Charming easy-going beach cottage. All you need for a chilled out stay. Plenty of spaces to relax and easy walk to the beach. Cute bandicoots scampering about at night in the garden. Birds aplenty. I’ll stay again.

Nestled amongst the trees and birds, and walking distance to everything we needed. The perfect time away for our family.

Thank you for a lovely weekend away at Seabreeze Cottage! The cottage was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for an easy weekend getaway. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll be back!

I stayed with a group of friends on the weekend and it was great. Would highly recommend it. The check in process & communication was very easy. The location is so close to Avoca beach, the cinema end, about 5 minutes walk if that. The beds were comfortable and the house is a good size and all kitchen amenities / utensils were available. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing I wasn't aware of is that the 2nd bathroom is outside of the main house in the laundry. That should be highlighted in the listing. Also, you can't drive all the way to the house either as the driveway finishes and then you have to walk up a grass hill to get to the front door so wouldn't advise staying here if you have walking difficulties.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avoca Beach. An easy walk to the beach and was enough room for a family of 4. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay in Avoca Beach. Such a great location - so close to the beach and cafes. Loved the house - with a great range of rooms, well appointed kitchen and nice sized deck. Really great stay - well enjoyed by our family of 4.

Our stay at the Seabreeze Cottage was splendid. Communication with the host was always super easy, as was the check in process. Property is everything advertised and more and the location is perfect: couple minutes walking distance from the beach and shops, but on a very quite street and a feel you are in the middle of the nature (because you are).

Suprisingly quiet location, with morning visits from the bush turkeys and rabbits, evening visits from the kookaburras. Short walks to restaurants was great just what we needed. Thankyou from Mark & Gloria

Beds in spare room could be more comfortable. No air con made the cottage hot but fans very helpful.No internet. but a pleasant property in an sttractive and convenient location. Good value in current market.

The property was as it described, however there should have been a note to explain the second bathroom was located outside,.

Ideal location - only 2 mins from beach and cafes. Close to everything, but far enough back from road for peace and privacy.

The setting of the property is idyllic. The location is almost perfect. In fairness to the property owner the weather and the blaring music from a nearby neighbour was out of her control. On entering the property, I felt, this could be my dream home. However, putting my renting for 3 nights only head back on I started to spot little things. The beds? Mattresses hard, really hard, blinds past their use by date, lamps dust encrusted. (It’s in the detail) By contrast the floors are beautiful. The garden lovely. In truth, we were driven away by awful mattresses and the weather.

We had a great time. Great place.

Great location, lovely stay, very comfortable for the 4 of us. The weekend was very wet so mostly indoors, even so the place was perfect for games, movies, catching up and not have to do much. Would go again.

House is an original beach house which we loved. Property was clean and landlord very helpful.

A very relaxing stay in a pretty private setting.

The property was as the photos showed so it was a 3 bedroom cottage with a beautiful sunny deck and covered barbecue area. We enjoyed the breeze that came through the three screened doors assisted by the excellent ceiling fans. The kitchen was well equiped so preparing salads and barbecues was easy for us. The laundry was also well equipped with washing machine and dryer. The extra shower and toilet in the laundry could be useful for bigger groups. I found the washing machine instructions were clear but I still couldn’t make it start at times. A bit confusing. The lovely garden and bushland setting was private yet houses were nearby. Whip birds called morning and evening and a brush turkey wandered through the property from time to time. We entertained ourselves with a swim in the Avoca Beach rock pool and watched the surfers at the patrolled surf beach. The movie theatre was great just in walking distance from the house and the fish and chips at the beach were fantastic after our swim. The television at the cottage was a good size for the living space and could be easily moved to face different parts of the room. We watched Netflix as we had our own hdmi cable. The queen size bed in the cottage was very comfortable and the main bathroom was clean and had one towel rail and plenty of hooks. We stored our gear in the other bedrooms which had twin beds. Ideal for a family with children. The owners were very obliging and let us come in early on the Friday and leave late on the Monday which added to our relaxed feeling. We also took our time unloading our car as there is a steep grassy hill from the cottage driveway and a flight of stairs to the deck. There is another shared driveway next door but it is more for 4 wheel drive cars perhaps but it does lead to a flat parking space at Seabreeze Cottage. If you are fit the hill is not a problem. As we had another adult couple staying with us we wanted to use the self contained queen sized area under the cottage. This space was impressive but also a little disappointing. There was an air of dampness after the heavy rain and the shower made the ensuite floor wet. If there had been another queen sized bed upstairs in the cottage we would have been happy not to use the self contained space. Our time at Seabreeze Cottage was just what we needed. We had a happy relaxed time with family and celebrated a special birthday with a seafood barbecue dinner and cake. Good times and company. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful holiday at Seabreeze. The bush setting was lovely and cool in the summer heat. The short walk to the beach, and a deck to relax on meant we came away feeling very refreshed! Generously stocked kitchen had all we needed to prep meals. Would love to return.
