Impresionante y espaciosa casa unifamiliar de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y 2 pisos con una gran piscina ubicada en el corazón de Hallandale Beach. This was great for our family with 2 small children. We had access to a high chair and pack n plays for our infant. The host was kidn enough to let us check in early and book an extra day.

Upon arrival the a/c was not working, after several hours and many texts/calls, a technician came out to fix it. We were compensated for the trouble. The house was perfect for what we needed. The house needs some repair, however, it did not affect our stay. Just a note; there are no cushions for the patio furniture (as shown in the pics). The house is well equipped for a nice relaxing stay. The towels are soft and the beds were very comfortable.I recommend staying here.

We were in town for a birthday celebration but wanted to be close to the beach and have a private pool so the kids could enjoy it…this spot was perfect for that!

just to say that we all had the best time at palm estate.
Hoist replied all our questions super fast and had one problems in contacting him.
the property was prefect for 6 of us, move than enough room for all of us, pool super clean, great location, kitchen had enough tools and plates so that we could cook at home when needed, if we come back to Miami area again we would look at getting this property again.

Palm Estate was super clean. I didn't understand the check-in instructions and Davin answered right away and was very nice about giving me the instructions.
We didn't use the pool as it was too cold. The listing did state dogs are allowed but didn't state that dogs weren't allowed in the pool, that was posted on a sign at the pool. I might not have booked it if I'd known the dog couldn't swim in the pool. The outside bathroom was a definite plus.
The back yard was very nice. My only complaint about that is that the grill was charcoal rather than propane. It was also quite dirty. Since we were only there for a week, we didn't want to go out and buy charcoal.
My biggest complaint about the week in Hallandale Beach was the traffic. The house was in a very nice quiet neighborhood but getting anywhere was a headache. Almost every intersection had at least 14 roads going in and out of it and locals didn't yield to us.

After a delayed flight with an arrival at 1:30 am, it was so easy to grab the car and quickly get to the house to lie down before working early the next day. Very convenient to so many local place in Miami and Ft Lauderdale. House was very comfortable with a wonderful sitting area in the back. Host had super response time and the wifi was perfect for work to get accomplished. Would definately recommend and stay again.

We’ve rented many houses through the years in this area. This is one of the best ones yet! It’s an older home that has been updated (very typical in south FL) with nice comforts including the beds, several towels for each bedroom/bathroom. In addition, the house was fully stocked with soap, paper products, cleaning products, trash bags, coffee, tea, laundry soap etc. It was super clean, which we really appreciated and didn’t see any bugs at all which was a huge plus. 11/10!

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and well stocked. It was helpful to have garage access since we had more than 2 cars. Easy access to highway and food stores, etc. Third bathroom is outside by pool, so can be hot in summer. Overall a great place to stay and Davin is a great host!

Rarely do I give a 5 star review. However the Palm Estates met all of my expectations; location, amenities and space.
Location- it’s two minutes from I-95, 10 minutes to the beach. It was the perfect location, 20 minutes driving could get you to a lot of places.
Amenities, the kitchen had all that you need, not much more, but enough to get the job done! The TV’s were amazing- I was worried about not having cable, but I was so overwhelmed with all of the options, I just watched the golf channel. Lastly, that pool and backyard were magic and much need for my reprieve. It was magical especially at night. I may never stay at a hotel again because of this place, awesome!
Space- it was more than enough room for two people but I could easily see 6-8 people making it work.
This was the ultimate experience. I have been using VRBO since 2010 and this was one of my favorite locations. The ultimate question is, would we go back: IN A HEARTBEAT! We loved it. Thank you so much DJ for a wonderful experience and great responsiveness.

This place is like an oasis. Quiet middle class working neighborhood. Bright and clean inside and out, the backyard is totally private and very peaceful. And the pool was outstanding. We will be back!

We spent two weeks with 8 adults in this well appointed home. The listing is exactly what you will see in person. The home is in a safe neighbourhood. We drove about 20 minutes to the Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk each day. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A wonderful vacation home.

We were staying there for a month. We had my elderly mother with us and our small dog and we felt safe and comfortable which is very important. It wasn’t far from beaches or restaurants and stores. The property was clean, spacious and in a quite neighbourhood . It was well equipped with all the conveniences of home in the kitchen and throughout the house even had a welcome basket which was a pleasant surprise and a nice touch. During the month there was someone there every week to maintain the cleanliness of the pool and they also had a gardener that maintained the exterior. Whenever we called the host he was always available and very serviable. One of the best vacation rentals we ever had.

This was a wonderful getaway for my family and I. My husband and his parents and I stayed for the weekend. Wish it could’ve been longer. Would gladly stay anytime under Kong Management. The only complaint is one of the upstairs bedroom bed is uncomfortable and barely have any outlets. That is literally the only complaint. The pool was great! Thank you for our home away from home.

While the property fit my needs. We were unable to check into the property for at least over an hour due to the company was having issues with their cleaning service and when they did call to let us know the property was ready,. They told me that they had left towels drying in the dryer but we would be compensated for our delay, however that was the last correspondence I had with the company. Very unhappy about this issue.
