I imagine during the summer it must be very warm in there but with the temperatures outside in the 70s, we were comfortable. Short walk to private beach and public beaches. I really enjoyed my stay at the cottage. Totally enjoyed my tine at the beach! It was only a 2 minute walk to it. Loved that! I Would recommend it to anyone looking to vacation at the Cape.

The cottage is always exceptionally neat and conveniently close to a private beach. It is well appointed except for small omissions like place mats and dish towels which we supply ourselves. The lockbox is a struggle; ask for keys at the office.

We were pleasantly surprised upon checking in that the pictures online do not do this place justice, it is a hidden gem filled with cape charm. When our normal cape vacation plans were changed this year, we lucked out in finding this rental. While we we basically looking for a clean, safe, private place that was walkable to the beach - we ended up in a well taken care of house in the perfect location. While not a luxury rental, it really has everything you need to enjoy your week. The bedrooms are small, but the beds were comfortable with the mattress toppers that were provided. Plenty of storage to tuck away everything we brought and the decent sized deck and nice sized yard allowed us to expand our living area to outside. There is a great updated outdoor shower, which makes up for the fact that the bathroom is a little small. The kitchen is also on the smaller side, but Has everything you need for vacation cooking. The location can’t be beat, just a short walk to a private beach, walkable to the sailing cow cafe, and just a short drive to many other great restaurants.
