Nothing... NOTHING AT ALL!... NON REFUNDABLE WHICH WAS CHEAP... but not that cheap..

I BOOKED AT MJ CUENCO STREET AND WHEN I CAME THERE Express Inn told me I did not have a booking with RedDoorz MJ CUENCO.. I checked my booking online and it was still there.. same hotel, same street.. later I was informed that my booking was transferred to another hotel without me knowing.. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO INFORM ME. What a waste of money, time and energy.. if you'd like to book express inn.. book ii at the hotel not at redDoorz.

Room is ok.

Wifi connection is very poor we can't even get connected.

Location is very near the mall. It has a lift, and the place is quiet. There's hot shower and aircon and water pressure is good. Friendly staff.ññpppp pm

The linen smells heavy bleach. There's no free water.

The convenience of the locations (i.e. near the bus terminal and mall) were the only positives here

The room had a strange smell, it certainly didn't smell clean or sanitized. The shower sprayed water in all directions and wasn't effective. The staff at the front desk couldn't help us with anything which wasn't her fault, they just didn't have access to anything in the hotel besides the check-in desk we asked for more pillows or a change of room and were told they couldn't help because they didn't have access to any other rooms or storage and didn't have the authority to change anything. The room was extremely loud, even with the windows closed it sounded like the street cars and vans were inside the room the whole night.

The Staff was good and the room clean and spacious.

No wifi. No hot water in the shower. AC with no button. In front of loud Avenue. The name is actually express in.

Wifi not good very bad coz i was hoping i do more of my revuew before exam but nah wifi very bad and noisy you can hear noises from the hallway and the aircon is so noisy. And no food even water to drink that you can buy inside the Inn. The signal of channels in tv not good also coz not clear. No remote.
