Great view from tenth floor (11 usa) of Faro and Rui Formosa. Walking distance to “EVERYTHING” Clean spacious and all you need Recommend highly.

Lovely apartment, clean and well maintained, all equipment you require. Close to shops, cafes. Would certainly recommend.

First, the apartment and everything in it is in excellent condition, tastefully furnished, in a pretty neighborhood, and convenient to walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and the City Center. We always felt safe, both day and night. The place is impeccably clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the kitchen is fully-equipped to cook large meals and even entertain guests. The balcony is large with nice chairs and table and pleasant views of the town and water. The wi-fi is fast and reliable, too. (I can't speak for the TV performance since we never used them) Communication with Antonio was courteous and timely. When an oversight on my part revealed he never received the balance of our invoice, he was very understanding and I paid it immediately. Unfortunately, when Jenny the manager checked us in, she discovered that the door to the washing machine was broken, making it inoperable. Although she made efforts to get it repaired, it didn't happen while were there. Since our stay was for 10 days, a washing machine was a big factor in choosing this place, Luckily, we found a nice laudromat a few blocks away that cost about 15 euros per load. And we paid to wash the towels that were provided in the unit. I was disappointed that Antonio did not offer us any compensation for this inconvenience and extra expense. As we always do at our stays, we checked out on tme and left the apartment tidy. We took out all organic trash, emptied the 'fridge, turned off the lights, closed all windows, and left the keys as instructed. All in all, I would recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Faro.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The balcony was wonderful with a great view. Supermarkets were very close by, and had everything we needed. The apartment was very well managed and it was pure pleasure staying there during our vacation.

Bel appartement spacieux, bien situé à Faro, près du centre avec vue sur les lagunes. L'appartement est très bien entretenu. La literie est confortable, la cuisine est bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons passé une bonne semaine.

We would stay here over and over again with the understanding that there would be no construction happening. Our 3 star rating of the property is because there was construction during our entire stay resulting in water being shut off daily at the most inopportune times and quite a bit of concrete dust. The hosts were excellent and the apartment location was perfect!

Antonio's apartment cannot be more perfect with a breathtaking marina view as a bonus. The apartment is equipped with all you need and nicely decorated rooms make us feel very welcome. You can easily walk to the waterfront, supermarkets and the main train station and all the necessary information was provided personally upon check-in by Jenny as well as by an information file on the coffee table beautifully compiled by the host. We'll definitely choose Antonio's place again if we come back to Faro.

The best equipped property we have ever used. From the wide range of comfortable seating to the outstanding kitchen, it had everything. Coming back at night was like coming home. The light and space were beyond expectation and it is clear that Antonio and Isabel have done everything possible to make their guests welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable, functional and practical apartment in Faro City. Enjoyed the warm welcome by Antonio and Isabel both of whom were present when we arrived. Was very helpful to get a short introduction to the apartment and to all available services in the area. Took full advantage of the terrace - we really enjoyed the spectacular views of the ever changing Rio Formosa delta as the tide moved in and out. Located on the 10th floor - there was a lot of “natural airflow/ventilation” through the apartment and on the terrace all through the day which made it an excellent and comfortable place to spend time any time of the day even in the middle of the summer in Faro. Apartment had virtually all equipment one can possibly think of and also all furniture In the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and on the terrace was very functional . Overall a perfect stay ! .... and an apartment we will keep at the top of our list when we next time spend time in the Algarve.

Abbiamo soggiornato 13 giorni in gennaio 2020. Siamo stati molto bene. L'appuntamento è molto carino e molto confortevole. Non manca nulla, si nota l'attenzione dei proprietari per la cura degli ospiti. La cucina è super accessoriata, tutto è molto curato e di buona qualità. L'appartamento si trova al 10º piano di un immobile signorile, è molto luminoso e soleggiato tutto il giorno. Noi non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere il riscaldamento per tutto il periodo. Il clima di Faro è fantastico. Il panorama che si gode dall'appartamento è incantevole. Dalla splendida terrazza/balcone si gode uno stupendo panorama sulla laguna, dalla cucina e dalla camera una splendida vista su tutta la città e sulle colline. La posizione è comodissima, appena 5 minuti a piedi dal meraviglioso centro storico. Se torneremo a Faro torneremo certamente da Antonio e Isabel.

This apartment is exactly as written in the other comments just wonderful. It's located very near to the city center and is very clean and well equipped. You will find everything you need here - even beach towels and a coffee machine. Nothing to worry about with cleaning up. We would always come back again! The host Antonio and his wife have been there to support us and help with check-in. Everything worked out just fluently and they are always available if support is needed. They also have organised maps, directions, bus timetables etc. Thanks for this amazing holiday!

This is the best equipped apartment I have ever booked. The kitchen has everything you could need. It's in a quiet part of the city but just a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The view over the water is lovely.

This apartment offered everything we needed for our last week of a one month stay in Portugal. We loved the balcony and had most of our "in house" meals at the patio table, then finishing off in the very relaxing lounge chairs. The living space is clean and very comfortable. We loved having the travel information for the Algarve to help plan our visits. Faro is a great central location. We visited a different beach every day for 7 days. The weather was amazing (late May). Thank you and hope to be back!

The 10th floor apartment within an easy walk to the Old Town shops, restaurants, and city waterfront is absolutely perfect for a couple. It's secure, spacious, well furnished, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The balcony views are beautiful. The washer and drying line were great to have and the WiFi speed was work compatible. Highly recommend.

We stayed in this apartment for a week and were very impressed. It is very conveniently situated too. The owners have done everything possible to make life in the property comfortable.

The very helpful owners met us for our four weeks stay at their lovely and well located appartment. The appartment is very comfortable and well equipped ,with all the the facilities needed for our long stay. With the sunny balcony overlooking the city of Faro and Ria Formosa, was just what needed of a winter break. Faro market and a number of supermarkets are within a few minutes walk and bus stop just down the road makes this a ideal location to explore Faro and wider the Algarve. We would highly recommend and hope to return.

This apartment had everything you will need during your stay. A great grocery is just around the corner with the Mercado being just a little further. The waterfront, bus and train station are within walking distance. Both the bus and train are easy to use to access all coastal and interior towns. There are many taxis by the station and will arrive quickly if you call them for pick up. There are many museums and cathedrals in the old town area along with many very good eateries. There are many small shops and outdoor markets. I cannot mention one fault of the apartment. Plenty of dishes and glass ware. Pots, pans, small appliances, washer, dishwasher, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The balcony is a bonus with beautiful views of the Ria Formosa and the beautiful buildings surrounding the apartment. The apartment was totally renovated with a clean, modern look. The decor is simple and tasteful and comfortable. We so enjoyed making dinner and relaxing after a day of touring. This place is a hidden gem in a beautiful city in a beautiful country.

The owners are lovely people who show you where everything is. And there is everything, never have we seen such a well equipped apartment. Think of something and it is there. It's huge, the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, including laundry facilities. You are downtown, just a short walk to the waterfront and old town. But even in this neighbourhood are many restaurants, 2 grocery stores and the market!. Makes self catering very very easy. The balcony and views are the icing on the cake.

We had a very warm welcome by the two owners who take a great care of this lovely place. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, spacious and we felt like home. The balcony overseeing the Ria Formosa is large and perfect. You can walk to all the nice places in Faro from this location: Baixa, Mercado municipal, marina, old city, etc. We are a family of 4 and will be back there for sure. Spacious, airy, nicely decorated, well equipped including guides and maps. Good location for local market and supermarket for daily items plus easy stroll to the city , the harbour and bus and train stations.

We have traveled through four countries over the last seven months and have always used services like Homeaway. This was an amazing place. It was so well equipped; we had everything we needed for our month long stay. The views were amazing. We felt safe. We were able to walk everywhere. The Mercado was great with fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, and everything you might need. And it had a grocery on the lower level as well. António and Isabel were great hosts. And Jenny, their property manager, was a blessing. She was able to guide us to the best vendors, shops, and restaurants. She is definitely a great asset for António and Isabel. This deserves much much more than a 5-star rating. It is the best place we have ever stayed in all of our travels. We recommend that if you are planning to go to Faro that you stay with António and Isabel. Thank you for everything!!
