This condo was perfect for our first trip to the Treasure Island/St.Pete area. Our family of 5 fit comfortably everywhere (except for the dinner table but we made it work). Having the extra bed in the primary bedroom was great for our youngest who tends to get stuck on pull out couches. Everything in the complex was easy to get to including the pool and beach access.

We absolutely loved the condo! Felt like it was huge compared to most condos we’ve stayed in. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk from the beach to the pool. Other than that, everything was great. We had a couple of issues with our door not locking and both times the rental company was there almost immediately to fix the issue.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is wonderful, clean and as described. We did have issue being locked out when the batteries died in the door key pad but the situation was remedied by maintenance with 45mins. Would stay again!

We highly recommend this spot! On one side of the unit is the intercoastal waterway. On the other side, but across a parking lot, is the beach. Unbelievable value! Such a clean and sweet condo!
We are a family of 6, and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the intercoastal waterway very much and the live music across the way. If you want absolute quiet, just close the balcony doors.
Full-size fridge. Beach items. Beautiful pool on site. Hot tubs on site. Gated community. We just got groceries and settled in for a week. Very close to so much fun, too. We jet skies and parasailed nearby.
I hate to recommend this place, as we want it all to ourselves, buuuuuut, we must share! It’s the Minnesota way! Five stars from us.

The owner is an honest and upstanding individual. The condo was clean and well appointed. Lovely view of the causeway. Check in process was simple enough. The only issue was that the wi-fi had changed before our visit and the old information was posted throughout the condo but didn't work for us. Since we checked in late on Saturday we had to wait until Monday to get this resolved. The beach at this location is small and not very exciting. There is a nice large pool here that is well maintained. On the causeway side there is a little beach where a lot of the locals bring their dogs to swim. You can also swim there when you desire calmer waters to enjoy. There is a bar across the water way that has live bands playing on the weekends so if loud music bothers you be aware. It did not bother us so it was OK. I really liked the condo but won't be staying again because I wasn't crazy about the area, and it is a bit touristy if you are in to that vibe.

The Condo was clean, spacious and updated. Had we had a view of the Ocean it would have been perfect. Next time we book this location we will book soon enough to make sure we get an ocean view unit. I have just a few “Minor” maybe even petty suggestions.
1. The blinds in the Master Bedroom were broken. Had to close them manually and keep them closed. That certainly needs addressed.
2. One of the Decorative pillows in the master bedroom had what appeared to be an old dried blood stain on it. We just didn’t use it.
3. The half shower door was a little strange but tolerable. Other than that nice bathrooms with plenty of storage.
4. I do suggest having a set of plastic cups for drinking as they were all of glass. Families who have younger children would appreciate it. Other than that everything that you could possible need in a kitchen was there.
The beach was absolutely perfect and having a deck over the bay was nice even though we didn’t have a view of the ocean. Parking was also great!
My overall rating is 41/2 stars out of 5. Very nice place. Thank you so much!

Our family loves this complex and specifically this unit; the complex is very private and safe with immaculate grounds. You can't beat the location with water on three sides. You are within fifteen minutes of many great restaurants, many of which are on the beach or waterside on the intercostal. Their is shopping, all kinds of watersports, a grocery store about 5 minutes away. Also, downtown St Pete is very nice - on the waterfront and facing a beautiful park and marina. There are many chic spots if that fits your gig. Also the Dali Museum and Chihuly permanent exhibit are also downtown, again a very easy 15 drive from the condo. Also love the reserved on grade covered parking just steps from the elevator - so your car stays cool in the shade. And lastly the condo décor is very modern, clean and bright as the end unit has lots of windows/sliding glass doors - the east facing direction is our choice to be in the shade in the afternoon/evening so we sit out on the balcony frequently in comfort as opposed to the west facing ocean view where the afternoon sun makes it too hot to sit out on the balcony.

Everything was great, with 2 exceptions. First, the dayshift gate person is always grumpy (does he treat property owners with the same attitude he shows renters?), and secondly, the carpeting in the bedrooms is dirty and developed a musty smell when the humidity went up. the carpeting had many stains as well. It smelled as if it had not been cleaned in a long while.

The music and activity across the bay did not bother us. Only negative was the kitchen counters, stovetop and floors were not very clean when we arrived. We loved our stay at Lands End. This was our second year in this specific condo. There were a few issues with closet doors not working, but overal we liked the condo. I will say that we were not happy with the addictional parking fees that Lands End charged us above our rental fee. I did not think that this was right and to be charged $30 for each car/week, did not seem right. Other than this, we love the complex.

Have stayed at Lands End for many years and this condo was a first where I was not as happy about condition. Place was not as clean as usual. This was first year in this particular one. The weirdest thing were the showers. Stationary glass on half of shower so you get in the shower to turn it on and water comes out on the open side. Picked up toys and food under couch. I would recommend Lands End to anyone but not this specific condo.

Highly recommend
This place is great! We spent most of our time on the Balcony. We loved being entertained by the live music across the water every night, stopping at 10pm. In addition we able to watch Manatees, dolphins, fisherman and boats going by. The beach was great, it felt like it was private because there were very few people at this end making it easy to social distance and it's walking distance to Caddy's for people watching, drinking and eating. This place had everything that we needed even some beach chairs and a small collection of beach toys. Having a washer and dryer was also key! The kitchen had the right amount of cookware to easily cook what we wanted including community BBQ grills. The people working at the facility were also great, very friendly and always welcoming.
We don't usually stay at the same location more than once when vacationing because we like to explore but we would stay at this location again for sure.

We loved the open space and all the windows and deck space, that made this condo feel like you were always connected outdoors. The bay view was gorgeous and the walk to the beach was close and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall, we loved this space. A few recommendations to make better would be fix closet doors (wouldn't shut easily and stay), get a few basic kitchen items like spatula for eggs and pot holder. But, other than these items, we loved the condo. The other downfall was the music at times across bay, but it did grow on us over time. We loved the bay view and sunrise. The decor was warm and simple, which made us feel comfortable. Maybe get a bedframe too. That was odd and the bed moved too easy.

The unit has spoiled me for any future stays at other units. The corner apartment on the intracoastal side was cool on hot days and always had something entertaining going on. The lack of carpeting on all floors made it easy to keep the place swept clean. Cooked in for all meals (due to not going to restaurants
for covid reasons)..... did buy a couple extra pots with covers to supplement what was already in the unit. Otherwise, well stocked! Hope to stay at this unit again in the future.....if not, will be looking into other Lands End units. Love this area!

Very pleased with the condo and location. The pool was very nice and great for the family. We were aware of balcony maintenance prior to our vacation because our previous condo reservation was canceled a month before our trip but we were not told that construction was going to be done over the entire complex. The Boardwalk was closed and we had no access to it on our stay which was very disappointing. Also, the beach on the bay side near our condo is very nice but disappointed that it is now a dog beach and a place for boaters to pull up and Dock their boats. When on our patio it was quite noisy from the boaters loud music. What used to be a very private area has now become quite congested. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have like to have been warned of the construction all around and maybe we would have changed the timing of our vacation.

what a beautiful vacation the unit was perfect having everything you need for a beach vacation right down to sand toys if you have children. the pictures of the resort dont do it justice. The resort was beautiful. The restaurants in the area were very good, we would recomend Verducis only a couple miles away. The beach in front of the resort was so clean and the water was perfect. This was our 2nd stay at Land's End and we were not disappointed. The complex is maintained at the highest level and as condominium owners we really appreciate that. Our unit was clean and current in finish. It has a spacious double balcony overlooking the bay side and we sat out there many hours. We have already booked for May 2019 and are excited to return. The pool area is pristine and we never had an issue finding open lounge chairs. We alternated days between the pool and Caddy's on the beach which is only a few minute drive from the complex and a whole lot of fun. Parking is only $5 and chairs are free. Good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Just the kind of laid back spot we look for on vacation.

WE were back for a second year in the same unit. We really enjoyed Land's End. Unit was just like last time very nice, big and clean. Being at the end of the road we really like being alone at the beach. Kids and run around without any worries of loosing them.
What is missing from this condo are supplies. No soap to wash dishes, no cleaning products for counter or even the top of the oven. You have to bring your own beach towels. There are white shower towels. COndo was well equipped with all the beach gear, chairs, toys and umbrellas.
