302 es un espacioso condominio renovado de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, perfecto para una escapada familiar. El aire acondicionado central y el vidrio de doble panel mantienen el condominio fresco y silencioso. Un dormitorio tiene una cama king y otro tiene dos camas individuales. La sala de estar seccional se convierte en dos camas individuales y es más cómoda que un sofá cama. Un baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha, el otro una ducha. We found the unit well equipped and overall a comfortable stay. The supplies provided us were sufficient for our stay. The TV system needs better instructions-hard to navigate all the various parameters available. There's a knob on the front door, which if turned, will allow the door to be opened from the outside. Renters need to be warned about this.

Spacious unit at the north (quiet) side of Kihei which was perfect for us. Easy access to beach. Good communication from property manager and check in was smooth.
Could use new mattress in master bed room as mattress sinks and they tried reinforcing it with a foamy/sponge. Kitchen was well equipped but would have been nice if they provided dishwasher detergent/pucks.
Overall, pleasant stay and would stay here again.

We rented two u it’s and during our stay was construction. People jumping and running around above one of our two units and the units were so basic we didn’t get any extra towels, toliet paper or cleaning for an 11 day stay .

Our vacation rental was perfect for 3 of us! We each had our own bed. The apartment was quiet. It had everything we needed. Love that the location was right on the beach. The grassy area out back where you could lounge and watch the ocean was amazing. Parking was easy and plentiful. Location was perfect for easy access all over the island. The place had everything we needed, including some beach chairs!

I love the location of this property, the grounds were immaculate and the beach was not busy at all. It was very peaceful. The condo is clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are nice. The only negative is that they really need a new mattress in the master bedroom as well as a new sofa/sleeper in the living room. Both were pretty uncomfortable.

Nice place and pretty centrally located. We loved that there was a cute coffee shop and bakery within walking distance. There is also an ABC store close by, which worked out nicely for random odds and ends throughout our stay. Go to Dina’s at sugar beach for the best Mai tai!

This place was perfect for our family. It was nice having a kitchen to have breakfast at home with a 5 yr old while we enjoyed our coffee. When we arrived maui was hit with a bad storm so we couldn't go in the water for a few days. But the walk on the beach by the condo was so nice.
Let's not forget about the pool, which was perfect for the five yr old.

This was our second time staying at the Nani Kai Hale. Love the fact they have King beds and 2 bathrooms. Our unit was well stocked and was very clean. All the floors have laundry facilities too. The grounds, pool and barbecue are kept immaculately, I like that there is a grassy area and also it’s right on the water.

We had a very convenient stay at this listing. We went for my sisters wedding which was next door. Although there were weddings every night you could barely hear it with closed windows and they ended at 10pm sharp. The beds were so comfortable for a good nights sleep. We cooked every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen. ACs worked great and the place was very clean. The beach access is great although the water isn’t clear but you can access beaches all around the area. Having laundry and parking spot was ideal. Very convenient for staying with family/ friends! Would definitely be back when in Maui :)

A great place for our family
We had a great stay. This condo was comfortable and convenient. I appreciated the two twin beds in the second bedroom instead of just a queen bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property is right on he beach with a great private grass area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Parking was great. The property manager was on site and kept the grounds clean. The master bedroom was bright in the morning, would have loved darker curtains. Other than that, I would recommend this to anyone.

Overall we were satisfied with stay; fotos of unit are deceptive as the unit has weathered & doesn’t look the same; master bedroom with bath has the twin beds & smaller guest bedroom with a distant hall bath has the king size bed but no TV; no drapery/shades so very bright for sleeping in guest bedroom & living room (if guests); location near Sugar Beach & airport excellent tho, but some amenities could use more updating.

Perfect location and amenities
Closeness to the beach, roads to get anywhere on the island. Away from the more heavily trafficked hotel area in Kihei. You can get anywhere in a car in 15-30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone

The location of the condo is close to most of everything here. We comfortably sleeping in our beds the kids said they love their beds they slept so good. The beachfront really great early in the morning walk and sunset is gorgeous! The pool we love to hangout after our trip for the day is so relaxing. We really enjoyed Maui and our stay here. Perfect Hale for our island vacation
This hale was exactly what we needed for our week on Maui. It was centrally located making it easy to access many different areas on the island. The hale was clean and open. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking meals easy. The only thing we really didn’t care for was the bedroom bathroom set up. The twin beds are in the master bedroom so my husband and I had to use the bathroom down the hall making it less convenient for us. The king bed is also very soft. It feels like you are sleeping in a cloud. Overall the place was beautiful and the beach and property were wonderful. 🌺

Property worked well for us. We were out & about everyday- all day. Enjoyed eating breakfast at the condo before our adventures. Packed a lunch & headed out. Easy location to get to anywhere on the island. Then back for showers & bed. Comfy & cozy. We only spent one evening at the condos beach. It was beautiful!! Could be a nice location to hang out at & not run all over the island.

Pandemic Paradise!
The location of this property is a 10 star rating - RIGHT on the beach, with a beautiful and very well kept lanai/patio area overlooking the sand, so kids can play all day, and adults can sit under umbrellas and watch. The groundskeeper was out cleaning the patio area every single morning, bright and early. The property felt very safe - even in a pandemic we managed to enjoy a slice of paradise. And communication with the property manager was very quick and helpful - they even helped us find a great option for pre travel Covid testing! Can't wait to go back to our new favorite place.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this location. Having the beach so easily accessible was really great. This condo is close to a major roadway but you get used to the traffic noise. Part of our trip included 3 of us working and having central air for them to be able to cool off was really nice. Also, the kitchen sink has filtered water which was an added plus.
