We didn’t want to leave!! Beautiful villa, very spacious and all mod cons. We went for the heated pool and it was well worth it. There is a good range of restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a very friendly Irish pub. Just a short drive away is a choice of beautiful beaches.

Modern and well designed. Well equiped, clean and well maintained. Numerous 'low use' items in the cupboards which we like. We have booked before and will book again.

A very nice and clean property with everything you could need to make your stay easy, a home from home, very peaceful (xmas time) all in all a very well presented villa, will be booking again soon

Villa is as described, spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Viviane was helpful and always responded quickly. The villa is close to a British supermarket and plenty of decent bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you want to go to the beach or Cabo Roig you ideally need a car. We used taxis but struggled to get a taxi back at night. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our two grand children loved the pool and the house had all the facilities you could need especially air conditioning! Bars and a good sized supermarket are within 10 15 mins walk (for adults!). Viviane was excellent in all aspects of communication which really helped. The one bit of advice I would give is to hire a car if you want to see the area. We relied on taxis and whilst most were fairly prompt, occasionally you couldn’t t get one. However, after three years of no holidays this was great!

This is actually the best place we've ever been to. The pool, kitchen, lounge, air conditioning all spectacular. The view is amazing and it's so close to plenty of great bars/restaurants. We were so relaxed we could've stayed for another 2 weeks. Thanks to everyone.

The area is nice and quiet and has a number of bars and restaurants which are a 10 minute walk to the end of the street. If you want something with a little more atmosphere the you can head into the Cabo Roig strip which is 5 mins by car. We have been coming to this area for a couple of years now and this a is one of the nicest places we would definitely stay again!

The house was everything it was advertised to be. Viviane was very quick to respond to any messages and Gleny was very helpful when needed at the villa. Perfectly situated with a 5 minute drive to the beach. A heated pool in winter time would have been great but it wasn’t top priority for us so didn’t change things as far as the villa goes. 10/10

Dit was een vakantie om nooit te vergeten!!! Het begon al bij het huren van de villa,Viviane is een topvrouw!!! Bij het sturen van een bericht stuurt zij zeer snel terug en je hebt dus een vlotte ,vriendelojke en snelle communicatie. Bij aankomst was daar de dochter van Gweny die ons vriendelkjk ontving en een goede uitleg gaf ivm de villa. De villa is zeer mooi ,praktisch en van alle toestellen verzien. Smorgens een lekkere Dolce Gusto ,daarna ontbijt met toast uit de toaster en smiddags buiten een lekkere BBQ op gas. Het is een zeer rustige buurt met veel oudere volwassen touristen en bij een korte wandeling ben je al bij cafe's ,winkels en casino.wil je naar het strand pak je de auto en op 10 min ben je er,op 7 min is er ook een openluchtshopping La Zenia waar je kan shoppen en eten. Op 20 min met de auto ben je in Torre Vieja waar nog meer te doen is. Maar terug naar de villa. Mijn collega Nicky had zijn vriendin Jessica ten huwelijk gevraagd op een romantisch plaatsje aan de dijk in Torre Vieja en kregen van de 2 andere koppels de bovenverdieping als honeymoonsweet. Groot 2 persoonsbed met badkamer met inloopdouche en een eigen romantisch terras met uitzicht op de zee. Het gelijkvloers zijn 2 slaapkamers met elk 2 persoonsbed ,1 badkamer met toilet ,lavabo en inloopdouche. De keuken is zeer mooi en gemakkelijk in gebruik ,toaster ,koffiemachine,blender,4 kookpit ,2 ovens en een moderne dampkap die uit de werktafel naar boven komt,alle werkattributen zijn er aanwezig. Ook de ijskast is groot genoeg. De living met tvhoek is uitgerust met chromecast en internet,de instructies zijn mooi opgeschreven op een blad en in verschillende talen. De eettafel is met 6 stoelen. Het uitzicht aan het zwembad is waanzinnig mooi met zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen. Veel groen ,wat skyscrapers in de verte en de zee. TIP!!!!!Wie het zwembad verwarmd wil ,kan dit best op voorhand meedelen wegens het zwembad 4 dagen nodig heeft om op zijn punt te komen . Je betaald hiervoor 50 euro extra ,maar geloof ons het is de moeite waard.Aan het zwembad zijn er 6 ligstoelen voorzien en een eettafel met 6 stoelen en strandlakens. Er waren ook 2 opblaasbare matrassen waarvan 1 een zeteltje waar ik regelmatig inlag te chillen met het mooie uitzicht op de zee.Poolboy 2x gezien op 6dagen dus zeer proper zwembad met verlichting in de avond. Bbq was goed onderhouden en dus ook door ons gebruikt. Op het terras was er ook een luiffel die je open en dicht kon doen voor de zon .deel1

You can’t walk to the beach but the best beaches are south so it’s easy to get there by car. We will definitely come back again.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber und auch der Außenbereich mit Pool und Sitzmöglichkeiten waren perfekt für uns. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt! Die Betten waren alle bequem und groß und die Ausstattung im Haus sehr gut. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieterin für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Excelente todo , aunque mejoraría mucho si la Villa dispondría también de jacuzzi. Pero en general muy contento , buen recibimiento por parte de Gleny , todo perfecto . Un saludo

Très jolie villa dans quartier calme. A noter la propreté de cette location très bien équipée, bien décorée, très pratique , avec de jolies chambres et 2 belles salles de douche. Le barbecue est un plus très appréciable et les transats aussi. Le soleil était au rendez-vous, et de jolies balades aux alentours ont agrémentées notre séjour. Une location où l'on peut aller les yeux fermés.

Absolutely gorgeous villa! We stopped here as four adults and a 21month old over the New Year period. The villa is immaculate, super stylish, and has all the facilities etc that you need to have a relaxed trip. Having our friend’s small daughter in tow, we mostly cooked rather than going out locally, the kitchen is fully equipped and the BBQ on the terrace is a lovely extra touch! As is the inside and outside seating. Communication with Viviane and Gleny was very easy, and they were always on hand to answer our questions. We would thoroughly recommend this villa, and were sorry to leave!

Great location, beautiful villa would rent again without hesitation! Highly recommend!!
