A menos de 50 metros del mar, en segunda línea de mar y cerca del campo de golf internacional Cap d'Agde y del centro internacional de tenis, magnífica villa contemporánea de 200m2 de alto standing, totalmente climatizada, cómodamente amueblada para 8 personas con vista completa sur en un jardín ajardinado de 1000M2 totalmente cerrado.
Fácil aparcamiento dentro de la propiedad. Mobiliario y decoración de lujo.
Gran sala de 100m2 orientada al sur con ventanales con vistas a una piscina infinita de 10x3.5 climatizada a 28 grados y una piscina infantil de 3x3 para niños. En el salón hay disponible una gran pantalla de TV de 2 m. El salón también tiene un patio interior.

Primera suite con cama y baño de 180 cm (bañera independiente + ducha a ras de suelo y lavabo doble)

The Villa is spacious but noise echoes. There is no door to the bedroom on the first floor. There were electrical wires lying across the road outside the house, although these were hoisted back up while we were there. High winds on a couple of days might have been the cause for power surges causing the main fuse box to trip. Unfortunately this meant we couldn’t open the (only) electrical gate to the property to get the car out - not good when we needed to take someone to the airport. Delphine was very quick to respond, but didn’t have a key to switch the gate to manual. Eventually Damien arrived and fixed a dodgy wire connection, but we were worried we might not be able to get out of the Villa. This is a major problem which needs sorting. The neighbourhood is a bit run down and there is a large campsite behind the property, although there was minimal noise from there. The beach is genuinely lovely and a very short stroll. Close to all amenities and some nice eating out options. The Cap itself seems like it has seen better days, and we luckily didn’t see any nudists. Overall a little overpriced for what it was but hosts responded quickly to problems.

We spent a wonderful week with our three little children. The Garden was fantastic, we especially
enjoyed the heated pool but also the lounge area with the BBQ grill. The house is decorated nicely and it was calm to sleep although there is a camping around. The furniture and the house equipment is not all in perfect shape and it could have been cleaner. But over all we anyway enjoyed the week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Check in was very easy and Delphine and her husband were so accommodating and helpful.
We were 2 families with 4 children in total and there was plenty of space for us all. The kids loved the heated pool which was spacious with a large, flat shallow step, great for smaller children. The pool itself was a good depth. Floats and tubes were provided as an added bonus. The outdoor kitchen/bar was such fun and the kids' fenced in playground was amazing to occupy the kids when they weren't swimming. The house was clean and well presented and all the kitchen drawers and cupboards were clean with lots of equipment. The main kitchen/living room felt bigger even than on the pictures. The whole villa is air conditioned which was very welcome in July and there were electronic blinds on every window so it felt safe. The sandy beach is a short 3 minute walk but you can also walk further to access more of Rochelongue beach and even Richelieu beach. The little centre near the house was about a 10 to 15 mins walk and we got fresh bread from there for breakfast. On one day we drove 10 minutes into the main Cap D'Agde cantre and took the little "petit train" around to see the area and then visited Luna Park amusement park. We also went on a day trip to wonderful Carcasonne which was just over an hour away. If you wanted to stay longer and see more, Barcelona is only a 3 hour drive away! There is so much to do in the area!

We spent 2 weeks in the villa. Everything was great, Delphine and her husband reacted always quickly in case we had issues or questions.
The garden provides enough place to sunbath or stay in the shadows if wished.
Close to everything, bakery as an example. Overall 2 very relaxing weeks.

There were tips for dinner and activities.
The sea is just a short 3 minutes walk away.

Spacious, modern, well-equipped and only a couple of minutes’ walk from beautiful beaches, this is a great base for a family holiday. The outdoor area includes an excellent heated pool, a wood-burning barbecue, an enclosed mini-playground, ideal for young children, and plenty of comfortable seating. Delphine was an ideal host, and was readily contactable throughout our stay. 5 stars.

The house and facilities are first class, and the garden has a Balinese/Thai feel which is incredible, particularly at night.

Beautiful villa, excellent location
My family had an absolutely fabulous holiday at this beautiful villa. The owners were immediately available for any queries.
The villa has everything you could possibly need. The gardens and swimming pool are fabulous, especially the shallow part of the pool for small children.
There are lots of different seating areas with lots of outdoor lighting. There are plenty of parking spaces for cars in the private driveway.
The lovely, clean beach is very close to the property, you can hear the waves at night.

La maison du bonheur porte bien son nom !
Tout d’abord Delphine est vraiment à l’écoute, très disponible et réactive !
Grâce à elle (et sa famille) nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette superbe maison très bien équipée.
La piscine est vraiment pratique avec des enfants (première partie peu profonde) et la plage est à deux pas.

Wunderschönes, modernes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Tolle Ausstattung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles sauber, modern, grosszügige Raumaufteilung. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zwischenreinigung Mitte Woche ist im Preis inbegriffen. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Die Wohngegend ist etwas trist. Da man aber viel Privatsphäre hat, stört das wirklich nicht. Der Strand ist sehr schön und in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Für uns 8 Personen ( Grosseltern/Eltern/4 Kinder zwischen 2 und 9 Jahren) hat hier wirklich alles gestimmt. wir würden dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Haus war genau wie auf den Fotos, sehr schön aber mit verschiedenen Mängeln was die Sauberkeit betrifft.
Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis fanden wir daher eher schlecht .
Es liegt sehr abgelegen in einer eher unschönen Wohngegend. Man benötigt schon das Auto um zum Zentrum zu gelangen.
Der Strand war wunderschön und wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Très beau séjour
Belle maison soignée au calme. A 2 minutes à pied de la plage, piscine chauffée, boulanger et petits commerces à proximité. Check-Inn et Check-out très agreable, bon bref, allez-y les yeux fermés, vous n‘ allez pas être décus.

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée.

Rien à redire tout était parfait
Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Sejour d une semaine fin septembre. Nous recherchions le calme et malgré les nombreuses fermetures anticipées des commerçants et activités environnantes du au Covid-19 nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Très bien équipée et spacieuse. La plage est à quelques minutes. Nous reviendrons. Merci à Delphine et à son époux pour leur accueil. À bientôt sans aucun doute

Modern house 30 seconds from the beach
Ultra modern house with lovely open plan living space, fantastic warm swimming pool (even when the weather wasn't hot), great kids playground in the garden and 30 second walk to the beach. The surrounding area is fine albeit nothing special except the fantastic beach. Check in easy, communication great and lovely people to rent from

Finally the master suite is upstairs but is not closed off so all the noise from the kitchen and living areas carried straight upstairs.
This said we had a wonderful week and loved the villa. It is excellently equipped.

Super Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!
Wir hatten eine super Woche in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hatte. Wir waren eine Woche mit Freunden und insgesamt 4 Kleinkindern in der Villa. Der Pool war fantastisch, besonders der flache Teil war hervorragend für unser 3 jährigen Jungs geeignet und selbst Regen konnte sie nicht abhalten sich im Wasser zu tummeln.
Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Realität und das Haus bietet für Familien wirklich alles was man braucht.
Delphine war immer zu erreichen und die Kommunikation lief ganz unproblematisch per email/sms/Telefon so dass man immer einen direkten Ansprechpartner hatte. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

Lovely villa which is as described and spotlessly clean. Beautiful pool and garden with plenty of shade if wanted. My only criticism is that there are only 2 toilets which was not enough for 8 adults. Another minor issue was there was no hanging space or mirrors in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Sehr großzügiges Objekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Superschöner großer Pool. Moderne, gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Bei Anmietung für eine Woche sogar mit Zwischenreinigung zur Wochenmitte. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Séjour parfait
Excellent séjour dans une propriété de premier rang avec un accueil des propriétaires en total adéquation avec nos attentes. Nous avons passé un excellent premier séjour dans cette maison qui ne sera pas le dernier. L emplacement à 1 min à pied de la plage ainsi que la piscine chauffée nous a comblé. La maison est absolument parfaite, moderne, très bien décorée, très bien équipée et entretenue. Cela correspond tout à fait à l annonce voir plus. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation et remercie Delphine, Damien et leurs enfants de nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Nos hôtes sont attentifs et prévenants. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, malgré un temps mitigé nous avons pu en profiter chaque jour.

We really enjoyed our staying in this beautiful house. Absolutely lovely place. Spacious comfortable house even bigger than we imagine with everything you need. Just 5 minutes away from wonderful beach, with own parking place, heated pool in case of bad weather and amazing outside zone in addition. Friendly hosts ready to answer all your questions. My family and I had a brilliant holiday at this beautiful villa. The pool was amazing and we barely wanted to leave our little oasis but the villa was in a perfect location: a short walk to a lovely beach, perfect for small children- sandy and shallow in a protected bay, and a slightly longer stroll to restaurants and shops- perfect as we didn’t want to drive.

Séjour magnifique - Villa extraordinaire - Locataires très chaleureux
Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans une propriété extraordinaire.
La maison est splendide, moderne tout équipée, idéale avec des enfants.
L'aménagement des chambres offre un confort optimal. Sa localisation à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, la propreté irréprochable… sont de vrais plus très appréciables.
Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour et y retournerons sans hésitation !

Très belle réservation pour de chouettes vacances en famille
Nous avons loué cette villa pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants, l'espace piscine est vraiment exceptionnelle et l'intérieur super sympa. La plage est vraiment à 3 minutes de marche, l'endroit est encore un peu sauvage ... idéal pour les familles qui recherchent le calme et le soleil.
