Gorgeous condo on Lake Winnipesaukee with great views of Paugus Bay

Very nice condo. Would receive 5 stars except for spiders outside the front door. This would actually be the responsibility of the condo association. The need to pressure wash the outside entrance area.

My family had a great stay at the location , everything was convenient to get to . Weirs beach was within 5 min from the property, Shaw's, Walmart and fast food was all local as well. Pool was nice but was a bit of a walk or short drive up . The only problem we encountered was a few of the chairs at the table were broken, other then that no issues at all . We liked that it's pet friendly as well we brought our Chihuahua. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The owner would respond right away with any questions. The housekeeper made us homemade blueberry cake that was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. This is a pet friendly property so we had our golden with us. Thank you so much for the memories and plan on staying here again. The location was perfect.

The condo was nicely layed out, but not as clean as we would have expected. The owners were good to work with and responded to our concerns. The little things that make a difference - housekeeper failed to provide dishwasher soap, a new roll of paper towels, new rolls, or adequate rolls of toilet tissue and facial tissue [we were there for eight nights]. The owners were quick to respond and contacted the housekeeper regarding these necessary and expected items,, and she did bring some after we had been in the condo for about 3 days, but by then we had already purchased those isupplies as they were needed sooner rathet than later.

This is a nice condo. The electronics,tv etc. were way beyond our technical ability but that's because we are old.There are a lot of stairs so this is not the place for someone with bad knees. All in all a nice place with a great view from the master bedroom.

Condo was wonderful. Hosts very helpful when contacted. Housekeeper surprised us with a delicious home made blueberry cake upon arrival. Would definitely stay there again

Accommodation was as described. A car is needed to see sites or for going into town. It is walking distance going down a hill to the dock. To go to the pool, you must walk up or drive up a hill about a quarter of a mile. Very clean and would stay again!

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. You can't go wrong with the location as well, a quite development close to shopping, lakes,beaches and shopping. Great stop to get the full Lakes Region of New Hampshire experience!

We stayed here for a month. The condo itself was nice, and the communication with the owners was ok. The master bedroom has beautiful lake views, as well as the deck. The person managing the condo is not doing a good job; There was no space to put our groceries, as the cabinets were filled with food from previous guests (I guess). Though the toilets had a "sanitized" sign, we had to clean the bowls, both of them were dirty.. The owner asked the cleaning person to contact us, we heard from her a week later, said she "was on vacation." Overall, I feel bad this nice spot is lacking good management.

We had a wonderful stay during a week long family vacation! The condo was in close proximity to all the fun things the lakes region has to offer. In addition, the day dock was perfect for us since we keep our boat at a local marina. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolute beautiful area
Laconia is beautiful. The weather is fantastic there (not humid). Activities were great. The house was clean and the beds are ok. The owners were friendly in the communication we had. The view of the lake is great and the deck was nice to listen to the birds sing. We had a good stay and would recommend this beautiful home!

Perfect location
The pool is refreshing. The beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed to make meals. The location is perfect for day trips around the lake, to Maine, and Northern New Hampshire.

wonderful stay
Great winter trip up - The condo folks did a great job with keeping the parking lots and sidewalks snow free. The condo was well stocked and comfortable.

Great mountain/lake getaway!
The condo is perfectly situated to everything! Ski resort, local shopping and dining all within 10 minutes. There is a cozy fireplace in the living room, that is great to curl up in front of and watch it snow. From the balcony you can see the lake. The owners had everything ready when we arrived. There was even delicious blueberry cake on the counter. They ensured there was a broom, a shovel, and pet safe deicer. The only recommendation I have, is maybe put local menus in the unit.
You definitely want to consider this property!

Nice quiet location, clean property
Really nice location and property. Close to everything. The property was suitable for a family of 4 or 5. It was clean and well-kept. Owners were responsive. Only downside was having to rent for 7 day min.

Delayed new house completion
Needed a place for a month due our new home completion delay. Being off season but still a resort area most rentals were off the chart. This townhouse was more reasonable and better equiped.

Perfect accommodations & hub for girlfriend’s leaf-peeping adventure
This beautiful Laconia condo was surprisingly affordable, very clean & comfortable, decorated to perfection & ideally located to everything we wanted to see in NH, plus just a short hop for day trips over to VT for leafpeeping!
The 1/2 bath was a big bonus for 4 women, balcony quite enjoyable for breakfast with peekaboo bay views, kitchen extremely well-equipped (even a thoughtful fresh baked blueberry cake to welcome us) & positioned just a couple of convenient miles to two major groceries & Walmart..
We felt totally at home & enjoyed our heavenly fall week at the condo immensely!

Comfortable and convenient
The hosts set us up for success by responding to our questions in a timely way, including during our stay when one issue arose. The space was very comfortable and just as advertised on VRBO. Very convenient location to the Lakes Region.

Another great stay in Laconia
This is our second stay at the condo and both have been great. Couldn't be happier. Great location and really nice condo. Beautifully decorated. If you have mobility issues there are stairs but we love the place.
