Location was about the only good things about this place

It was not at all what was proposed in the pictures. It was up two floors, tiny, smelly, dirty, uneven floors, beds were horrible and couldn’t be slept in.

The pictures is not the room you will stay in. It was disgusting and unsafe. I checked out immediately.

Unsafe stairs, door didn’t lock properly, tiles in bathroom cracked, floors uneven, needing unclean, foul smell from the kitchen. Generally filthy and disgusting.

There was banging all night an people using drills I did not sleep well, the beds were not comfy and the place was not clean

It was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Great location too!

I wouldn’t recommend it for people with young children due to the narrow hallway and stairs.

Easy to find, extremely close to tube stations and other facilities. Beds comfy. Only 2 couples so didn't use bed settee. Clean and tidy, no fuss.

Table and chairs new but need a little tightening. Tv aerial not connected . TV small hut would have been fine

Excellent location! Fully self contained apartment spacious enough for our family of 5. Conveniently located near St Pancras Int Station and also the hop on/off bus. We loved that we had a washing machine :) Pub down the end of the street for a meal, cafe across the road and a few convenience stores in the same street. The host was very responsive.

Not up to our usual level of cleanliness. Very hot in the top floor apartment, but we just slept with the windows open. Old apartment, but it’s perfectly ok for those exploring the city and only using the apartment to sleep. Oven didn’t work and shower doesn’t drain well, but there’s a plunger to help. Single futon in living room can’t be used for sleeping because it’s broken, however we didn’t need this because there was enough other beds and another futon to sleep 5 of us.

I liked the location of the apartment because it was close to the train stations that I needed for the airport and the underground lines that connected me to the city center. I also liked the fact that it had a balcony.

It wasn't clean at all. The bathroom didn't have a mirror and both the sink and the shower drains didn't work that well. The worst part though is that we needed the sofa bed in the living room and the host showed us how to open part of it but he purposefully avoided opening the other part and then we realize it was because it didn't work and we could not use it. In the end we had to share 2 beds between 5 people.

Great Location

Broken single bed - reading back over the comments from other guests this bed has been broken with months!! very uncomfortable sofa beds. Steep stairs and bags of dirty linen when you open the door and on some of the landings.

Everything. Bed was broken. Sofa bed was so small my sons feet were hanging over the end. Black mould in bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush. Floorboards felt like they were about to break. No curtain in lounge. smoke alarm not on wall. Hotplates were rusted in kitchen. cigarette butts all over balcony floor. Three flights of stairs with rubbish and cleaning products in the way causing a fire hazard. it was that bad we couldn’t stay there and only got a third of our money back.

We had a bathroom sink with a leak (fast leak) so we mopped up & reported it. There were 4 people booked in our party & we had 2 towels.

Whilst the location is convenient, the property is not fit for anyone to stay in.

Despite the below negative reviews & feedback provided to the property, it appears the host has made no effort to resolve any of the issues raised. On the first night of our stay, I sent a message to the host stating that the bed in the second bedroom had completely collapsed, and that the sofa bed in the lounge room appeared to be propped up by a saucepan. I provided pictures of these issues and suggested a remedy. I did not receive a reply. The booking.com listing for the property states that there are 2 doubles beds. On arrival, the second bedroom had only a single bed, resulting in two guests having to share this space uncomfortably. Underneath this bed was a bag of dirty laundry. The bathroom, in particular the shower, was covered in mould and hard water stains. The drain in the shower did not drain effectively, resulting in the water pooling at the bottom of the shower. The common hallway/stairwells, listed as the fire exit, was cluttered with bags of dirty laundry. This not only presented a significant trip hazard but also as a risk in the event of a fire. There were numerous cords which did not appear to be contained, the area was very dirty & dusty, and there was even an empty can of beer on the windowsill. I contacted the property again following our stay providing this feedback and am yet to receive a response, some 2 weeks later. I have contacted booking.com customer service, and they have also not received a response from the host. This is unacceptable. There are a number of other issues with the property, including broken light fittings, random opened food in the kitchen cupboards, used toiletries in the bathroom, and general untidiness however these could all be forgiven if it were not for the major issues as described above. Luckily, my group & I spent very little time in our accommodation other than to shower (in thongs, making effort not to touch anything) and to sleep (on the floor and on a broken sofa bed).

The flush of the toilet was not working properly. The slats of the single bed just fell off as soon as my friend sat on the bed. Also, it was very difficult to open the main door as the lock was very tight.

the property cancelled on us the morning of our stay. Extremely hard work to get my money back - took over a month of chasing chasing chasing!

it was a good location, great pub across the road

the photos for this property are not of this property! there was not enough bed linen for all the beds. this is not a 3 double bed property, the property has 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds in the living room, one of these had a saucepan holding up one corner because the leg was broken! the stairs were blocked which is a fire escape hazard. no tv. the shower wouldn’t drain and we had to plunge it during use! the building was actually damaged in places, there was actually screws sticking up in the bathroom! the lights in the kitchen don’t work. and we have a 18months old so the stairs being inside the apartment was a BIG hazard since there was no baby gate provided.

The location was brilliant. 20 minute walk from the centre, 20 minutes in other direction to Camden market. 2 minute walks from Kings Cross stations. The place was clean. I knew I wasn't going to get a 5 star apartment for the price, but it was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. I would stay here again

There was no tv which would have been good, but in reality it's not a big deal. We only had a few small hand towels for showering, obviously bigger ones would have been better but again, no a massive deal
