VILLA 8 PEOPLE WITH POOL.
Ubicada en la ladera, frente al Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime, esta hermosa villa reciente tiene 4 dormitorios y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 8 personas. Se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila a pocos minutos de la playa de Nartelle. El acceso al centro de la ciudad se logra en pocos minutos en coche sin riesgo de atascos.
En la planta baja, una sala de estar grande y bien equipada se abre a la terraza cubierta y la piscina. Ofrece una hermosa vista de la colina. La cocina americana bien equipada se encuentra cerca del comedor. Aún en el mismo nivel, el dormitorio principal se beneficia de un baño con ducha y un inodoro independiente. Un segundo dormitorio tiene acceso directo al exterior.
Arriba, otras dos habitaciones con hermosas vistas abiertas, tienen un cuarto de baño con ducha.

Afuera, la gran terraza cubierta alberga una hermosa mesa con sillas para las comidas, así como una parrilla de gas. La piscina tiene lugar frente a la villa y goza de buen sol durante todo el día. Las terrazas alrededor de la piscina están bien amuebladas con muebles de jardín y áreas de desayuno bajo las sombrillas. El jardín está decorado con muchas flores y arbustos del sur.
Puede relajarse por completo en esta hermosa villa nueva con equipamiento muy completo y de calidad. El acceso a las playas y los principales sitios del Golfo de Saint-Tropez se realiza en pocos minutos.

A lovely spot to explore the area. The pool and sitting areas are first class. Thank goodness for the ait con in the bedroom as us Scots are not acclimatised to the heat.

this is a home. very loved and very well equipped. the views and the outside area is wonderful. walking into st maxime is some distance and it's steep walking back, but the location is very quiet and peaceful. the pool is fantastic, the barbecue the eating area the lighting at night and everything you can think of is on hand. the owner
Regis is absolutely lovely,very kind and caring. The concierge services are very good and the pool cleaners who come twice a week are also very good. quick and discreet. Only thing that spoilt the holiday was the check out man He was very rude and horrible for no reason. made me feel like a criminal which was not very nice when i cleaned the villa spotlessly before leaving. quite an aggressive man who clearly doesn't like his job or maybe foreigners. other than that PERFECT lovely home and holiday. thank you

Villa was exactly as described and the views were amazing. Lovely outside seating areas and inside was great too for when it went cool in the evening. We were a party of 7 adults and one baby and there was plenty of space for us all

We really enjoyed our stay - the terrace and pool area is excellent and very safe for children. The beaches at La Nartelle are just a few minutes drive, Sainte Maxime centre is around 7 minutes. The house is very well equipped and it is nicely presented and clean, we felt relaxed and very much at home. The photos of the house are accurate.
Jeff at the letting agency is efficient, helpful and kind. We had a couple of problems beyond our control requiring urgent assistance and he dealt with them immediately and kept in touch to be sure things had been resolved satisfactorily with the technicians he organised. This was reassuring.

It was all as in the description. A few small things would have to be repaired (e.g. terrace railings or the radiant heaters). Otherwise, however, a great house. Unfortunately, we were unlucky that it was very windy on the first two days and a lot of the trees on the terrace flew around.
And first of all: You need a car....

The property was very nice. All your needs catered for. Only issue was bedding was paid for but beds not made up. Access to the property would not suit all people. Sat nav struggled when returning to the property.

Really lovely house with stunning views overlooking St Maxime golf course. Private parking. Perfect for our family of 4, we have 2 young girls aged 4 and 6. Friendly and prompt communication with the property managers who were great from start to finish

We had a really lovely stay for two weeks in October. The villa was very clean, well equipped & the children loved the pool. Communication with the property manager was very efficient.

The villa is exactly the same as the description on homeaway.com. We went to Sainte-Maxime with eight friends to recharge and do some activities. For this, the villa was perfect with a good location, where the facilities (beach, village, tennis courts) are nearby (max 20 min walk).

We were 5 adults and 2 children sharing the house. The house is spacious, and all the rooms has a modern look with very nice interior. The outdoors is very beautiful and has alot of space, with a very nice pool. Overall the week we spend here this house and the surroundings gave us an outstanding impression. We will definitely go back some time :)

We stayed here as a family for 3 nights in October. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. It has lots of family spaces inside and out. Bedrooms were of a good size and the garden was well maintained with an awesome view. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely induction hob. Other little touches like a top of the range TV, Huge 3 ft Bluetooth speaker. The property had plenty of glasses, plates, serving dishes etc. Everything you could imagen they had. 3 mins to St Maxime, 7 mins to big Caurefour supermarket. Lovely bakery 5 mins drive towards supermarket. I would 100% go back.

My family and I had a wonderful time at La Nartelle. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The new kitchen is very nice. We were there a little early to take advantage of the pool but it was very clean as well. The back yard is inviting and has a beautiful view. We felt very safe and taken care of. The managers were lovely and available to help with any questions. We hope to come back soon! Thank you
