good location

bed in lounge room expected another bedroom , bed was cold in lounge room, uncomfortable,cracked light shade, air con was unpredictable, for the price certainly wasnt worth it

Perfect location on the main street. Easy and smooth check-in. The apartment has all the amenities you might need for a perfect stay.

I couldn’t get an invoice for my work stay. They said I should pay 20% on top of the value if a want an invoice. That was disappointing, because I wasn’t informed in advance, although I have announced it during the reservation.

The size of the room [ if you manage to get the correct one ] the location of the property

During the check in the recepionist tried to accomodate us in a downgraded room. We had to argue for half an hour to get the correct one . Be alerted and compare the photos displayed in the Booking.com with the room you are offered. The appartment has no elevator. Parking is a problem in the neighboring roads .

The apartment I had was more than spacious and it had state-of-the-art furnishings. The interior is decorated with remarkably good taste and care for the esthetic touch. Definitely worth more stars than it currently owns. The location is also a strong point, since the property is right downtown, in the main central pedestrian area. One of the rooms gives on to this commercial street, which may get a bit noisy at night with late revellers going back home in the early hours, but the other room gives on to a much calmer area and a beautiful view of the green hills surrounding Blagoevgrad. In terms of customer service, the host was always prompt with all my requests/questions. Therefore, a property worth checking if you are in Blagoevgrad.

The location

We booked a room of 20sm and they gave us a room of 10 sm, the toilet of which smelled very bad. The room was very different with the one in the photos in booking site

The staff was very helpful, the room was great, very clean and comfortable. We had a short but very nice stay.
