Great beachfront villa with private pool and garden for 10/12 people
Sólo 01:30 del aeropuerto de Atenas, en un auténtico pueblo de pescadores, frecuentado por el turismo de masas, la villa de 250 m2 le dará la bienvenida en una tranquila sólo roto por las cigarras.
Se encuentra en una zona residencial protegida de molestia y no vecinos directos.
Sus terrazas se puede disfrutar de una vista panorámica del mar y descubrirán el pueblo de Limni, situado justo en frente de la isla de Evia. Es también en la isla de Evia como el sol se levanta detrás del monte Kandili (1.246 m).
La propiedad de 1.500 m2 es boscoso completo (limón, palma, oliva, etc.) y vallada. Para actualizar usted, usted podrá disfrutar de un chapuzón en la piscina privada (11m x 5m casa de la piscina)
Para su baño usted descubrirá las muchas playas y calas que se puede llegar fácilmente a pie.
Otras playas están a pocos minutos en coche con muchas tabernas.
Unas pocas decenas de metros de la casa hay una zona de juegos gratis para el acceso, donde vive una cancha de baloncesto, fútbol y tenis y un parque infantil.

Malesina, a 6 km de las colinas, en medio de un mar de olivos, es un gran pueblo agrícola donde se encuentran otros servicios (bancos, en particular).
Theologos está idealmente situado para disfrutar del mar, sol y relax. Si quieres disfrutar de otras atracciones de Grecia, tenga en cuenta que Atenas se encuentra a sólo una hora de buena unidad, como por ejemplo Delphi. No muy lejos de Delphi, no te pierdas el impresionante yacimiento bizantino Ossios Loukas.

Beautiful house in nice a quiet location. The place had all we needed and Dhimitri was very helpful. We all loved the pool and had a great time.

The villa was the perfect size for our party. Beautiful view from the top terrace and a 6-7 minute walk from a small beach. Dimitri, who looked after the villa and pool was very friendly and came most days to clean the pool.
Unfortunately when we got there the kitchen utensils were not all clean and some of the cupboards felt sticky which was a shame.
The room configuration which was on VRBO was not the same in reality. There was no family room (double bed and 2 twin beds) and I don't think they were expecting 11 people even though it was stated in our booking.
Some of the furniture (especially kitchen) was tired.
Saying all this, once we had sorted out the bedroom situations and kitchen, we had a lovely time, with lots of choices of beaches just 7-15 mins drive.
One small supermarket in Theologos was easy to get to and there was a larger one in Malesinas which was straight forward too.

A lovely house in a lovely location - we had a great stay! Wonderful views from the terrace and a great number of seating areas. Rooms all lovely and most had great views and overall the properly was light and airy with wonderful much needed air conditioning!!. The pool is much bigger/better than it seems on the pics and was cleaned everyday. Kitchen was really well equipped too. Pretty much a bathroom for each room. Host was super helpful and responsive.
The only reasons I’ve not given a 5 are that it’s not really beachfront as advertised - you have to drive to get to most beaches except a tiny rocky patch that you can walk to in about ten minutes but not ideal with kids. And you have to drive to get to any restaurant which I guess could be made clearer on the listing. The only other tiny downsides are check in at 5pm is quite late and check out at 10am are quite early. And the fifth bedroom isn’t great as it’s downstairs off the kitchen with no real view so we couldn’t persuade the children to take it as they were too scared to sleep on a different floor - which meant a bit of moving mattresses around! More information about the area and things to do in the area would also have been helpful (there was a one pager on some restaurants) but overall a little sparse on detail for tourists who wouldn’t know the area that well.
But overall would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this large villa. Plenty of room for everybody, and a large pool that was kept spotlessly clean. Being able to walk to the ocean was definitely a big advantage.
Communication with the owner both before and during the stay was very easy, and a few minor problems during the stay was quickly sorted out.
We would love to return in the future!

The villa is beautiful, both inside and outside, and we thoroughly enjoyed the large garden and good-sized swimming pool - as well as the stunning sea views. We were disappointed that there were no tavernas within walking distance, as the details had led us to expect, but we much enjoyed the nearby small beach. We had three serious drainage issues, but Dimitri was very helpful in sorting them out. We celebrated an 80th and an18th birthday while we were there - what could be better?!

The villa is so homely and relaxing, you genuinely feel like you've always lived there! Everything is there, from table cloths for the multitude of tables and spaces to eat to two BBQ areas perfect for cooking fresh fish from the excellent fishmonger in Theologos.
The villa is beautifully set up and worked perfectly for our 10-day vacation for 2 x families - lots of space (terraces, gardens, balconies, and lounge rooms) for everyone to find their own bit of quiet and equally lots of space when everyone comes together - ideal!
The beaches within walking distance are lovely, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, or take the coast road east for a lively bar we nicknamed 'Ibiza'... and a little further for another stretch of tree-lined beach - utter bliss - so peaceful.
We traveled to Malesina most days to the supermarket for lovely bread, but also the fishmonger in Theologos opposite the small supermarket was great. Lots of delicious restaurants around too.
We also did the drive to Delphi, 1h 30m - an amazing road trip through central Greece, and the site at Delphi did not disappoint, stunning!
I would highly recommend this villa and location if you are looking for somewhere off the beaten track, unspoiled and authentic. If you are looking for an ultra-modern villa with nightlife and bars within walking distance this is NOT the villa for you.

Semaine très agréable dans une grande maison très bien entretenue (chaque jour!) avec jolie vue et belle piscine, on s’y sentait très bien ! Le propriétaire était très réactif sur toutes les questions.

Total relaxation
From booking to arrival the process was very straightforward. The house, pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained and suited our group of 8 friends well. Plenty of areas to enjoy sunbathing and relaxing and eating outside. Theologos has the most incredible sunsets and great tavernas. We used the suggested places from the owners and found it very helpful. Thank you for a great 2 week stay. We hope to return again soon

Marvelous holiday home from home
We were a group of family and friends sharing 3weeks of wonderful Greek weather , food and culture. The location was super, beaches glorious, Theologos tavernas inexpensive and tasty and our home-from-home a truly welcoming place. I would love to do it all again next year!

Beautiful place
We spent a fantastic week at this villa. We were 3 families (6 adults, 6 children) and had plenty of space inside and out. We loved the pool (which is kept spotlessly clean) and the peaceful sea views. The area is very un-touristy and we enjoyed some delicious meals at the local taverns, in between barbecues on the terrace. We tore ourselves away for a day trip to Arahova/Delphi which was easy and worth doing. Thank you for a great holiday!

Spacieuse maison, vue imprenable
La maison est très spacieuse, avec de grands volumes pour se sentir bien au frais (A/C et ventilateurs). Les différentes terrasses offrent des vues différentes tout au long de la journée (nous suivions l’ombre). Accueil charmant de Dimitri et de son père qui s’occupe du jardin. La plage est à 5’ à pieds, le village de Theologos à 10’ en voiture. Vous y trouverez absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin et de bons restaurants. Proche d’Athenes, nous recommandons vivement cette grande villa!

Quiet and beautiful
It is a big, beautifully located villa. It is quite isolated, nearest shop is around 3,5 km away, so you need a car. The house has a superb view, overlooking the sea and mountains. The swimming pools is excellent, around 12,5 m long. Kitchen and facilities are just what you need. Wifi connection is good. Really no complaints. We were there nine people and enjoyed ourselves. The location helps you to relax. It is about two hour’s drive to Athens and one and a half to Delphi. Both are worth spending some time visiting. Dimitri comes every day and makes sure nothing is missing. René is easy to communicate with and answers asap. If there is a problem, he will sure solve it as quickly as possible. My best recommendations to this place.

Villa exceptionnelle !
L'accès en voiture, depuis l'aéroport d'Athènes, est très simple. Et les itinéraires pour rejoindre les différents centres d'intérêt (Acropole, Delphes, Ossios Lukas...), très faciles également.
La villa est très spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement équipée pour 8 adultes et 4 enfants. Elle est située dans un quartier calme, loin de la masse touristique, et offre, depuis les différentes terrasses, une vue incroyable sur la mer et l'ile d'Eubée. Toutes proches (2 min à pied), une petite plage tranquille et la mer transparente font la joie des enfants, et des grands !
Les jardins et la piscine sont entretenus quotidiennement, en toute discrétion. Les équipements extérieurs (terrasses ombragées, transats, chaises longues, tables...) permettent d'y passer de bons moments de détente.
Dans les villages de Théologos et Malésina, situés à 10 min en voiture, on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires ainsi que de nombreux restaurants charmants en bord de plage, ou plus typiques sur les pentes escarpées face à la mer, ainsi que des bars plus modernes. Fréquentés principalement par les Grecs, ces établissements proposent des prix très raisonnables.
Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans cette villa et espérons y retourner au plus vite !

Cette tres grande maison est superbe pour bien profiter de ses vacances.Une vue sur la mer de la piscine, une vue de la mer durant les repas.Maison propre et muni de tous les accessoires pour bien vivre.Nos enfants au nombre de six ont pleinement profité de cette demeure.Petite ville sympa de theologos se trouve à 10 mn en voiture où nous y avons tout trouvé ( viande, pain. Supérette , fruits et légumes, et beaucoup de restaurants)
Aussi une grande confiance au propriétaire qui a été tres disponible et tres arrangeant.

Si vous aimez les ballades,n hésitez pas à beaucoup bouger pour découvrir des paysages typiques de Grèce.

Très bonnes vacances en Grèce !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Theologos ! La maison est très spacieuse, nous y étions à 3... Mon mari, notre bébé (1 an et demi) et moi même, nous avions donc beaucoup de place. Un lit bébé, une chaise haute parfait pour notre fils. Il y a beaucoup de petites terrasses, des petites marches, ça nous a demandé bien plus d'attention que d'habitude avec notre petit mais nous avons fortement apprécié la terrasse de la cuisine qui se ferme et où il pouvait jouer en toute sécurité.
La clim fonctionne très bien et c'est vraiment agréable pour les siestes et les nuits!
2 salles de bain ont à priori était refaite récemment avec goût ! Des grandes douches très sympa (on y passe à 3!) !
La piscine est entretenu par un monsieur, du coup elle est toujours nickel ! Il s'occupe également du jardin et ses nombreux arbres fort apprécier pour l'ombre!
Nous recherchions un endroit loin du tourisme de masse et nous avons été servi !
A 3 minutes à pied de la maison une petite plage, où nous étions souvent les seuls (juste en face du parc de jeux d'enfant balançoire, tourniquet, toboggan, etc.) très sympa l'eau y est transparente !
Pleins de tavernes, restaurants dans les alentours, vers Malesina, ou à Theologos.
Le soir avec le petit nous restions à la maison pour diner, barbecue, etc.
Nous avons trouvé un très bon poissonnier et bon boucher à Theologos. Il y a aussi boulangerie, superette etc.
Bref j'espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'y retourner!

Une maison et un paysage pleins de charme.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ensoleillée dans ce lieu au paysage magnifique. La mer et la montagne s’y rencontrent et contribuent à un joli décor que l’on peut d’ailleurs apprécier depuis les nombreuses terrasses de la maison cachée dans une végétation locale assez dense. La maison et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et très agréables à vivre. L’espace vaste donne un sentiment de liberté et de confort qui permet de se retrouver à plusieurs. De nombreux restaurants et bars se trouvent dans le petit village portuaire, qui agrémentent le séjour et permettent de déguster des poissons et crustacés divers à des prix très attractifs
Si vous rechercher le calme, la quiétude et le bien-être, c’est là-bas qu’il faut aller !

Toller Osterurlaub!
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Osterwochen in Theologos und haben das großzügige Haus mit seinem riesigen Grundstück voll genossen! Besondere Highlights: der geniale Meerblick von der Terrasse und aus vielen Zimmern, außerdem die Außenküche mit Grill. Das Haus war einladend eingerichtet und sehr sauber, der Empfang freundlich und trotz der Sprachprobleme reibungslos. Wir empfehlen das Haus bedingungslos weiter an große und kleine Familien/Gruppen, und wir selbst werden sicherlich noch öfter wiederkommen - und dann auch mal im Meer baden :-)

Viel Platz für Traumurlaub
Wir habe wunderbare Tage an diesem traumhaften Ort verbracht! Zu jeder Tageszeit finden sich Plätze in der Sonne oder im Schatten, ob im großzügigen Garten oder auf einer der zahlreichen Terrassen mit Meerblick. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen! Das Anwesen liegt, wie beschrieben, in absolut ruhiger Lage auf einer Anhöhe, unweit des Städtchens Theologos mit seiner geschützten Bucht, das rund um die Standpromenade zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren bietet.Ob beim Bäcker, beim Fischhändler NIcolas oder gegenüber im kleinen Supermarkt, überall wird man herzlich empfangen, auch wenn die Verständigungsmöglichkeiten beschränkt sind.
Leider haben wir diesmal nur wenige Tage bei diesen großartigen Gastgebern verbringen dürfen, doch werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Zumal hier auch eine große Gruppe äußerst bequem unterkommen kann.

Coup de cœur, le charme de la Grèce opère !
Superbe location ! Accueillis par les propriétaires, qui nous ont d'ailleurs prodigué de très bons conseils (Lieux à visiter, bons plans restaurant, us et coutumes locales. Sans oublier les bases du vocabulaire grec) nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. La maison est encore plus agréable à vivre que ne le laissaient supposer les photos. La beauté de l'endroit et le calme alentour nous ont coupé du temps et du monde. Repos et tranquillité assurés. La maison ne manque de rien et on s'y sent bien. La magnifique piscine et les espaces verts sont très bien entretenus (l'eau un peu fraîche au mois d'avril).
