Our stay was perfect! The host was easy to get in contact with. She left cold water in the refrigerator and snacks for movie night. The house was well stocked and worked perfectly for our family of 6. I woukd stay here again without hesitation!

Host had the house outfitted and prepared like it was our own home. Comfortable bedding. Nicely decorated with amenities to spare. Central A/C and fans throughout kept the home at perfect temps during a scorcher of a weekend. Property was centrally located in city with all our different tournament ballparks always within a fifteeen or less minute drive. Downtown and other attractions are also close with plenty of options to eat nearby.
We would definitely stay again!

Perfect property for our family to stay in while visiting relatives in the Wichita area. There is plenty of space, it's clean, feels very "homey" and Teresa has absolutely everything you might need while traveling out of town. I VRBO a lot, and this was the most well stocked property I've ever had from the kitchen utensils/dishware/cookware, to bathroom essentials, and extra blankets/towels/etc. She even had a wide selection of coffee for us to have during our stay. Teresa was also extremely responsive and friendly on the couple of questions I did have leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Teresa's home is fabulous! It's a great location. Teresa is a great communicator and very accommodating to make our stay extra comfortable. I love her house and definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Wichita.

We were very happy with your rental and enjoyed the stay. The only reason I put four stars on accuracy of listing is because its advertised as 3 bed 3 bath so that's what we were expecting. I did see later in the finer print that it only has two bathrooms. But either way it worked great for us and we were happy. I would stay again if needed. We were in Wichita for a meeting at Central Community Church so it was very convenient.

Wonderful stay. I lived in Wichita for 16yrs prior. I brought my fiancé and our kids to experience riverfest and to visit family there. Lots of room for us and the kids to sleep peacefully without sharing beds. Two living areas so the kids could visit in one and play games and we could watch a movie in the other without anybody talking over each other. We forgot our shampoo but it was already provided for us. It was an absolutely perfect house and we hope to be back in the future.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. Great house in a great location. The place is very spacious and clean. Communication with the host was fantastic. We would absolutely stay there again!

Teresa's property was perfect for our needs. My husband lives with paraplegia & needs a home with limited obstacles for his power wheelchair. This home required only one set of ramps to get through the front door - wide enough for the chair - because it only has one step to the threshold. We set up a hospital bed in the living room & were able to use the lift easily.
Our son had his own room & our caregiver had her own room & bathroom. I shared the master bathroom with our son - the master suite is enormous & very comfortable. I could get some quiet time enjoying the chaise or the family room. We enjoyed eating outside in the back yard & found everything we needed for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is great too...we found it quite convenient for all the activities we enjoyed on the west side.
Teresa has created a very warm & welcoming home away from home. We hope to make it back for other family events in the future!

The 3 bedroom / 2 bath house near ICT airport in west Wichita was a great option for us to stay and gather for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed 2 large living rooms and a backyard. Owner was a pleasure.

Westside Ranch was a great place to stay. It was convenient to everything we were in Wichita to do. Teresa the host was exceptional to deal with and we will definitely stay there again when come back to town!

We each had a wonderful experience! Teresa is a wonderful host and made you feel like family. She was available for us if we ever needed her. We enjoyed getting to see her each day while letting our dogs play in the back yard. The house was so perfect and get for our ages of 88, 70, & 51!
We won’t stay anywhere else in Wichita if we can help it!

This is a wonderful house - older home, but inside is beautifully updated and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great kitchen & bathrooms. Comfy beds. Clean, clean, clean. Since this is only a few blocks from family we visit regularly, we will stay here again. Owner called after we left and told us we'd left something behind - she will send it to us. Wonderful Home
My wife and I went to Witchita and met my adult son there for a basketball tournament. Location was 5 minutes from the airport (you never heard the panes taking off or landing, however) and close to anything you would need. The home itself is very nice and has all you need to live comfortably. The plus for us was a nice backyard where our dog could really stretch her legs.
Teresa herself is a very kind, wonderful lady and answered any questions quickly. If we ever need to go to Witchita again, this is the place we will stay at.

Everything was wonderful
The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Teresa provided all the necessities- the kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had all that we needed and more, and the yard was spacious with a nicely cut lawn. Teresa made sure we knew she was available for anything we may need and her communication with us was prompt and friendly. Although the house is set back a little on a busy road, the neighborhood is quiet and there was no traffic noise heard inside the house. I would not hesitate to stay here again, Thank you Teresa!

Great Westside Wichita Place
We were in Wichita for a wedding in Andale, and the perfect location to stay. The house was large and clean. Three bedrooms meant everyone had their own room. The master bedroom was quite large, and the ensuite bath was huge. The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need, from the coffee maker, toaster, blender to crockpot. The house was easy to find and offered easy access to any location in Wichita. There was local tv access, which was a plus as there were tornados in the Wichita area one night of our stay. We were never in danger as the storms were on the East side of town. Teresa was very responsive when I asked about the local tv access. Also, we were traveling with a 9-month-old, and when I asked for an early arrival to get the baby down for a nap, she was very friendly and able to accommodate our request.

Great gathering point!
We rented this property as a midway meet up point between Iowa and Texas family members. This home was so comfortable and it had everything we could ever need! We love to cook when we are together and this kitchen has everything you could need from the electric can opener to the pots and pans to muffin tins and even an instant pot! The dining table is so nicely located by the kitchen we spent so much time talking and cooking. There was a fully stocked coffee bar and any amenities you might need for laundry and toiletries were provided! Teresa was right there if we needed anything and even dropped of garbage bags the first night since they had run out! Great amount of privacy from Teresa but always knew she’d be right there if we needed anything! This was an amazing stay! We will definitely plan to return again for future visits!!

Absolutely wonderful
I can't say enough about this place it was absolutely wonderful the host was easy to get in contact with. We actually came in a hour early and she let us check in early. We noticed the TV wasn't working in one the bedrooms she came right over and went out and bought a new TV. There is everything you need in this house. She even has a little junk draw of odds and ends. Overall this place is wonderful and if I need to stay in Wichita again I will be coming to this home. Thank you Mama T for your great hospitality

Family Reunion
We stayed at the house for the two nights for a family reunion. The house was perfect. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and decorated very cute. The host was awesome. We will be staying her again when we return to Wichita.
