Beds, sheets, linen and towels were excellent quality. Very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. Oracle shopping is only a 5 minute walk. Great location and a lovely stay
The shower head in the en suite does not stay up so we couldn't shower in it. It needs fixing.

The instruction were very clear, for checking-in and getting the keys. Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to the Oracle, 15 minute walk to Reading station. The interior is well furnished and clean with all the electrical appliances. Some kitchen tools were broken, but they replace with new one immediately on the next day, great efficiency. Staff responded to calls and messages on booking.com promptly and are very helpful.
The deposit securing system was troublesome. Since my card was from a country with no postcode, the system was unable to proceed the card verification process and has to do the process manually over the phone.
