Te encantará mi casa adosada de temática escocesa porque es una casa antigua y encantadora que se encuentra encima de la calle con un hermoso porche privado con entrada privada. Este santuario hermoso, privado y seguro es un gran lugar para llamar hogar mientras estás en Denver. Esta casa tiene todo el encanto del siglo XIX y todas las comodidades modernas del siglo XXI. Es cómodo, moderno y seguro.

The home was very clean, uniquely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Joshua was always prompt before, during and after our stay. There were no issues. We loved it!

This was a Wedding Week. We were able to entertain, do floral arrangements, host family and friends and provide sleeping for our group. The garage/parking was critical. The outside picnic table was fun.

Charming Town home
The overall feel was clean, cozy and charming. The home was inviting with lots of unique features. We had everything we needed for a wonderful visit including a private yard and direct access to the garage from the backyard. A great host and home for sure!

Easy rental process. Joshua, the property owner/host is accessible and willing to help. The house has everything a (younger) person could want, including a bottle opener by the back patio and a Pacman console. However, for those specifically interested in a kitchen and amenities of a home, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, especially given Covid and the hefty cleaning fee charged (twice the other property we were considering). The refrigerator/freezer is not full size and was dirty; the refrigerator froze our newly purchased Farmers Market groceries and the very small freezer appeared not to have been cleaned in months, if ever. The whole house needs a good scrub. For those who care, the sheets are synthetic, not cotton. All this said, it’s a perfect spot for a larger family or three sets of friends willing to share a bathroom (as the second bathroom has a shower off the stairs to the basement, so it’s fine to use as a powder room/toilet but not a desirable shower). Capitol Hill, a convenient 10-minute walk to the museums, which was the purpose of our visit, is also currently a tent city for the urban homeless. We were not aware of this prior to our arrival. Even for seasoned New Yorkers, it was a shock to see and experience each day as we walked to and from the museums or our for coffee.

Great Denver city stay
This place is fantastic! Joshua is wonderful and accommodating. Garage parking in Denver is such an incredible bonus!!!!

Fantastic Property
Beautifully updated townhome that preserves the original character. Fantastic location within walking distance to numerous restaurants, theaters, and downtown. We hope to stay there again.

Denver getaway
Awesome home base for our long weekend in Denver over Labor Day! House was clean and check in was a breeze. Great neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance. The garage parking was a nice bonus and we loved hanging out in the private courtyard. We will definitely look for this spot again on future visits to Denver.

Great Location in Capitol Hill
This townhouse is very clean and modernized, the property management is well run, it has a garage just big enough to fit a minivan, and it is in a great, safe location in Denver. Thanks again for letting us stay there.

Great location, upgraded home
Josh was a great host and his home was perfect for our stay. The house has a vintage charm but with modern amenities. The garage was very convenient and the bedrooms were very comfortable for our family of 6. Would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked
Our family reunion was made even better by Joshua's well-stocked and very comfortable home. Plenty of cooking supplies made eating in a breeze. The beds and linens were top quality too. The best feature was the enchanting back yard garden and the fun neighborhood. Great job!!

Beautiful townhome with special touches in a fantastic location
We really appreciated the beauty of this relaxing town home in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere and visit local grocery and liquor stores to supply us for fine eating in options. The automatic lighting in the stairway was so nice, especially for the older family members! We truly appreciated the thoughtful placement of phone chargers and other special touches.The back patio was a relaxing option after long days out and about. Quiet and lovely interior. The hosts were very communicative. We loved having the option of parking in a garage in a neighborhood where parking can be a bit competitive.
