We had a warm welcome and really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was prepared as discussed and we can highly recommend this apartment in Menton for staying in Côte d’Azur. Perfect for families with a dog.

We totally enjoyed the apartment. The host was friendly and helpful. We travel throughout the Evropa for month and this was the best place to stay. Groceries store 5 minutes walking, the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for coking. I am giving this place 10.

I and two friends stayed for a week at Raymond's apartment. Very friendly hosts, met us at the gate when we arrived, talked us through everything. Apartment is incredibly well equipped, minutes from an intermarche, and a 20 min walk to the train station and beach.
Lovely outside patio with bbq facilities, honestly, we couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend this apartment for its comfort and location, you won't be disappointed..

Location was perfect for our visit to the Monaco Grand Prix, outskirts of Menton so quieter than staying in town, appartement has all the facilities you would need was extremely comfortable and felt very homely. The owners were welcoming and friendly on our arrival, we took their advice and went to Le St Yves restaurant at St Agnes up in the hills, the food was excellent and extremely reasonable for all the food, let’s say we did not leave hungry! and the views beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend a stay here particularly for exploring the glorious Côte d’Azur.

Fabulous!
Our stay in Menton was delightful. The family welcomes us and were available whenever needed for advice. Raymond speaks a little English but his son excellent English so we managed to understand each other! The house was immaculate and had much needed air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. The bus to Menton was only metres from the house and very cheap. The local supermarket was a 5 minute walk.
Menton itself was lovely and access to other towns/cities easy on the trains.
We all loved the house and the area and would love to return.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus in relaxter Atmospähre
Wir vier Personen (zwei Paare) und unser Hund (Neufundländer) waren hellauf begeistert über die Ferienwohnung mit zwei Bädern und drei Schlafzimmern, die Aussenanlagen waren top, die Vermieter sehr symphatisch und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in den Hügeln von Menton war einfach beruhigend und entspannend. In der Stadt und am Strand war man schnell, zurück dauerte es etwas länger, je nachdem wie man sich am Strand und Meer verausgabt hatte bzw. unser Hund sich verausgabt hatte und wie hoch die Temperaturen auf dem Rückweg waren. Rundum ein sehr erholsamer und klasse Urlaub.
Gerne kommen wir wieder, dann mit mehr Französichkenntnissen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet. Hier würde an Details gedacht. Vom Weichspüler bis zum Waschlappen war alles da :) die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und alles lief problemlos. Gerne wieder..

Excellent séjour à Menton
Nous venons de passer un séjour super agréable dans ce bel appartement en profitant du soleil, de la belle terrasse et du jardin magnifique. L'appartement est spacieux, la cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres sont belles avec des lits confortables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et tout est impeccable. A quelques pas, il y a un supermarché et juste devant la maison l'arrêt du bus pour aller au centre de la ville. Mais, en fait, nous avons préféré y aller à pied puisque c'est une belle promenade de 25 minutes. Raymond et Cathi sont très attentifs et font tout pour que leurs hôtes soient à l'aise. Nous sommes sûrs de revenir! Alors, un appartement à recommander sans hésiter.

Ravis de notre séjour - satisfaits de l'appartement
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton et dans la région. Nos hotes Raymond et Cathy ont été bienvaillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour des excursions. L'appartement était spacieux, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Seul petit défaut pour ceux qui aiment les grasses matinées: le traffic de la rue en contre-bas dans la vallée est assez bruyant le matin. Très pratique: le petit intermarché accessible en 5 min à pieds depuis l'appartement.

Perfekt gepflegte Ferienwohnung
Zur Wohnung:
Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit Mückennetzen und allen Dingen, die man so braucht (Waschpulver, Spülmittel, Grillkohle, Mülltüten, Masken...). Super gepflegte Terasse mit Grillplatz, Garten mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Umfangreiches Informationsmaterial zu Busverbindungen und Ausflugszielen. In den abgesperrten Parkplatz direkt am Haus passen locker zwei normal große Autos.
Die sympathischen Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Lage:
Toller Blick ins Grüne. Zu Fuß 20 min zum Strand, 3 min zu einem großen Supermarkt. Bushaltestelle direkt am Haus, alle 30 min 1.50 € in die Stadt oder zum Strand, mit Umsteigen 3 € nach Monaco oder Nizza. Freier Kiesstrand mit Duschen und Schließfächern, stellenweise Sand im Liegebereich.

Oase in der Stadt
Die saubere Wohnung bietet großen Komfort. Es ist alles da, um eine schöne Ferienzeit zu verbringen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne, in der man aber auch duschen kann. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert tadellos.
Ein besonderes Highlight dieses Objektes ist die wunderschöne Terrasse. Man sitzt herrlich unter einem Olivenbaum und einem Sonnensegel im Schatten, wenn man möchte kann man aber auch die Sonne in einem der Liegestühle genießen. Obwohl die Wohnung in der Stadt liegt, blickt man von der uneinsehbaren Terrasse aus herrlich ins Grüne. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen. Zum Strand läuft man über einen Treppen- Fußweg in etwa 20 Minuten. Das Auto kann man sicher auf einem eigenen Parkplatz hinter einem Automatiktor abstellen.
Raymond und Cathy sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit für Fragen bereit stehen.
Die Stadt Menton bietet eine Vielzahl schöner Restaurants und Cafés. Von mehreren schönen Stränden hat uns der Sablettes-Strand mit seiner frisch renovierten Promenade und den schönen Strandlokalen am besten gefallen. Seine Kulisse mit der Altstadt und den Bergen im Hintergrund ist beeindruckend.
Ausflüge ins Bergdorf St. Agnes oder nach Monaco können wir empfehlen. Der Küstenweg „Sentier Literaire“ verläuft von Roquebrune-Cap Martin bis Monaco und eignet sich hervorragend für Wanderungen oder zum Joggen.
Wir haben die Zeit in Menton und speziell in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen.

Super freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alle Geräte funktionieren, W-Lan top.
Mit den Motorrädern waren wir direkt in den Bergen. Mit den Fahrrädern ruck-zuck am Meer. Bushaltestelle haben wir nicht genutzt, wäre aber direkt in der Nähe. Auch der Intermache ist fast um die Ecke.

Nice and cosy villa
We had an excellent time in Menton at Raymond’s place. There were 5 of us - three adults and two children, and we felt very comfortable, in the house there is everything families would need. The owners are very friendly and nice people, easy to reach and always ready to help. Flott leilighet
En flott leilighet i et rolig området litt utenfor byen. Men gode bussforbindelser og man kunne også få en fin spasertur ril sentrum. Et fantastisk vertskap som la til rette for et riktig godt opphold. Et stort pluss! Leiligheten var veldig ren og godt utrustet. Kan anbefales på det varmeste!

Boligen var praktisk med to bad og gode soverom med klimaanlegg. Kort vei til butikk og veldig hyggelige utleiere. Savnet litt kjøkkenutstyr som skarpe kniver og gode skjærefjøler. Litt lang vei å gå til stranda

Ren og pen leilighet.
Vi var seks personer som leide denne leiligheten i begynnelsen av mai-19. Romslig og ren leilighet. Den inneholdt alt hva vi trengte, godt nok utstyrt kjøkken hvis man vil lage middag hjemme. Kullgrill på terrassen. Hyggelig uteplass, delvis i skyggen på grunn av trær. Kort vei til matbutikk, og 15 min å gå ned til sentrum via gangveg. Verten tok godt imot oss, og var svært diskret. Anbefaler dette stedet.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Menton. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sympathisch. Die Gegend ist wundervoll. Unserer Familie hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gefallen.
