The hotel is in a good location, and very quiet. The price is good for the centre of the town.

Check-in process. At the end of a long day of travel didn't appreciate having to call someone on the phone and talk in my non-native language to get checked in. When I called the given # I got a recording telling me to dial my party's extension however the extension number wasn't indicated. Didn't receive pre-arrival email for Check-in which would have made the process easier. Not sure if that's a hotel issue or a booking.com issue.

There’s too much noise and no one does anything about it. You can hear what people next room are saying and some people make a lot of noise late at night or early in the morning. Hard to get a good night sleep!

This hotel is located in the historical part of Jaca close to every place to visit, as well as restaurants and other shops. The bus station is about 10 to 15 minutes walk. The room was small in a higher floor, but comfortable. The staff was ok but there was no one at the reception from 5 pm until the time when I left next day (7 am). Wifi good. They have a bar (also restaurant?) but I didn't try it.

There was a lot of noise from other guests until very late in the night (3 am) as well as noise from the lift. The room door is in a hall close to stairs and lift, no soundproof at all.

It's a carefully managed small hotel with very friendly and caring staff. Great location in the town centre within easy walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Clean room, comfy beds, good wi-fi, OK breakfast. Great value for money.

The hotel is on a pedestrian street, and has no car park, but a free parking is available within a couple of hundred metres.

More comfortable than expected at a very low price. small room but very well designed, nice but small bathroom. good location in historic center. very helpful staff.

Excellent location, parking was easy enough for us but we did arrive on a Sunday.

The rooms are quite noisy, mostly from other guests or from the stairwell, but just bring some earplugs because this is a great value hotel

This is a lovely little hotel. We booked last minute for a very good price. It's situated really well in Jaca with lots of bars and restaurants around. We had a drink in the bar. The whole hotel was very clean and our room was clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The shower was good. Staff were all cheerful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
