Mary was extremely accommodating and the house is wonderful! I highly recommend.

We just got back from our annual summer vacay and stayed at Mary’s house. The 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids aged 1-6) had a wonderful time! The house and pool were big enough to accommodate all of us and Mary was a gracious. attentive host. We encountered a few minor issues when we arrived and she immediately resolved them. The house has 4 bedrooms, all well stocked with towels and sheets. The garage was full of beach gear as well! With 4 small kids, we were able to easily make daily trips to the beach (about a 7 minute drive) thanks to her beach cart, backpack chairs, and tons of beach toys! The pool is fenced in and a beachy golf course offers a beautiful backdrop as you peacefully sit poolside. Plenty of floaties for everyone! Overall a quality stay!

Great layout, pool awesome

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s rental home. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool and open floor plan along with our 4 children. The kitchen had everything you need for a preparing large or small meals. It was thoughtful to have extra toiletries in the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and linens. The beach chairs, umbrella and cart came in handy as well. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

Mary's Marco Island retreat is an absolutely perfect home to stay with family or friends. The layout of the house with the full sliders to the patio/pool area makes the home feel like a tropical resort! We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor-outdoor living with our group. The pool was fantastic with plenty of patio space for lounging, having meals, or playing games as a family. The location of the home is an easy drive or bike ride to all the island has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay on Marco Island. The property was perfect for our group. The rooms were spacious, kitchen well-equipped and the pool area was fantastic. Mary was great to work with leading up to our stay. We loved Marco Island and will be back!

This home was perfect for our needs. The sliding doors opened completely out to the pool. It was wonderful! The dining room table was perfect for our group size. All around recommended!

My four kids and I loved it! It is our second time staying here. We can’t wait for our third time! The pool is big and fun. The house and kitchen is totally supplied with everything you would need. The owner is super responsive.

The property was very clean and looked just as advertised. The location was great, just a few minute drive to the beach. Mary was very quick to address any and all of our needs concerning the house.

This property fit our family needs perfectly. There were sleeping arrangements for our four different families, the kitchen was spacious with all needed utensils, and the pool area was fabulous. Extra towels were available for the showers, the shampoo dispensers in the showers was a nice touch, and the bikes and beach items were a bonus. We'll be back.

This is a great home. Our group enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor space around the pool. Very well equipped kitchen and beds were good! The view of the golf course is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Our group of relatives (women ages 35 - 80) were in Marco to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. (Highly recommend the wine room at The Oyster Society for a private dining experience while viewing the rest of the restaurant through the glass wall.)

Overall the property is very nice, but a little dated. The property manager was very responsive to our needs/requests.

This Property was spacious, lots of space for us to all be in one area together. The property was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I rented this house for the Christmas holiday, and we had a lovely time! The property manager, Mary was very kind and quick to respond throughout the process which was much appreciated. When we arrived, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Regarding location, the house is on a quiet street with walking access during off hours to the golf course in the backyard. We were also able to cook and host a lovely Christmas dinner. The only thing we would change is that there is no lanai which made it difficult to keep the doors open and hang out on the patio (which we loved doing all day!) around sundown when the mosquitoes come out, but it wasn't a major issue. We highly recommend this house and look forward to a future stay!

This home is absolutely beautifully remodeled and decorated. The pool was super fun. It was stocked with everything you would need and the owner Mary is delightful and very responsive. Marco Island is beautiful. We would love to stay here again.

We decided to go on a mini vacation and stayed at this Marco Island property. We had the time of our lives. We enjoyed the house, the location and the beauty of it backing up to a golf course. It made for an amazing quite vacation! The pool was amazing and the house lay out was fantastic. We loved the wonderful sliding doors from the kitchen to the patio and from the living room to the patio. It makes it for a fantastic entertainment home. The amenities were on point. We absolutely will be telling everyone about our stay and we will stay there again soon!

Beautiful house on the golf course. Very clean, nicely equipped. Great spring break spot for our family.

This was our first time to Marco but not our first VRBO experience. This home was perfect for us with the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 3 couples. The home is well maintained and better stocked than any other VRBO we've been to (probably 10 or more). If you plan to cook the kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking, the grill worked fantastically and more than enough dishes to accommodate. We enjoyed the bikes, the beach chairs and took advantage of cozy gas fire table top ring out on the patio every night. The pool was clean, well maintained and the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. Mary was top notch as far as answering questions and returning our inquiries in a timely manner. She went out of her way to accommodate our every little ask. The place is super clean and comfortable as well as spread out nicely for us 3 couples to have our own space. The island was good to us, we had great experiences everywhere we went but our favorite adventure was renting a pontoon and exploring the waterways while the dolphins swam along next to us. Tigertail beach was our preference over the South Beach area as the shelling was better, crowds were smaller and the sand was softer .... it's a little further to walk but worth it, crossing the lagoon was no big deal for the 6 of us middle aged folks, but might be a little dicey for younger or elderly especially when the tide is higher(it was waist deep for us). I highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

We had 11 people at this home and had a great time! Plenty of space and clean. Our favorite part of the home was the kitchen-great gathering space. The home looked like it was recently updated, decorated very nicely and in great condition. The home was located a few minutes from everything which was perfect. Mary was very responsive to any questions we had. Our only concern was that the pool never seemed to warm up. We know it’s locked at 85 but we are all pool owners and it never reached this temp and never showed 85 on the heater. Therefore morning and night swims weren’t very pleasant. This might be something that needs to be checked. Overall it was a great experience and vacay!

The home was amazing! We had a wonderful time and it was in a perfect location. We intend on making this one of our permanent vacation spots in the future. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a golf retreat with 2 other couples. The house was so roomy and very comfortable for 6 adults to spread out. Well appointed and very clean. Although we couldn’t play at the at the private course, it was still really cool to stay in the middle of the beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay - next time we’ll take our family and enjoy the pool!

Aside from being a beautiful house, this home was remarkably clean, and very welcoming! The kitchen is so big, which is perfect since that’s where people always tend to gather. I would absolutely return to not only the area, but to this house as well. And I’ll being more people! Oh, and the view from the lanai, spectacular!! Thank you.
