Prestigious chalet ski in ski off at Megéve
El chalet es reciente, cálido, vestido de madera en la tradición Mégevanne, idealmente ubicado en las pistas de esquí de la prestigiosa zona de Mont d'Arbois. Está equipado para alojar a 8 personas. Su ubicación privilegiada en una ubicación tranquila, sin pasar por alto, con una vista de las pistas y la cordillera Aravis, le permitirá esquiar de un lado a otro para disfrutar de las alegrías del esquí sin restricciones.
La sala de estar con sala de TV de pantalla grande se abre a una terraza de una planta con orientación sur donde se puede almorzar al sol.
Una hermosa mesa de convivencia para 8 a 10 personas te espera para todas tus comidas en el interior.
La cocina americana totalmente equipada de 40 m² le permitirá cocinar agradablemente.
Una sauna te espera después de esquiar para relajarte.
Cuenta con 4 hermosas habitaciones equipadas con televisión, cada una tiene su baño con ducha o bañera y wc
Dos dormitorios con balcones y hermosas vistas de las laderas y las montañas, el dormitorio principal se abre a una terraza privada.
Las botas de esquí se guardan en un lugar con calefacción.
Se accede a un amplio garaje doble completamente privado mediante una puerta automática con control remoto, conectada directamente al chalet sin tener que salir, especialmente apreciable en invierno.
El wifi asegura una buena conexión a la red de internet.
El acceso al centro de la localidad de Megève es rápido y fácil en 5 minutos en coche.

Megeve is an incredible village in the Alps and the whole region is beautiful and very calm and restful, and there are countless hikes with incredible views of the Mont Blanc or the Aravis, etc. The chalet is confortable with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a terrasse, well equipped, perfect for our family.
Only big disappointment was the quality of the Wifi - internet which was well below current standards while the description says otherwise, and I had to go to a bar to take a few video calls ... I told Cecile, the owner, but the communication was laggy, and she finally denied having a slow wifi and did not offer any solution.

A lovely chalet right on the run. Sadly there was very little snow this year so we were unable to ski in and out by midweek. It’s not far to the gondola though so it wasn’t-too much of a problem.
The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable, the sitting room had plenty of seats and was cosy.
The kitchen has all the pots and pans etc that you would need. It was just a shame there were no basics like oils etc to use when cooking.

Good stay in Megeve in ski in/out chalet
We spent the week between Christmas 2021 and New year 2022 at the chalet, the first part as a family (with 3 kids, 23, 21, 16) and our dog and the second part when our 2 oldest left us, with two friends couples. First and foremost, there are very few chalets who accept dogs. Ours is a 11y golden retriever, so a BIG thank you to the owners for accepting our dog. It meant the world to us. The chalet is very confortable, very homey. The fireplace is wonderful, it is just annoying that there is no wood ready for the guests and we had to go back and forth to buy some. There were no tools for the fire either (but bellows) so we bought some too. The kitchen is very clean, new and very well equipped, the appliances are top of the line. The rooms are nice: there are clearly 2 masters (top floor and level floor), 1 guest room and 1 smaller room (that we gave to our son). All bathrooms are clean, nice and functional. The chalet is very well located at the bottom of the Plan track, it is very easy to ski in/ski out (to the Princess lift). The view is kind of average as it directly oversees the track (the skiers are very close) and there is a construction in process on the other side of the track, I guess a chalet, with a crane. The entry through the garage is very functional and the ski room on the way up is well placed. Decoration is nice, we would just have appreciated some more indirect lights in the living room (there are none justs ceiling spots). The only thing we really missed compared to other chalets we rented in Megeve or Chamonix is a property manager for the chalet. The owners are not in Megeve and the neighboor is very nice and she does not know and does not manage the house. We had a problem with the entrance door key and it took us several back and forth with the owners to get it sorted out. Overall, a good stay in Megeve !

Une semaine fort agréable dans un chalet qui offre modernité, fonctionnalité et confort.
Chalet conforme à l’annonce. Confort, fonctionnalité et alliance de l’histoire et de la modernité sont au rendez-vous.
Deux points à améliorer : le bbq extérieur est sommaire et quelques outils seraient les bienvenus. Le gros point noir réside dans cette odeur de fuel permanente au sous-sol. Nous avons du procéder à des courants d’air quotidiens pour l’évacuer et calfeutrer tant bien que mal la porte d’où provient cette odeur nauséabonde. Sans cette contrainte, le chalet serait parfait.

The owner is not local; she was pleasant to deal with by email. We had a superb chef for our holiday, provided via a recommendation from the owner. We would have no hesitation in renting this chalet again.

Magnifique chalet au bord des pistes
Nous avons passe des vacances tres reussies dans ce chalet.
Les plus:
- l'agencement tres pratique avec deux chambres en etage superieures et deux en bas avec le salon a l etage intermediaire.
- beaucoup de place pour ranger toutes les affaires
- des salles de bain pour tout le monde
- la localisation tres pratique au bord des pistes, tout pres de l ESF et des remontees.
- le chauffage par le sol
- la deco tres jolie, l'ensoleillement et les vues.
Les moins:
- vous n etes pas sur les pistes les plus grosses avec les grandes installations pour enfants mais c est plus tranquille du coup
- la route peut etre bien gelee, prevoyez les chaines ou les pneus neige
Nous esperons pouvoir revenir et avoir autant de neige !

Ski et détente
Chalet idéal pour le ski, départ et arrivé sur la terrasse du chalet qui donne directement sur la piste. Décoration raffinée, et chalet chaleureux et confortable on s'y s'en bien après une longue journée de ski où chacun vaque à ses occupations : sauna, télé, internet (heureusement pour ma fille de 16 ans) et dvd! Nous avons d'ailleurs prévu d'y retourner l'année prochaine

Superbe chalet et super séjour
Nous revenons d'un super séjour dans ce chalet idéalement situé sur une piste peu fréquenté descendant au télécabine de princesse (on chausse et déchausse directement sur la terrasse du chalet, ce qui est un véritable luxe). Le chalet est extrêmement confortable (lumineux et spacieux avec une mention spéciale pour la literie (c'est rare)) et parfaitement équipé (télés dans toutes les pièces, sauna...). Le chalet est également très prêt du village (3 minutes en voiture et très facile de se garer). Je ne peux que vous conseiller ce chalet, dans lequel nous retournerons !!!

Noêl en famille
Nous avons vécu de très belles vacances dans ce chalet douillet et confortable,la cuisine est bien équipée,nous avons apprécié la télé dans chaque chambre,les enfants ont pu rejoindre l'école de ski tous seuls en chaussant devant le chalet, les grands parents ont profité de marches dans les chemins alentours.
Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR DE SKI
nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet à la décoration authentique ,idéalement situé sur une piste verte peu fréquentée ,on chausse les skis et on déchausse devant le chalet ,c'est véritablement skis aux pieds.Le centre piéton du village est très facilement accessible à moins de 5 mn en voiture;
le chalet est trés confortable le séjour est très ensoleiilé,
je recommande vivement cette location;
