We loved the size of the apartment and it was well equipped. It was very handy for Disneyland, Val d’Europe and Paris. The only thing that let it down was that it needs some maintenance work. Nothing major at all, but it was a shame that small bits and pieces needed fixing - like one of the wardrobe doors wouldn’t work and a drawer was falling to bits in the bathroom and the toilet seat didn’t fit properly. Having said that the kitchen had plenty of good pans, a good oven and microwave and the fridge/freezer was a great size. The living room was comfortable and the dining table a good size. Beds were comfortable as well.

Quiet place..close to Disneyland only a 15 minute walk on a safe route..apartment had everything you could think off..so close to restaurants and shopping..15 minutes to train station into Paris..so would use again..

The apartment was homely and spacious. Lovely balcony area. Facilities are all there. 1 star taken off for cleanliness, but nothing that can't be resolved as all cleaning equipment is available in the apartment. Ideal location to Disney and shopping complex. 20 minute walk from Disney or bus stop just around the corner at 2.50euros every half hour. Only downside is complicated coded front door and key to 2nd door, but once you have sussed it, no problems.

We really enjoyed our stay, kitchen had everything we needed, balcony was very nice, and great to have laundry in the suite. Very close to Disney and also a pretty easy train ride into Paris city centre. Excellent mall with grocery store and restaurants nearby.

This property is an absolute gem! It was easy to find and so well maintained. We were about a 10-15 minute walk through the Val d'Europe shopping center to the train station, a 15-20 minute walk from Disney (could have also used the bus but we walked instead), and next to the cutest little boulangerie bakery where we picked up breakfast each morning. The beds were comfortable, and it was just right for our family. We would definitely stay there again!

Buena ubicación y calidad
Calidad precio buena. Si hay que poner algo negativo es el diminuto aseo. Por lo demás muy correcto. Zona muy buena que incluso te permite ir andando a Eurodisney aunque tiene la parada del autobús a 150m (línea 47 y se paga al conductor, precio del billete 2€). También a 150m está el inmenso centro comercial Val d'Europe con todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes y el supermercado Auchan.

Appartamento pulitissimo siamo stati bene le utenze erano ottime e tutte funzionanti anche se non abbiamo cucinato. Appartamento ideale per una famiglia con figli.

Das Apartment liegt in einer wundervollen ruhigen,sauberen Umgebung.
Disneyland ist in laufnähe ebenso wie das wirklich tolle Einkaufszentrum.
Nach Paris sind es ca. 30 min.
Ich musste während des Aufenthaltes einen Arzt aufsuchen, der Vermieter hat mit hier weitergeholfen und eine gute Adresse mitgeteilt.
Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Mooie locatie voor veel activiteiten
Op loopafstand van Euro Disney, Val d'Europe winkelcentrum, Sea Life, veel restaurants en ov richting Parijs. Verder is het een fraai vertrekpunt om met de auto de omgeving te verkennen met kasteelbezoeken, boswandelingen, middeleeuwse steden etc.
Woning is verder prima , van alle gemakken voorzien. Her en der een los stopcontact, maar dat is dan wellicht de "Franse slag". Klein balkon op het noorden, dus weinig directe zon.

The property is great for a quick break in Paris and Eurodisney. Everything you need for the family. Close to shopping Centre and bus stop for
Disney. Great bakery opposite for breakfast. Beware of taxi drivers from euro Disney train station. Cost for 6 should be 20euro, we were charged 40.

Nice clean apartment though let down by a few little things.
The property is spacious and in a fantastic area. 15-20 mins walk from Disney and very easy to get to. Also very close to the Val D'Europe shopping mall where you can buy groceries too. So, the negatives are as follows. Balcony had an ashtray full of butt ends which stank. I moved this to one side. Brand new oven, Microwave though no instructions which would help. No welcome pack, as such. There was one teabag, 3 coffee sachets but no milk. All the apartments I've stayed at previously had fruit, a bottle of wine plus teas, coffees. There was no sugar. Just little things I know but after a long day travelling, these things go a long way. There were also no soap in any of the dispensers. Good thing is, the mall at the top end has a great supermarket and we went and bought things in. There's a coffee machine which is a bonus. The rooms were all clean, spacious and there were plenty of towels etc. The sofa in the room has a throw over it as the leather is peeling and its seen better days. The toilet seat needs alignment and tightening. The question is, would I go back and the answer is yes. It is in a great safe location and all the things mentioned above are very fixable. At least I'm not moaning about an old oven etc. Just mentioning these things so hopefully future guests get that little bit more.

Family fun
We arrived at this property & was really impressed with the area & size of the apartment.
Very well equipped with everything you need to stay self catering or dining out, we had breakfast before going to Disneyland & getting a bus just a 1 minute walk.
Another plus is the Val De Europe shopping centre which has everything you need, supermarket, restaurants & numerous designer shops.
Easy checking in & out as the keys are collected from a nearby estate agent’s. The only negative I will give is that we were told that we could check out at 6pm & not 12 as at first told, at 11am I was rung to say we needed to be out for 12 as the apartment was needed for another customer. I said that with 2 young children it would not be possible in that short time, “okay then” was the reply you can have until 2pm.
So our trip in to Paris was not possible on our last day in France.
Besides that issue we had a great time & would highly recommend stopping there….Merci

Geweldige vakantie woning
Na het huren van deze fantastische vakantie woning is alles heel soepel verlopen. De woning was precies zoals op de foto's en voldoet aan alle gemakken. Ideale locatie in combinatie met Disneyland Parijs, je kan er lopend naartoe, met de bus of met de metro. Mogelijkheden genoeg dus. Overdekt winkelcentrum en Outlet shopping zit om de hoek, zelf een uitstapje naar Parijs is zo gedaan. Voor ons de ideale vakantie woning in combinatie met Disneyland. Een echte aanrader!

Ideal apartment for visiting Disneyland
We stayed in this lovely apartment over New Years Eve. So on arriving, the estate agents, where the keys are kept for the apartment in literally 50 metres away. Staff were very helpful.
There are 2 private parking spaces for the cars in a secure underground garage. The Apartment itself was beautiful, there was 7 in our party and we never felt as though we were crammed in. Kitchen has everything you could need, so ideal if you want to self cater, Lovely large dining table and lounge area, with large telly and fast internet. the 2 double bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage, the bedroom with 2 singles in is also a good size. Lovely bathroom, with shower and bath.
The balcony has a nice view out over the area and when the large Disney balloon goes up you can see it. The area was very peaceful and no disturbances at night or in the day. Val d Europe (large shopping centre and outlet village) is literally across the road all the shopping you could need and a large supermarket as well. Disney was about a 15 minute walk from the apartment, but all easy walking on flat pavements, also there was a bus available just outside the apartment that takes you to Disney, although we never used it, beware it gets very full on the way back. Also around the little square by the apartment are bars, restaurants and bakeries, which were all great.
Fully recommend this apartment to any one wanting to visit this area of France or looking for a Disney getaway. What you see in the photos of the apartment are exactly what you'll get when you arrive, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely property, well placed for Disneyland Paris
Celine, Susana and the team were friendly helpful and professional throughout our stay. We travelled as a family of 5 - two adults and three children, and there was plenty of room for us. The property was immaculate and situated very conveniently for the shuttle buses into Disneyland Paris, close by to the huge Val d'Europe shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to the train station, with frequent trains into the centre of Paris. We also enjoyed being able to relax with a drink on the balcony, with it's own artificial lawn! If you are going to Disneyland, or visiting Paris, I really can't recommend this place enough!

Three bedroomed flat .Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children.it is 15 minutes easy walk to Euro Disney Park or the the Valle de Europe Shopping Centre and the huge Auchan supermarket. A free shuttle to Disney is just around the corner. Very secure underground parking.

Tolles Apartement in Serris, optimal für Besuch Disneyland und Shopping
Das Apartement kann ich nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (Agentur) war völlig unkompliziert. Das Apartement ist toll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sauber, geräumig, ruhig, sicher und schön. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. In fußläufiger Umgebung befinden sich Bäcker, ein riesen Einkaufszentrum, ein Outlet Center, diverse Restaurants und das Disneyland. Wir kommen gern wieder:-)

Good, clean, well located
On arrival, the office was over the road so someone was with us very quickly to show us around and advise us on all the details. The place itself was very clean, well fitted out, 3 good sized bedrooms, a great balcony, good fast wifi and a good kitchen. It was an easy walk to the disney resort or a regular bus from just 50m down the road, there are also lots of food options over the square, easy walking distance. It's also very easy to the shopping areas.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. I would highlight to those with small children that there's a lot of glass furniture and a high balcony so just be aware if your children are a bit adventurous.

Perfect location! Had everything we needed and more.
We travelled as two families (4a 2c) and the apartment was big enough to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. The shopping centre was a minute or two walk away with plenty of restaurants, shops and a huge supermarket. We walked to Disneyland each morning and it took 15/20minutes. There was a free bus from the hipark hotel just around the corner or a public bus but we never felt the need to use them. The train station was a 10/15 minute walk and we got the RER into Paris one of the days which took less than an hour. The apartment was spacious and clean with plenty of towels and even some welcome toiletries. Only a couple of niggles with sliding doors not working properly and a broken clothes airer but nothing major. If I had to suggest one improvement then I would say they need a second sofa as the chairs are not so comfortable after a long day at Disneyland. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Great location for Disneyland, Paris and shopping
This apartment was the perfect base for our family of 6. Very comfortable, nicely furnished (not good for young children due to glass tables and 3rd floor balcony) and convenient location. A short walk from a huge mall with numerous restaurants and shops to choose from. Buses to Disney and trains to Paris were very convenient and within walking distance.
Our main complaint was delayed responses when booking. We were going to arrive after check-in and were told it wasn't a problem, but given no further instructions. My husband was worried that we'd have trouble gaining access to the apartment, so we ended up changing our plans so we'd get their earlier. Not convenient for us, but we weren't able to get hold of the property manager. When we arrived she initially took us to the wrong apartment, not a big deal, just a bit annoying. We couldn't figure out the heat/air controls, but it wasn't an issue for us since the weather was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large family/group visiting Disneyland.
