No view from our apartment ( number 6 ) but it didn’t really matter

Location is perfect; Central by two towers and shops and with plenty of places to eat. We liked the fact that being away in hotels for three weeks it was good to be able to go shopping for food and eat in for a few breakfasts and dinner. The washing machine and iron was a plus.

Noisy people above us and someone shouting in the common areas at 2am.

We loved the location (brilliant) but also the cleanliness and the responsiveness and generosity of staff - Caterina was wonderful!

Only wish it had a toaster (maybe an Aussie thing) and the shower set up was very small (unusual)

Great central location. Good security. Nice to have an elevator. All rooms were roomy and clean. A/C worked well. We’ll-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds/pillows. Room for all toiletries in bathroom.

The location of the flat was genuinely amazing and strategic. I worked for five years in Bologna, and this flat brought back many memories during our trip. My family enjoyed the flat a lot and its location. It had a big window overlooking the two towers. The flat was clean and comfy. It had the utilities as described in the booking. The hosting team was supportive and responsive.

We hoped that cleaning the flat would happen more frequently. We stayed a week in the flat, which was cleaned once. We were also short on toilet paper, towels and coffee capsules during our stay (since there was no frequent check on the flat). However, when we contacted the host, they immediately acted and serviced our request. The big window had an issue closing, but the host mentioned that someone would come to fix it (it didn't happen while we were there). We managed to close the window firmly, though.

Was so good to have the bed seperate to lounge, great size apartment. And time to wash our clothes. Such a lovely apartment and excellent location.

We had a little issue finding the apartment so it’s very important to read the instructions 😆

The location is fantastic - couldn't be better to explore Bologna.

The apt was ok - the furniture was inexpensive and not very comfortable particularly the mattresses which were thin foam. We didn't sleep very well on them. The apt was clean however there was a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink so we kept the stopper in the drain to help with that. I emailed with a question about the remotes for the a/c units (there were 3 units and only 2 remotes so wanted to be sure one wasn't missing) and got a rather snippy response so I didn't bother to ask any more questions.

Could have not been a better location! Easy access to everywhere! Upon arrival, I was given good instructions about how to get to the apartment. The instructions were necessary because the place was little hard to find. The place was clean and provided everything necessary. Luggage deposit was also handly when checking out.

Even though I liked the place and location, the walls are quite thin so you basically hear everything from the other apartments and from the "hallway". So unfortunately you are not able to sleep very long because, of course, people start to move and go outsite. However, I believe this is quite common in Italy and could happen also everywhere else. It would have been also nice if someone would have been there upon check in time to explain how everything works, but this is only small thing. I would recommend this place if you are not a light sleeper like I am.

Location, Location, Location; everything was updated, clean and very secure! Excellent washer/drier combo unit…allowed our family of 8 to be close although in separate units.

A little challenging to locate initially and didn’t have anyone to help however we were able to find alternate entrance after main gate closed. Bathrooms were a little tight and no door locks.

Large fridge. Clean and nice looking.

Getting into the apt was difficult due to the multiple entryways in a commercial building, some of which are locked...a detailed map would be helpful. No one was available to communicate with after 1pm sat and sunday, even though my check-in time was sat at 2pm. I guess we were lucky that there were no issues inside the apt. There is a rule that clothes cannot be left out to dry on the terrace, this was not communicated to us, so we received multiple communications that we were in violation of the building rules of conduct including a personal reprimand from a building resident. Not a nice experience to go thru.

Electronic key pad locks malfunctioned and we were locked out of the building and our rooms. Staff eventually responded and let is in, but it was most inconvenient.

Everything. location is more than perfect, next to the towers. We got the apartment for 5 person and it was super comfortable and clean. loved it.
