The home is in a beautiful gated neighborhood w spectacular views of the ocean. We took walks/runs every evening and loved the sunsets on the rooftop terrace. You can’t walk to the ocean, but it’s a short 3 min drive. The house is completely stocked w everything needed and more. Although my daughter got sick while there we still were able to sit outside and enjoy the pool/ deck area for meals and shelter during a nice storm. Ivette was incredibly helpful when anything came up and available at all times. You have multiple beaches within 15-20 min. Don’t miss the eateries in town. Isabela is a must.
All in all, we will be back to this wonderfully decorated, spacious home.

This was once of the nicest places we've stayed. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The hostess is so incredibly nice and helpful. Their goal is to make you feel at home & provide you with so much information to help you have the best time; and we did. We had an issue with one of the showerheads and within 1 to 1.5 hours it was replaced with a new one. Would recommend this place a thousand times over and would probably stay here again in future visits to PR. For food recommendations, we found Isabela Bakery for breakfast (we went there several times). Monsoon restaurant for dinner & drinks!! And if you're looking for some authentic Lechon (roast pig), La Tercera Generación has some of the best we've had. However, they are only open on Thursdays & Sundays. As for the beaches...there are so many to choose from in this area we visted at least four of them. Only wish we didn't have to leave PR so soon. You can't go wrong with this home or location!

We had a group with 4 adults and 2 children. This house was perfect for us. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, the upstairs rooftop space is huge and the view from there is absolutely stunning. The hosts provided so many useful things such as boogie boards, beach umbrella, floats, bbq, laundry detergent, spices for cooking, a bag of coffee which lasted us several days, and much more. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The pool and backyard were clean, decorated well, and plenty of seating was provided, as well as a covered patio area with a large table which is where we ate dinner several of the nights.
Ivette was an absolute pleasure to work with and gave so many detailed recommendations for things to do on the island along with pictures and a very useful informational binder. She made sure to point out the beaches which were safest for swimming, as she knew we had children with us. She was extremely responsive and was available to us at any time. She even had the pool company come to the house to check chlorine levels within 20 minutes of me inquiring!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house and will absolutely stay here again when we plan a future trip to PR. And also, the VRBO pictures of the house don’t do it justice- it’s even nicer in person!

Excellent trip with my partner and friends for the week between the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. The place had everything we needed for trips to the beach and the backyard pool was a major highlight! Also well stocked with kitchen supplies for some great meals. Wonderfully peaceful neighborhood and close to beaches, markets, restaurants and other points of interest. Host was very communicative with great tips for excursions and general info about the area! If you’re flying into Aguadilla, make sure you have a car rental arranged - it will be worth the extra expense. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

The house is roomy, clean, very well stocked, and comfortable. The owners provided everything we could need on arrival (coffee, snacks, TP, etc) and a ton of information on the house and area before we arrived. We had a problem with one of the AC units during our stay and they were very easy to communicate with and had a repairman there the next day. The only downside is the location. Due to the geography of the area, there are no houses right on the beach, so you do need to drive a little to get to the numerous beaches. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! My family had the best vacation ever. The host was readily available and even helped us find a urgent care when my kids stepped on a sea urchin. Can't say driving was very much fun, but all the beautiful places we got to see were worth it! We can't wait to visit again.

It was a great vacation. We were there from Sunday to Saturday. Our hosts wete very communicative and really nice. Helped make it a great experience. If my wife was happy, I am happy. Thank you for a great time.

The host is very invested in making sure their renters enjoy the property. There is an awesome binder containing a ton of information on the property, nearby restaurants, beaches, and activities. Beach towels, chairs, floaties, coolers, etc. are there for your use. There was even a pack-and-play for my grandson to sleep in, eliminating a lot of luggage for our group! The host has anticipated all of your needs and provided for them. We loved the pool, the large kitchen, and the gathering spaces provided in the home. My family would highly recommend this host and property to anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in the beautiful city of Isabela in Puerto Rico.

This home is immaculate!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Ivette and Al were the most wonderful host and always available. So sweet the way they have made a whole binder with all the information you need to plan your days. Could not recommend this home enough.

This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults on the island to attend a family wedding. Ivette was so friendly and truly wanted to make our stay as perfect as possible! I highly recommend starting your mornings on the front balcony, and ending your evenings on the rooftop deck! We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

The home was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need and even more. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys that were provided as were beach towels. The laundry facilities were great! Every where we went was an easy drive. We would definately recommend this property.

Spent Christmas week at the house and it was amazing. Safe and quiet neighborhood, terrace with view on the ocean, best beaches and restaurants 10min away. House is big and in pristine condition. Host offered many suggestions and was very responsive. Highly recommended!!

I followed the reviews to book, and every single one was correct! The house was beautiful, well kept, clean and has all needed amenities to enjoy a worried free vacation. Al and Ivette were super responsible and responsive. Any issues were resolved immediately and their communication with us was great. Always very welcoming, and respectful. Definitely recommend the Figueroa Beach House and staying here again.

I cannot say enough about our terrific hosts, Ivette and Albert. They were so very helpful and available pretty much anytime to answer questions about the island. Their property information book at the house was full of useful recommendations and suggestions and Ivette answered every one of my follow up questions. She is a gem. Please listen to her suggestions; she won't steer you wrong. Las Palmas was our favorite restaurant that we tried.
The house itself was amazing. Although we didn't spend much time there, we really enjoyed those early morning/late evening swims in the pool. Our gathering spot seemed to be under the portico by the pool; it was so comfortable to sit in the shade and plan our adventures.
And the island....just breathtaking. I totally recommend the horseback riding, the Gonzalandia falls and a day in Aquadilla. I will say the driving is not for the weak-hearted but it always worth getting in the car and going. You never know what you will get to experience after every twist and turn. Just fabulous.

Absolutely Fantastic
Amazing property everything met our expectations beautifully landscaped wonderful pool area great outdoor patio and poolside bathroom. Interior nicley decorated throughout the entire house. Very clean well appointed kitchen with everything you can think of huge fridge great for all the food and drinks we bought always ice never ran out lol. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The roof top deck is fantastic awesome views and wonderful breezes day and night views of the stars dreamy i wish there was a bed i would've fell asleep up there. Great location within minutes of all the top beaches and restaurants. Traveling around town locally very easy plenty of places to eat, house guest book very helpful with ideas of where to go. Paying for parking is way easier than looking for parking very cheap and convenient. Overall fantastic place for a vaction stay will definitely do it all over again...... Thanks to the host much appreciated...

Wonderful house for family vacation
Our family of four had a great vacation at Ivette and Al's house in Isabela. The hosts gave us a ton of information and tips about the area and were very responsive.
The house is amazing. From the great pool, the provided beach and snorkeling equipment, WiFi, A/C, to the BBQ grill and rooftop terrace. Nothing was missing.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet but close to many beaches and the town of Isabela.

Beautiful Stay
Beautiful home in a beautiful gated community with beautiful views of the beach from the front porch and the rooftop. The backyard pool was amazing and truly a plus for the kids.
The owners were so communicative and full of information both before and during our stay. Yvette truly went above and beyond by helping us with supermarkets for our allergy ridden family.
The informational booklet was huge and filled with so much information which added to our experience.
You won’t go wrong staying if you want a truly wonderful experience in Puerto Rico!!

A relaxed stay in Isabela
We really enjoyed out time in Isabela. The property here is great--it is a quick drive to places to visit in Isabela, Jobos, etc. yet removed enough to move at your own speed. Ivette and Al do a great job running a very organized and well maintained property in a gated community in Isabela.
Being so organized kept us up and running with the generator during a recent island wide blackout. The lights stayed on, the AC stayed running, and the property owners connected with us to make sure everything was running smoothly for our family.

Even before or stay the communication was amazing. The owners made sure we were well informed of up to date traveling requirements and the property layout. They gave us great suggestions of things to do during our stay which helped greatly. Such a relaxing peaceful trip. Thank you for everything.

The pool is perfect for the family to cool off and play in. There is a covered area right outside the living room which I’d consider the outdoor dining room and there is another covered area with a nice breeze by the outdoor bath house. Beds were also comfortable. Lots of closet space if that is needed. And a two car garage! Based on the photos we expected it to be great but it was phenomenal and we plan to return again.

Amazing!
We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean was such a relaxing place to to sip coffee each morning, and watch the far off storms, and moonlight in the evening. The pool was enjoyed immensely by the kids. We cannot wait to come back again!
