Pool area and location

Our room was so far out. We had to walk through the crowded pool area with all of our luggage or every time we wanted to get to the lobby .

Loved this hotel. It’s next door to the Four Seasons and almost as nice for much less money. They staff is great, parking is convenient but it is $32/night. The pool is super cool. Live DJ on the weekends, so it’s very lively. Beds are as comfy as the Ritz, we will definitely be back.

One of the does hers at the pool was fuzzy and the loud buzz eventually gave me a headache.

The hotel was amazing, and had a good location! Staff were considerate, and the rooms were good!

Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Floor was sticky, hairs in shower and a hand towel smelled like maple syrup when we didn’t eat at the hotel.

location was very convenient to hwy and restaurants.

I was not a fan of how crowded the pool could get so quickly. the ac was also not consistent.

The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and nice.

Very clean, smelled amazing, friendly staff..

It wasn’t major, but there was pieces that came off the ceiling in the shower in room 955 and there was very small rust stains in 2 corners in the shower.

The parking fee and placing a 100.00hold on my card.

Nice hotel with modern amenities and a really good paid breakfast buffet. It puts you in a good spot to do lots of things and is near some great restaurants, cocktail bars, and a Whole Foods.

Literally the only bad thing was an upstairs guest that stomped on the floor waking us up too early. I put in a request with the hotel to warn them though.
