The rental was clean and in good working order. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and pool table on site. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the rental too. The barbecue grills are shared by other guests, so that was the only inconvenience we encountered. We enjoyed our stay!

Location was great for the price. Shuttle bus was awesome. Nice hot tub and pool. Parking was a nightmare, garage too small and not enough spaces for a second car. Condo is tired. Things didn’t all work properly and maintenance never came to fix after repeated requests. Lacking in the kitchen like only 4 wine glasses for a place that sleeps 10! Overall an enjoyable stay.

Location was great as we were able to walk to brewery, market and the base of the mountain very easily.

My college friends and I have been doing an annual trip to steamboat for 4 years now.
First time staying at The Phoenix complex. Would highly recommend it, location is unbeatable. Having a heated garage for our unit was a game changer for all our ski gear.
Staff was amazing and the whole process was extremely easy.

Overall great place to stay for large family gathering. Few persistent problems noted at both stays, one year apart. Phone didnt work. Internet was intermittent. Pans were filthy and unusable. Very convenient to slopes and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor hot tubs. Gas grill in common area worked perfectly.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week. We rode the river, did the rodeo, mountain bikes, E biker. Enjoyed, salt and lime, cruisers, the farmers market and so much more. The condo is walkable to the base where we enjoyed, movies only the mountain, kids played football, soccer, and much more! We cant wait to go back next year!

The property itself was very nice and there was plenty of room. However, when you can sleep 12 people and there is only parking for 2 cars, there is a major problem. We had 4 cars and the front desk was unable to give us absolutely no ideas and where else we could park overnight. So we spent a lot of time juggling cars instead of leisurely strolling to the mountain. In my opinion, Vacasa/VRBO should offer a lot to park extra cars, even if there is a charge, to avoid all of the inconvenience. I will probably never stay in a property that close to the mountain because of our bad experience withthe cars. Also the Dish was not working right before the Superbowl started!! Luckily we had someone who could cast it from their laptop and plug directly into the tv - that would have been a huge diaster!

Guys' trip with 7 adults. The condo is conveniently located - close to the Steamboat Gondola as well as Christy's ski/board rentals, a burger restaurant, brewery and convenience store; all within walking distance. The kitchen is very well-stocked and other small items were included in the rental (some paper products, coffee filters, etc.). The condo has some books, movies, puzzles, cards, and even poker chips - which was a big plus for our group! Two minor items: 1) the condo walls are thin and we heard noise from the neighbors and snow removal workers every night, affecting sleep quality. 2) the beds were uncomfortable, but not too bad for a short stay. Both of these items seem fairly common based on my experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Steamboat is always great. This condo offered a heated garage which was so nice to store equipment, excellent location and plenty of space. Beds were not so comfy but other than that it was everything we could ask for!

Ok unit, good complex
The unit itself was a little disappointing. It could use some updating, nicer beds and bedding and furniture, didn’t have a/c, and we ran into some plumbing problems with a broken toilet and leaking kitchen sink. However, the property management was very responsive to the plumbing problems! The kids loved the pool and two hot tubs. Small parking lot, so if your group has more than 2 cars, someone is parking on the street.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 208. Almost could not ask for a closer proximity to the slopes. The only slight negative is that house keeping could have done a slightly better job before our arrival. Underneath the beds in the bunk room there was trash/remnants from previous guests.

Great stay
The condo was prefect for us. Location to slopes was good via the little goat path. Heated garage, pool, hot tub all of the amenities were great for us. Lots of bathrooms were great, many hooks for ski gear. My only complaint is the beds, mattresses need replacing.

A short walk to the Steamboat Gondola
I was a little skeptical that this condo was as close to the ski lifts as advertised, but I discovered that it was indeed a short walk to the lifts. This condo is centrally located in relation to numerous restaurants and even a small grocery store nearby. You could conceivably stay for a week and never have to drive anywhere. As for the condo itself, it is well-maintained and with surprisingly spacious bedrooms. Our GMC Yukon Denali XL just barely squeezed into the garage but at least we were able to get it parked. Bottom line, I would book this condo again on my next trip to Steamboat.

Great Location, good for family
We had a great time and this condo is an easy walk to the base area. It has not been updated recently which was not a problem for our family and made the cost a little lower than other units in the same complex.

Awesome location and COVID policies
Absolutely a ski in ski out condo. We loved the hot tubs and making reservations was not very difficult. Rooms are a nice size and even though it is attached to other units you cannot hear anyone else. Megan was really helpful with questions we had and making our stay great!

Great Location
The location to the slopes was great, quick walk across the street! Enjoyed the hot tub, scheduling was easy and we appreciated the attention to cleaning between guests. Overall the condo was spacious and clean. I would recommend a more thorough cleaning between guests as we found some kitchen equipment dirty as well as a previous guests shirts under the bed. The kitchen supplies could use and upgrade, they were very unorganized and we had trouble finding things, utensils are old, in poor condition and melted. There were not enough glasses and mugs. We wouldn’t expect a fully stocked kitchen but we couldn’t find enough mugs for 4 cups of coffee in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and the location is great for a ski trip.

Perfect Quarantine Getaway!
We had such a great time at the Phoenix! Stayed over thanksgiving and had plenty of space for cooking and storing food. There were 10 of us staying at the property and it was so very spacious and accommodating. Not much was open, but we enjoyed the short walk to the village and the kids managed to do some sledding!

Highly recommend the location, spacious floor plan, individual bathrooms that provided privacy which is very recommended when its not a single family environment. The only compliant is the standalone bathroom was dirty, per my friend who used that bathroom. Very centerally located to restaurants, shops etc so we didn't have to drive to all the activities that we did over the course of our stay.

Great get away for large group
The property was accommodating for a large group. The management company was very helpful in making scheduled pool time work during Covid. Even offered to call us when the scheduled people didn't show. The outside grill area was nice to be outdoors. A large vehicle will not fit in the garage. The condo met all of pur needs as travelers from out of town.
