Our family had an amazing time in Breckenridge in August. We visit every year in the winter for skiing and this was our first time in the summer. There were so many activities to do. The weather was perfect. Our rental was in a great location to walk to Main Street, to hike and bike nearby trails and enjoy nature. The house had plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed having the extra family room with a TV downstairs for the kids. The house was beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed.

Fantastic stay. 2 minute car ride or a 10 minute walk to Main Street. Location was perfect for us. 15 hour overnight drive from Chicago to Breckenridge was a bit exhausting. Arrived in Denver early and we were looking for something to do to kill time until check in. Late morning received an email giving us the ability to check in early. Extremely grateful for that opportunity. Upon arrival, immediately hit the bed for a quick nap. Comfortable beds. Upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm due to direct sunlight and no shade on the window above the lower shaded window. Easy fix. Opened window and placed fan on ledge. Bedrooms downstairs are between 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Plenty of space in main living area. Kitchen provided everything we needed with plenty of space as well. Highly recommend opening up a few windows overnight to cool off main living area and upstairs bedroom. Close windows and shades in morning to keep it cool during the day. Overall fantastic stay. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of bathrooms. Great amenities. Didn’t take advantage of the hot tub but will next time.

I can't think of anything that was wrong with this condo. We loved everything. It was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

My family stayed at this property for Spring Break and had a great time. Master bedroom upstairs, two bedrooms and additional TV room downstairs (along with hot tub). Ground floor had half bath and a well equipped kitchen and living space. The place was clean and the proximity to the Snowflake lift and downtown Breckenridge was really nice.

Fabulous place to stay with Ski in and Ski out! Well equipped, clean, and spacious with access to the garage. Communication through the whole process was easy and we had no issues getting in the condo. They text and let us arrive early too. Close to town, maybe a mile away.

Home was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of blankets, pillows and linens. Hosts were great communicators and very responsive.
Bedrooms in the basement were cold, but space heater and blankets helped. Hot tub is right outside the bunkroom, so if you'll have to go through it in order to use it (unless you go all the around the house).
Stay advertised as ski in ski out, but I would say more like ski in and short walk to slopes. Fairly easy access to Snowflake lift, but you do have to walk a short distance up hill to get to the slopes. We took the road to the walking path to get to the slopes, but it was pretty easy to ski home down the path (and road with snow coverage).

My wife and I brought our 4 kids (15,14,11, and 6) to Breckenridge for a quick Christmas ski trip. This property was absolutely perfect. The space worked so well having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus the extra half bath on the main floor was so nice. The private hot tub was an added benefit and helped everybody recoup after a long day of skiing. We found the location to be perfect. Just a quick drive down to main street and right by the largest parking area. I'm sure we could have walked if we wanted to but it was COLD (lol) and the walk home would have been pretty much uphill so the kids never wanted to do that! The ability to ski in and ski out was a little tricky but once we got the hang of the mountain the better skiiers were able to handle it. We couldn't have found a better place for this special memory making trip for our kids.

We had a wonderful time. The house was super clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. We came for a skiing holiday and ski in/ski out was really convenient. Ski out was just a few steps across and down the street to get on the Snowflake run to ski down to the Snowflake lift. Ski in was also easy, taking the Snowflake run and from there just a few steps back to the house, we found it super easy and convenient.

We had our family reunion in Breck this summer. We couldn't find a single property that would accomodate everyone, but getting around was easy. Great hiking everywhere and we got to raft the Blue for the first time in six years. We had four adults at this property, so plenty of room. Short walk from the free bus stop in a quiet street with no thru traffic.

The condo was very nice. It is exactly what is advertised. Ski in and ski out and a nice walk to town. The check in and out was very easy. Sandy also checked in us to make sure everything was ok. This was a wonderful vacation.

Only feedback would be to have a better explanation of ski-in, ski-out. Once that was figured out, loved the location.

The living room set up did not accommodate everyone . We couldn’t sit together comfortably as a family to watch tv. Breaking your neck looking up at tv. Need new couches . Very worn. Rugs are dirty and worn. Hot to tub is extremely small. Besides those few things, we enjoyed our stay.

A group of friends gathering for a ski trip & was perfect setting! I’d suggest trying to navigate the ski in/out prior to arriving. It was a bit challenging to get back over the big banks. A few tips that might help others - the garage is very small and does not fit a Full size SUV. Also suggest adding more towels for the hot tub or bringing your own. Overall we were very happy and would rent this place again!

This is our 4th time staying in this condo. We love it. It’s perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Easy slope access for intermediate skiers. Close to town. We have walked a couple times but also bus access a short walk away. We plan to return to saddlewood next year.

Great Stay @ Four O'Clock
We had a great stay at the Four O'Clock property. Super clean and comfortable. Easy check in with great communication. Fully stocked kitchen which we used a lot. Clean hot tub, comfortable beds and enough room for us all to spread out. Two teen boys loved the ski in and out - (Easier ski in than out, but worked!). Parents really appreciated the space- Huge master bed and bath all to ourselves. Kids space on the ground level worked great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Location
Everything was great. Unit is newer and more spacious than it looks from the photos. Downstairs area is great for kids to hang out in. Easy to walk to the snowflake trail and ski down to the lift. You should be aware the ski-out trail does require a fair amount of traversing on a flat part of the snowflake trail.

Great week of spring break skiing
Loved the house! The property managers were so pleasant and easy to deal with- super responsive. Loved the heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious and comfortable.
Very easy to ski out to snowflake lift, but a bit of a workout to ski back in at end of day. Loved the location and views.

This property was perfect - great location for skiing and walking into town. We were a family of 4 with so much space to hang together and have space apart. Highly recommend!

Great location
We loved our stay here. It is just a short (e.g. to the end of the street) walk in ski boots to the Snowflake run which takes you straight down to the Snowflake lift, which also has an adjacent lift ticket office.
It is a bit of a hike to get to town, so keep that in mind if you did not rent/bring your own vehicle (which we did not). Transportation is very tricky since there are very few Uber/Lyft drivers and the private transport companies know they have you over a barrel so they can charge exorbitant prices.
But the location and scenery from this cabin were everything we’d hoped. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced but other than that we had no issues at all and had a great time!

Perfect Ski In - Ski Out Location
Our family just returned from a perfect skiing vacation in Breckenridge. The property was spacious enough for adults and our grown children, was very clean and was well supplied with all the necessities. The ski in ski out is wonderful and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend!!

Nice and clean townhome!
Very spacious townhome, nice kitchen w/ all the extras. Good communication w/ the property manager. Unfortunately w/ the lack of snow, not really a ski in/out as described. My only other feedback was the beds are not very comfortable, maybe some new mattresses or top cover would be great.
