Great place, beautifully decorated. Upstair rooms are quite small but everything was perfect for a week long stay

Fabulous flat, fabulous location. We would recommend this to anyone who likes to be as close as possible to the sea. Modern, airy, spacious, light and marine-themed flat … Ideal for 4-6 people. Thank you also to Pascal for handling everything so beautifully and professionally, and giving superb recommendations in terms of restaurants and local attractions.

Thank you so much, we had an unforgettable holiday! The apartment was lovely and spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. And there's a beautiful balcony where we could eat our meals with a panoramic view of the sea. We also loved that it was within a 5 min walk of two beaches, and about a 15 minute walk to Collioure, a lovely little French town with so much to do and see. We highly recommend this, and will come back with friends and family!
