This was our fourth time at the Lands End property and first time renting with Resort Rentals. I will say that this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Place was clean and view was great. On the negative side, there were black flies that were present when we first walked in. We contacted the rental management company and they responded, However, these were never able to be eradicated, even though there was some effort to do so. Resort Rentals/Lands End, should have taken care of this issue before we arrived. Secondly, the knife block was not full when we arrived, so we do not want to be charged for missing knives. Other than that the property was great.

We had a great time. This unit needs to have a bigger tv in the master bedroom. Need to have good spatulas for turning food. Not enough towels, shampoos and soaps. We should not be paying $30 for parking.

Great Beach Stay
Property is fabulous. Location is very private and beautiful. We have stayed at this location before but in a different condo. This condo was great except for master bath...tub/shower hard to use. Everything else, including view, is fabulous!

Lands End 7-406 was really a nice condo to stay in. Great view, location, quiet, and clean. The grounds are well maintained and very tropical and picturesque.We had a great time there, walking the wonderful beach, dinning out at several excellent restaurants, boating,etc. Could have better start-up supplies in unit like coffee filters, dish soap, scouring pads. Highly recommend Land's End.

It was great, I have coming to lands end for over 20 years I love the place, I have two complains, I think there should be more of a start up kit such dishwasher detegent and washing soap and not small bars of soap that are left there, the second is the garbage shootit is was so full of what look like cockroachs that I would not drop my garbage there I threw it in the door on the ground floor the shoot should be spray, and apart from that we had a great vacation and I am going to book the same two weeks in 2015Peter Thorogood

Land's End is, in my opinion, the best location on Treasure Island. It's a gated community with lots of extra amenities. Located at the end of the island, It's also quiet (if you are on the Gulf/beach side) and offers spectacular sunsets. This is my second stay at Land's End and I will undoubtably be back to this complex. I personally like the top floor, and have stayed in two top floor units in building 7. Also didn't need to go on a dolphin cruise to see dolphins-saw them everyday! Rays and manatees too! Overall, it very relaxing vacation and the weather was fairly cooperative!

The mattresses were not comfortable. The condo was steps from the beach and had gorgeous views. We had friends staying in other units that were updated and cleaner. Always easy to work with Resort Rentals. They are friendly and efficient. The unit was very clean, the view was perfect. There was no tupperware present in the unit, which presented a slight hiccup, but we just bought a few small pieces at Publix. Owners art on the walls was a nice touch. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins daily and would absolutely recommend to a friend or relative.

We love Land's End, great location and property. This unit however needs to have some upgrades. The carpet was stained in LR and ripped in the second bedroom.
The Master bathroom needs to be completely updated. Mold in the shower, old tile etc...

Kitchen disposal didn't work, dishwasher doesn't completely drain.
The stairwell coming up to the 4th floor had both sets of lights out.
We still highly recommend Land's End. But will choose a different unit next time.

I would say honestly that everything would have been perfect, except that about 3 days before we were due to return I got a phone call that my father (who had been put into hospice right before we left town) was doing very badly and my family thought I should come home ASAP. I flew out that afternoon, leaving my husband behind. So I'd like to say I'd have fond memories of this trip, but honestly, not so much because it ended so sadly.

This is our family's third year at Land's End. We've stayed in a different condo each time, and, so far, have no complaints. The beach is beautiful and very private. It's located at the end of the island beyond a mostly residential area. We've seen dolfin, manatees, and turtle nests. Of all the vacation locales we've frequented over the years, the family agrees, Treasure Island, and in particular, Land's End, is our favorite. This particular condo, although very nice, could use some updating, and beware, there are no beach chairs, umbrellas or toys. For a cash deposit, the rental company will loan 2 chairs and an umbrella. Over all, no complaints.
