The apartment was just as beautiful as the pictures indicated. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We have been to the Algarve once before but the area around the apartment was just beautiful. We walked the beautiful boardwalk trails every morning and each day just marveled at the beautiful coastline. Beautiful wildflowers in the fields. Humberto was always available and quick to answer any questions I had before we arrived. Adelaide met us at the apartment and again answered any of our questions, a very sweet lady. We loved it! We stayed for a month and couldn’t have been happier. The property is just as advertised; the check-in process was seemless; the apartment was spotless, and the kitchen well equipped.

We loved this property. Spacious and clean. Wonderful gal checked us in to the unit and explained everything. The convenience to the coastal cliff trail and gorgeous sea views was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen had all conveniences so we could cook a bit. Easy walk into the heart of town. Definitely would stay again.

This was our first VRBO experience and everything went very well. Humberto was always prompt and patient with our questions before we arrived. Adelaide was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area when she dropped off the keys. The apartment was fantastic and exactly as described. We could watch the sunrise from the upper balcony and hear the ocean waves. Every morning we walked to the bakery to get breakfast and in the evening for dinner. The Intermarche supermarket is close by. If we had the opportunity to stay in Lagos again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Loved our stay in Lagos! Was a beautiful apartment and terrace and a lovely view. The owner and manager were easy to communicate with. The nearby Dona Ana beach was fun, and you can rent beach chairs and sun shades very reasonably. We could walk into the old town with lots of cafe's and shops. Hope to return some time!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! It was very clean and had a beautiful view! The check in process went smoothly. You are so close to everything and we walked everywhere. The AC worked wonderfully for being a hot week and you cannot beat the top deck space to lounge at.

We could not have been happier with this beautiful property. The balcony overlooking Dona Ana beach was our favorite place to enjoy the spectacular views with a glass of local wine. We would love to come back here!!

This was a perfect location for our trip to the Algarve. My wife and 36 year old son were with me. The rental was very clean, had a great deck, you could walk out of the bedrooms to the pool, and it was stocked with all the necessary utensils, towels, etc. that we required. The views are stunning. The property hovers over the Praia Dona Ana, in my estimation the prettiest beach we saw in Lagos - you can walk down the steep steps to reach it. You are also right next to the spectacular cliffs of Ponta Da Piedade and can easily reach the extensive boardwalk system that follows along the top to the lighthouse and beyond- a great morning workout. You are less than 5 minutes from the promenade along the Lagos waterfront, the marina and the "old" city, busy but with many restaurant options. We were very lucky to have ended up selecting here to stay and I would certainly recommend it to others. Adelaide and her daughter Rita were very nice managers to deal with.

The views of the Atlantic were fantastic! You could lounge on the terrace and watch the sunrise, follow the sailboats as they made their way around the cliffs and watch the scores of kayaks coming and going from the marina. Praia da Dona is directly below the condo. Beautiful beach to spend the day on. To the right of the condo you can venture along the trails of Ponta da Piedade. The views of the coastline are spectacular. The condo itself is very spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the decor is very modern. Bedrooms are walk-outs downstairs. The beds are fairly firm. Overall, we would highly recommend this condo for its comfort, location and views!

A fabulous apartment! Very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful big balcony looking out over the pool and then the sea. 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to supermarket and 15 mins into town. Perfect location with lovely pool. The first day we paid 18euros for 4 sunbeds and an umbrella, but the beds are uncomfortable and a lot of them are held together with cable ties! After that we sat on the grass which was just as nice. Apartment managers are really helpful and they contacted us to arrange a linen change and clean halfway through the holiday. I wasn't expecting this so it was nice surprise, and when you are there 10 days, a change of sheets and towels is very welcome. Overall a great place to stay. We have stayed 3 times in Lagos but this was the best apartment by far. Definitely recommend.

The emplacement is exceptional, with the beach in front and the easy access to city center at 10 minutes walk. The appartment has a perfect set up with the view and the terrace. It was a wonderful stay! Hope we can come back.

We stayed for 10 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The apartment was the best we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, well equipped and a view second to none. We spent hours on the balcony watching the boats and kayaks. For my mum who enjoys the heat but not the sun the awnings were fantastic. Communication with Humberto was excellent. He always replied to queries quickly and was very friendly. Rita (Adelaide's daughter) met us at check in and was always on hand to deal with any queries. She was very helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained. A pass is required to enter the pool area which meant there were no unwelcome visitors. The old town is just a 10 minute walk away and the Spar (which is very well stocked) is just a 5 minute walk. A taxi home from the taxi rank in the old town is under 5 Euros. It is uphill on the way back so a taxi is good if you have an older person with you. The boardwalk along the cliffs is lovely and scenery superb. We hired kayaks for a trip at sunrise from Paddlefun.com and would definitely recommend them as you go on your own rather than part of a group. We had a car which we used to go to Carvoeiro and some beaches. Meia Praia was impressive for a walk - 3 miles of golden sand with a boardwalk right from the car park to the beach. We could easily have done without the car as everything is within walking distance. We plan to stay again in the future. Thanks for a fantastic holiday Humberto!

We realy enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The view, the location so close to Dona Ana beach, the swimming pool, the communications...everything was perfect! The apartment is spatious, clean, well decorated and well equiped. We highly recommand this place for a family. Thanks a lot!

We had a great 6 day stay. The location is magnificent and we never tired of the view over the pool and ocean. The apartment was well appointed and met our needs. We would certainly recommend it.

The location of this apartment on the door step of the beach is outstanding. The new boardwalk going along the coast was also great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Overall a great stay in this piece of paradise.

We added Lagos to our trip with no knowledge of the area and after our stay have fallen in love with the area and this rental. Humberto and Adelaide were great to work with. The location amazing and truly one of the cleanest rentals I have ever rented. Thank you so much, we will be back!

We had an amazing time in Lagos. The unit is exactly (if not better) than the pictures and reviews describe. It is centrally located near restaurants and hiking trails. Adelaide was very helpful and check in was seamless. We rented a car because we spent a few days in Lisbon before going to the Algarve, but didn’t need it while in Lagos everything was accessible by foot. We will definitely stay here again.

I don't think you could do better than Humberto's apartment. The location is excellent: it's at the top of the path to the beach, and at the starting point to the coastal paths and other beaches. The view from the top-floor patio over the ocean is magnificent. The unit faces east, so the sun comes up over the water, pouring in sunlight every morning. It's a short walk into town, and a short walk to the Spar, though if you're willing to walk a bit farther there's an Intemarche that is far bigger and better. I was a bit uncertain about the weather in late March but it proved ideal, warm and sunny in the day, cooler at night. The apartment is large, comfortable and very well supplied, Humberto responds quickly to any communication and Adelaide, who looks after the unit, is very friendly and helpful. Lagos itself is big enough to have everything you want but small enough to be easily manageable. It's very relaxed. There are plenty of tourists but it's not overwhelming, local people seem happy to have them, and there's a real mix among older couples, young people with kids and lots of hikers and backpackers.

Beautiful property and view. Had trouble checking in - the property manager wanted us to call and we didn’t have a phone plan. As well our devices had died. Thank goodness for Denise at the bar who called the property manager for us. Then when we had questions for the property manager - we couldn’t get ahold of her. We loved the property and the complimentary bottle of wine!

We were two couples traveling together and this location was perfect for us. So much space inside the condo with a million dollar view and walking distance to the downtown area and all it has to offer. Be prepared for some steps but that's part of the Algarve experience. Would love to stay here again in the future.

My Wife and I spent 10 days at Humberto's Apartment in Sept, 2022. We had an excellent Vacation. The Pictures and previous positive comments posted are very accurate. The apartment itself was exceptionally spacious, clean and well equipped with everything that you need. Sitting outside every morning and evening watching the Kayaks and other boats was awesome. The view from the Balcony is absolutely Amazing. Check-in was perfect - Adelaide, house manager, was available immediately upon our arrival. It's an easy walk to town and there are lots of Restaurants to choose from. We did a Kayak Tour from Lagos which took us to beautiful Caves and Beaches. We booked our Trip to Portugal for Sept, 2020 but we had to cancel and rebook because of Covid. Humberto was a delight to communicate with during the last 2 years in making our Vacation wonderful. We can't wait to stay at Humberto's Apartment again when we go back to visit the beautiful Algarve . Barry and Nancy Weir, Newfoundland, Canada

This 2-level apartment on the beach was amazing. The house was very spacious and clean and offered an amazing view from the balcony. Host is very nice and friendly and offered a lot of great advice. The location is also perfect, less than a 10 minute walk from the lively downtown. 10/10

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful apartment. We had to cancel previous two years due to the pandemic but it was certainly worth the wait!! Perfect and stunning location with easy access to beach and pool and incredible coastal walks. Short walk into town too. The apartment itself was exceptionally spacious, clean and well equipped with fantastic balcony views. Humberto was very helpful when our flight delayed and good communication throughout. The complex is quiet with short walk to a local spar store. No need for a car as so much close at hand. We definitely hope to return soon and would not hesitate to recommend!!

The location of this flat can’t be beat! To be able to look at the ocean from the upper level, and walk right out to the pool from the lower level is so amazing. The beach below is one of the most beautiful in the world. The apartment building is a bit rundown, but the flat itself as well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone!
