Lu-Zan Suites - Suite A es una suite de un dormitorio ubicada en el histórico distrito comercial de Nueva Iberia en la única calle de ladrillos de la ciudad. A poca distancia del centro y Bouligny Plaza, sede del Campeonato Mundial Anual de Gumbo Cook-off y Sugarcane Festival. También está a poca distancia del mercado de agricultores, el festival de camiones de comida, restaurantes cercanos, tiendas y clubes nocturnos. Shadows on the Teche también está a poca distancia (seis cuadras por el centro histórico).

The property is clean, Comfortable, well-kept, and spacious. Easy check in and check out. Has everything you need. Not a lot immediately around the property, but super easy to walk my dog. Would stay there again.

My niece and I went to visit Avery Island for a quick weekend getaway. Linda’s place was just perfect. It was clean, safe, easy to locate and had everything we needed. It was also close to Avery Island. Great place to stay. Thanks Linda!

It was quite, clean, and was fully stocked with cooking items, utensils, condiments, snacks, etc.
Linens were new.
Parking was next to unit.
Linda was quick to fix couple of small things.

The property was very inviting. The suites were clean, well organized and pleasant for all our needs. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking items. Bedroom and bathroom well stocked. The suites are within walking distance of downtown. The backyard was was wonderful for our dogs. We had both suites which allowed our adult girls and us to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Definitely looking forward to repeating our stay here in the future. We would highly recommend these suites to fellow travelers.

The owner was wonderful when we had flight issues and couldn't get there until a day late, she was incredibly accomodating!
The place was beautiful! It was very clean (never going to stay at hotels again!) and had all the necessary items for the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom.

Nice location, close to everything, clean, well stocked with necessities. Only problem was getting into the lock box & back door was sticking, but overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Got it to get out of the danger of Hurricane Laura. Sat on the back porch as the storm passed to the west of us. Perfect timing, nice place and wish it would have been different situation for being there.

Perfect accommodations for short getaway
We traveled with our dogs and the area is very walkable. The backyard is not fence in but that was not an issue for us. Linda was wonderful! We hope to be back in the near future to visit family again.

Our 5 night stay at Lu-Zan suites was delightful! Charming, clean and spacious. We were very comfortable. Our two small dogs enjoyed the shaded back yard. And the tin roof over the back porch was lovely during the afternoon rain. The location was convenient to all points of interest in New Iberia, a very friendly town.

Great property! Owners were responsive to all questions. The property is exactly like the listing mentions. No surprises. The only thing I would recommend is adding a tv in the bedroom. Great place for pets too!
